ABSTRACT           The study of the aim of science, methods of generating science, its ideas, assumptions, hypotheses, distinctions from other disciplines, and how science is applied in society are all part of philosophy of science. The debate in this paper will delve deeper into the topic of Epistemology. Epistemology is a branch of philosophy. Epistemology is a discipline of philosophy that studies the nature of knowledge especially for four (four) key aspects of knowledge such as validity, structure, limits, and sources of information, and this is included in the study of legal science. The epistemological components of legal science are discussed in This case resolution procedure is broken down into numerous parts. Explaining, interpreting, and systematizing legal materials consisting of legal concepts, regulations, and decisions to decide the law that applies to legal challenges that occur is part of the process. Case resolution does not begin with legal principles, but with difficulties that take the form of explaining a variety of facts, connections, and occurrences that conceal one or more legal problems. This article explores the Study of Communication Epistemology, which studies knowledge as a whole or as a portion, and Explicit or Implicit Knowledge, which is more particular in discussing science philosophy. Keywords: Communications Epistemology, Knowledge, Explicit Or Implicit Knowledge

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of facilities and services on passenger satisfaction at PT. Sempati Star in Medan. This research was carried out at PT. Sempati Star in Medan which is located at Jl. Pondok Kelapa Dormitory No.19, Sei Sikambing C, Medan Helvetia, Medan City, North Sumatra 20122, Indonesia. Based on the calculation results of the influence of facilities on passenger satisfaction, it was obtained tcount (3.544) > ttable (1.681), with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. The value 3.544 is greater than 1.681 indicating that tcount is greater than ttable. From these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted (Ho is rejected). This shows that there is a significant influence of facilities on consumer satisfaction. Based on the partial calculation results of the influence of service on passenger satisfaction, tcount (4.813) > ttable (1.681), with a significance level of 05 < 0.05. The value 4.813 is greater than 1.681 indicating that tcount is greater than ttable. From these results it can be concluded that Had was accepted (Ho was rejected). This shows that there is a significant influence of service on consumer satisfaction. Based on the table above, it can be seen that the Fcount value is 42.468 with a significance level of 0.00, while the Ftable is 3.220 with a significance level of 0.05. Thus, Fcount> Ftable is 42.468 > 3.220. The value 42.468 is greater than 3.220, indicating that tcount is greater than ttable, meaning that Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence of facilities and services on passenger satisfaction at PT. Sempati Star in Medan. From the calculation results it can be seen that the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.669. This means that 66.9% of the variation in the passenger satisfaction variable (Y) is determined by the two independent variables, namely Facilities (X1) and Service (X2). Meanwhile, the remaining 33.1% was influenced by other variables not studied.

Three so wide is communication to human relationships as a sign of how important communication is to life. Even communicating includes the most obvious needs as important as eating & drinking.Communication occurs as a consequence of social interaction. Society is at least 2 people who work with each other who, because they work together, cause social relations. We're basically in communication mode since we were born global. This act of communication was monotonous during his life process. Communication thus became the lifeblood of human life.6 Nir can be imagined what this global insan's & features of life would look like if there were only sporadic or almost automatic action of communication between one person/one group of people using the other mob.Keyword: hadith, target of communication.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPhilosophy is an extensive science, meaning it is closely related to our daily lives, and philosophy is the driving force of our daily lives as individual human beings and as collective human beings in the form of a society or nation. Philosophy of science is a philosophical reflection on the nature of science which will not recognize a stopping point towards achieving the goal, namely truth and reality. Understanding the philosophy of science means understanding the intricacies of science so that its most essential aspects and foundations also understand the perspective of science, the possibility of its development, and its interweaving between one branch of science and another. The research approach that researchers use in writing this scientific work is a type of library research. Philosophy is a science that seriously studies the true nature of everything. Science is a method of thinking objectively in describing and giving meaning to the natural and moral world to organize and systematize.
