Abstract

This study is motivated by the challenges faced in the development of micro-enterprises at Bukit Sion Market, largely due to the high level of competition. Many businesses struggle to determine appropriate financing models and product offerings, as the market is saturated with similar products offered by competitors. The objective of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies employed by micro-enterprises and identify the obstacles they face in dealing with competition at Bukit Sion Market, Lahomi District. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method. The findings reveal that all food stalls adopt marketing strategies that include market selection, product planning, pricing, distribution systems, and marketing communication. Effective marketing strategies, such as offering discounts, special promotions, or hosting promotional events, have been shown to significantly boost sales. However, the food stalls encounter several challenges, including intensified competition due to the emergence of similar businesses offering comparable products, a lack of product innovation and promotion, fluctuations in raw material prices, as well as issues with product quality consistency, customer service, and overall customer experience.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job uncertainty on the motivation and performance of non-permanent employees at the Nias Regency DPRD Secretariat, identify effective HR management strategies in reducing the negative impact of job uncertainty on the welfare of non-permanent employees, and assess the role of managerial support and the work environment in mitigating the effects. negative job uncertainty on the welfare of non-permanent employees. This research uses qualitative research methods using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The research results show that job uncertainty is mainly caused by inconsistent contract policies, frequent regulatory changes, and a lack of effective communication from management. The impact of this uncertainty is very significant, especially on employees' psychological well-being, which includes increased levels of stress, anxiety, as well as decreased work motivation and productivity. To overcome this problem, this research proposes several policy recommendations, including the need for more consistent contract policies, a more transparent communication system, and additional welfare support for employees. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that the Nias Regency DPRD Secretariat can create a more stable work environment, improve employee welfare, and support the long-term success of the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning Model on the learning outcomes of Class X students in the Accounting Expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Gowa. The research employs an experimental design with a posttest-only control group, involving two groups: an experimental group utilizing the TPS model and a control group receiving conventional instruction. The sample consists of 68 students, divided equally between the two groups, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and tests, while data analysis is performed using SPSS 27.0 for Windows, encompassing descriptive statistics, validity tests, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that the TPS Cooperative Learning Model was implemented effectively, with a high average score of 91.2% in the experimental group. Descriptive analysis reveals that the learning outcomes in the experimental group averaged 86.24, significantly higher than the control group’s average of 61.76. Regression analysis shows a significant positive effect of the TPS model on learning outcomes, with a regression equation of Y' = 40.312 + 0.499X and a determination coefficient of 44.1%, indicating that the TPS model accounts for 44.1% of the variance in learning outcomes. The t-test results confirm that the TPS model significantly enhances learning outcomes (p < 0.05). These results align with previous studies and support the theoretical framework that cooperative learning models, particularly TPS, enhance student engagement and academic performance.

Primary data were obtained through interviews with relevant parties in the company, while secondary data were sourced from the company’s financial statements, internal accounting policies, and other documents. The results of the study indicate that PT. Solusindo Ganda Kharisma has effectively implemented PSAK Number 23 in the recognition of revenue from the sale of goods and services. Revenue from the sale of goods is recognized when the goods have been received by the customer, while service revenue is recognized based on the percentage of work completion. However, several challenges remain, such as delayed revenue recognition due to late delivery of goods and discrepancies in estimating the percentage of work completion for service sales.
