Abstract

Setiap individu yang sudah menikah mendambakan agar perkawinannya dapat terus terjalin harmonis dan mencapai kebahagiaan. Keluarga disebut harmonis apabila seluruh anggota keluarga merasa bahagia yang ditandai dengan berkurangnya ketegangan emosi, kekecewaan  dan puas terhadap keadaan keluarganya. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan keluarga tidak harmonis yaitu kematangan emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) tingkat keharmonisan keluarga pasangan menikah muda (2) tingkat kematangan emosi pada pasangan menikah muda (3) menguji hubungan kematangan emosi dengan keharmonisan keluarga pada pasangan menikah muda. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif koreasional. Populasi penelitian 50 keluarga yang menjalani pernikahan muda. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket keharmonisan keluarga dan kematangan emosi. Data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif serta analisis korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hubungan kematangan emosi dengan keharmonisan keluarga pada pasangan menikah muda berada pada kategori tinggi pada kematangan emosi dengan rata-rata skor capaian 73% dan keharmonisan keluarga dengan rata-rata skor capaian 76%. Kebanyakan terdapat hubungan positif signifikansi antara kematangan emosi dengan keharmonisan keluarga pada pasangan muda dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,438 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Artinya, semakin tinggi kematangan emosi maka semakin baik keharmonisan keluarga, begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat kematangan emosi maka semakin buruk pula tingkat keharmonisan keluarga.

Abstract

Educational practices so far have emphasized left-brain developments that tend to think rigidly, structured, bound by formal rules, and very formalistic. As a result, all educational processes must be carried out according to a straight line determined by the holders and policymakers who are poor in creativity and innovation. Humans are actors or subjects. The vocation of a true human being is to be a conscious actor, who acts over the world and reality with a critical and creative attitude. In the cognitive realm, it has always been the foundation for measuring the level of success of the educational process. Even though the set of rules has demanded a balance of the three domains (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) and even the spiritual realm, reality is far from expectations. The limitations of the competency skills of educators have always been endless reason. Various aspects of education: the characteristics of students, identifying cases, inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of education, and counseling guidance, this is what Paulo Freire offers to be an alternative development in the world of education.

Abstract

Learning achievement is a description of the ability of student after participating in the teaching and learning process within a certain watch range. Ideally, studen who want to obtain optimal learning achievement have good level of self confidence. In fact, in the field there are still student who lack confidence in participating in the teaching and learning process at school. As a result, there are some student who have less than optimal learning achievement. This research was animed to examine the correlaion beetwen self confidence and learning achievement of senior high school students. This research was a quantitative study which involved student in SMAN 1 Kec. Suliki with a sample of 282 students. The intrument use to collect data were self confidence is questionnaire. This data was analyze using descriptive percentage techniques and Pearson Product Moment Correlation techniques. This result shows (1) students self confidence is in the high category, (2) students learning achievement is in the high category, (3) there is a significant positive relationship beetwen self confidence and student achievement. The result show that the coefficient correlation is 0,725 in the significant level of 0,000. So, the highet the self confidence student have, the highet their learning achievemen would be and vice versa.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a change from direct learning to online learning. This is due to the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in early 2020. There are students who think that learning Mathematics online is difficult. So that students have negative perceptions about learning Mathematics online. This study aims to describe students' perceptions about learning Mathematics online in terms of the stages before learning, while studying, and after learning. This research uses a descriptive approach with quantitative methods. The population in this study was students of SMA UNP Laboratory Construction for the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 621 andsample 243 students. The sample selection used simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire on students' perceptions about learning Mathematics online with a Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. This research as a whole shows that the students' perceptions about learning Mathematics online at the UNP Laboratory Development High School as a whole are in the quite good category with a percentage of 60%. Furthermore, seen from the aspect of the stages before learning is in the quite good category, namely 65%, Then, seen from the aspects of the stages during learning, it was in the quite good category, namely 60%, and seen from the aspect of the stages after learning is in the quite good category, namely by 66%. The implication of this research can later be used as a consideration of guidance and counseling in the school.

Abstract

The pandemic has brought the challenge of maximizing online learning. Students must adjust relevant changes in learning methods during the Covid-19 outbreak that may hinder student motivation. Online learning that is carried out today has caused a lot of decreased learning motivation in students at all levels of education because the learning carried out is only monotonous. As a result, a separate investigation on learning methods is required to be studied. As a result, the author conveys one of the learning methods that can be used to increase motivation during the Covid-19 outbreak, namely the accelerated learning method. This article discusses increasing student learning motivation with accelerated learning methods using relevant literature studies. This article is expected to help teachers in schools in providing references using accelerated learning methods to increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

Every individual has a fundamental desire to fulfill his basic needs. When what he wants has been fulfilled indirectly his conditions have been satisfied. On the other hand, if the desire cannot be fulfilled by reality, the individual will feel pressured and stressed, causing a difference in what he wants with what he gets and causing problems for the individual. Reality counseling has the aim of helping individuals align what they want with what happens or is obtained by the reality of the individual's life.

Abstract

As people get older, individuals will think about what their future state will be, each individual has a different view of the future, many individuals are trapped in a state of anxiety, fear and sadness even to the point of being stressed when they have to be faced with the question of how the future will be. , this is known as the quarter life crisis. The purpose of this study is to help individuals overcome the quarter life crisis by using the approach given in groups. This type of research is a literature study by utilizing articles or journals related to group counseling, the gestalt approach and the quarter life crisis. The findings of this study reveal that using the gestalt approach by means of group counseling is effective in helping individuals who are experiencing a quarter life crisis, one of the techniques used is the practice of being responsible.

Abstract

Teknologi memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat besar saat dunia dalam fase pandemi, bidang pendidikan salah satu yang merasakan manfaat dari manfaat teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keefektifan pelaksanaan layanan informasi menggunakan metode blended learning untuk meningkatkan pemahaman literasi digital peserta didik yang ada pada saat masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan The Non Equivalent Control Group. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII SMAN 2 Padang, menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel kelas XII IPA 4 dan XII IPA 6. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, dan Wilcoxon 2 Independent Sample, didapatkan pelaksanaan layanan informasi menggunakan metode blended learning dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman literasi digital peserta didik. Secara khusus penggunaan media yang interaktif dalam pelaksanaan layanan memberikan peningkatan pemahaman literasi digital memberikan peningkatan pemahaman yang lebih.

Abstract

This study aims to see how (1) the level of emotional maturity, (2) the level of family harmony, and (3) the level of student aggressive behavior. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with the object of research being SMA. The sample of this study consisted of 30 high school students. The instrument used in this study was the Likert scale model, and the instrument used had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: (1) overall emotional maturity was in the high category with a percentage of 80%, (2) overall family harmony was in the good category with a percentage of 57%, and (3) overall aggressive behavior was at the high category with a percentage of 57%.

Abstract

Period teenager is period which urgent within range life, because is period something period transition, a time of change, a troubled age, a moment where individual look for identity, age which raises Fright, period which no realistic, and as threshold adulthood. Based on the stages of its development, adolescence is called a transitional period because it is experiencing physiological development, emotional development and social development which will cause fear, anxiety and even self-doubt. Happiness depends on how young people keep themselves in a condition to make the best use of our energy. Teenagers should feel happy at school and learning with teachers in class. Teacher BK / Counselor is wrong one educator which role in help students overcome obstacles or problems and develop potency which owned student in school including student happiness. One learning model that can increase student happiness in class is the quantum learning model. the Quantum learning model seeks to maximize all the elements contained in learning including all the potential and abilities that exist in students. This is intended to make the learning carried out by the teacher maximal and students also absorb the material presented maximally. The current research is descriptive qualitative with a literature study that seeks to provide an overview of the application of the Quantum learning model to increase adolescent happiness. This paper presents the problem of adolescent happiness at school, steps to apply the Quantum learning model and increase adolescent happiness at school. This research uses literature study / literature study, by reviewing several research results, articles, books and case studies that occur in the field.
