Abstract

Characteristic of leadership in the world of education is the attitude of a leader in influencing, moving, motivating, and directing others in the implementation of education. so that managed education can run well and in accordance with the expectations that have been planned. This type of research is qualitative. Sources of data are taken by using primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis techniques are in accordance with the theory of Max Huberman, namely data condensation, data display, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study are that every principal leader must have the characteristics to have a positive impact on attitudes and every policy he will take. There are several characteristics possessed by the principal at MI Fattahul Huda Pungpungan, namely fairness and honesty, the ability to foster cooperation and solidarity, intelligence, able to have motivation and desire to achieve, wise in dealing with problems with broad views, and authoritative and firm.

Abstract

Charismatic leadership places more emphasis on the privileges of the leader which has an impact on the number of followers who obey and obey the leader. Charismatic leaders are expected to maintain their privileges. This study aims to: 1) find out Kiai's charismatic leadership style in developing the Al-Islami Sumbermulyo Islamic Boarding School, Pesanggaran Banyuwangi. 2). To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of Kiai's charismatic leadership style in developing the Al-Islami Sumbermulyo Islamic Boarding School, Pesanggaran Banyuwangi. This type of research uses qualitative. The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive three models. While the validity of the data is done through triangulation. The results of this study indicate that 1. The Kyai's charismatic leadership style in developing the Al-Islami Sumbermulyo Islamic Boarding School, Pesanggaran Banyuwangi, is in accordance with the characteristics of charismatic leadership, namely: the Kiai has a strong vision, has good communication and speaking skills, istiqomah and focuses on managing pesantren, and have high self-confidence. 2. Factors supporting the development of Islamic boarding schools are the existence of volunteer teachers who are alumni of Islamic boarding schools, and the support of the general public. The inhibiting factors are regional factors and the lack of funds.

Abstract

Conflict will have a positive value if it can be managed properly through conflict management that is built by a leader. The principal becomes the leader or leader in running the organization of school education institutions. The role of the Situraja PGRI SMA principal is certainly required to be able to manage the conflicts that occur at the Situraja PGRI SMA. This study aims to find out how the principal's strategy is in managing conflict and organizational behavior that occurs in SMA PGRI Situraja. The method used in this research is qualitative research and the type of research includes field research. The results of this study indicate that school principals manage conflict with strategies of collaboration, accommodation and compromise. Through these three ways of handling conflict the school principal is proven to be able to prevent, avoid, and be able to minimize the impact of conflict in the SMA PGRI Situraja school environment, as well as the realization of teamwork performance where the principal and all teachers can contribute according to their capacities and abilities so that stakeholders can achieve the best results in seeking the right solution.

Abstract

Student management and human resources are an important part of building and developing the quality of Islamic education. In essence, student management and human resources are still considered not optimal, especially for Islamic educational institutions. The purpose of this research is to help educational institutions achieve their goals and vision optimally. The method that researchers use is library research in the form of references from various sources of library data that are ready to use so that they can be used immediately and are not limited by space and time. The stages in management, namely planning, organizing, controlling, and directing, must be carried out properly so that the implemented programs can be successful. In the planning stage, educational institutions must make clear and measurable plans based on student needs and existing HR policies. Furthermore, the organizing stage must determine an effective organizational structure to achieve its goals and vision. The control stage is an important stage because educational institutions must regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of students and human resources. Finally, in the briefing stage, educational institutions must provide clear and directed directions to students and human resources so that they can achieve the goals that have been set. Therefore, management is very important in realizing the quality of student and human resource management in educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the empowerment of community participation in financing education at MA Queen Al Khotijah Cilacap. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The informants of this research were the principal and the school treasurer. Data collection methods used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of techniques and sources. The data were analyzed qualitatively with the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the determination of education financing at the Ratu Al Khotijah Islamic High Court brought together the guardians of students to sit down and discuss. In the deliberation, the Supreme Court explained the plan for the MA's financing needs, especially for the payment of salaries for teachers and assistants. Then, the administrators and guardians of students agree and make joint decisions on the nominal amount that must be determined by the guardians of students every month. Not only that, as a form of report and evaluation, the administrator also reports to the guardians of the students related to their origin and monthly expenses at the student guardian meeting, especially those related to teacher and companion payments. In addition, there are also several donors who provide financing in MA apart from BOS funds

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of conflict management in problem- solving at MI Assu'ada in Bandung City. As an Islamic educational institution, MI Assu'ada has a responsibility to shape the character and personality of students in accordance with Islamic values. However, conflicts that arise within the school environment can disrupt the process of building good character. Therefore, the effective implementation of conflict management becomes crucial in creating a conducive educational environment where students can grow and develop in line with Islamic values. This research utilizes a field research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected are related to the implementation of conflict management at MI Assu'ada in Bandung City. The findings reveal that MI Assu'ada initially faced various conflicts, particularly between administrators/employees and among students. These conflicts often arise due to differences in perspectives or inappropriate treatment. One specific conflict identified involved a dispute between a teacher and a student's guardian. The guardian expressed concerns about the teacher's treatment towards their child, while the teacher felt that the student did not comply with rules and assigned tasks. However, through the implementation of conflict management, the school successfully resolved the conflict. In conclusion, the implementation of conflict management at MI Assu'ada in Bandung City has helped address conflicts within the school environment. With a good approach, open communication, and appropriate handling, the school has been able to create a conducive educational environment for students. This research provides insights into the importance of implementing conflict management in Islamic education and contributes to the development of effective conflict resolution approaches within educational settings.

Abstract

Management is the art or science of managing resources or an activity including the people involved in the activity in order to achieve the stated goals effectively and efficiently, the process of coordinating work activities so that they can be completed effectively and efficiently. Educational marketing is a process by which a person or group gets what they need and want by creating what is needed, offering something they want and broadly being able to transact educational products or services that are of value to others. Educational marketing management is the art or science of offering or selling educational services needed by the community, either individually or in groups, and both parties, both sellers and customers, feel mutually benefited. The existence of marketing management in educational institutions is a form of effort to create a good image of the institution and attract the interest of a number of prospective students. Therefore, marketing must be customer-oriented which in the school context is referred to as students. Abstract

Management must be based on the representation of leaders to carry it out in developing character education, especially religious, disciplined and creative. Leaders are only a small number of individuals who are considered to have the right things to serve and can be called leaders. Naturally, the individual has the mental, emotional, and physical capacity to think and act as a leader. The objectives of this research are to 1). understand the principal's management in forming religious, disciplined and creative character in Sunan Ampel Full Day Vocational School students. 2). To find out the factors that influence the principal's management in forming religious, disciplined and creative character in Sunan Ampel Full Day Vocational School students. The approach in this research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity by triangulating sources, methods and investigations as well as data analysis using the interaction of Miles and Hubberman's 3 models including: 1. data reduction, 2. data presentation, 3. drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that: (1) The management of the principal in forming religious, disciplined and creative character at Full Day Vocational School Sunan Ampel Bangorejo Banyuwangi, the strategy used in religious character uses habituation, and examples are given from the principal with the teacher council, then the participants learn to follow it. (2) Supporting factors for school principal management in the formation of religious, disciplined and creative character are control from the teacher council, as well as support from the community. The inhibiting factor for the school is that it requires extra energy to deal with students who have different characters and dispositions.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to find out: 1) the implementation of education financing management through integrated sharia at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School, 2) the implications of education financing management data through integrated sharia at Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School. The type and research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The collection method used in this study is in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. As for data analysis using interactive analysis of three models which include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) implementation of education financing management through integrated sharia are: a) deliberations of foundation administrators and system managers, b) Education Financing System Design, c) determination of nominal payments, d) recruitment of the system management team, e) determination of team responsibilities managers, f) coaching for managers, g) preparing payment system applications, h) making Darussalam SIS applications, i) online and offline system socialization, j) periodic system evaluation meetings, k) payment recap reports. 2) implications for education financing management through integrated sharia are: a) form a team to handle payment arrears, b) increase banking cooperation, c) seek to increase the productivity of manager performance, d) seek solutions to disruptions to banking transaction trouble systems, e) provide socialization and assistance to some guardians of students who are technologically illiterate (clueless).

Internalizing the religious character of religion through multicultural education at Madarsah Aliyah Negeri 1 Situbondo.
