Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the source of knowledge, and the role and diffusion of epistemology in the management review of Islamic Education. The method that researchers use is library research in the form of references from various library data sources that are ready to use so that they can be used immediately and are not limited by space and time. The results of the study show that aspects of epistemology are related to the way understanding and knowledge are obtained in the context of Islamic education. It includes teaching methods, sources of knowledge, and the process of understanding Islamic concepts. The role of epistemology in the management of Islamic education ensures that the methods and knowledge conveyed are in accordance with Islamic scientific principles. By understanding and applying this aspect of epistemology in the management of Islamic education, it is hoped that educational institutions can make a positive contribution in forming individuals who are knowledgeable, moral, and able to make a positive contribution to society and Muslims as a whole.

Abstract

Boarding school is a social institution that focuses on building the character of students, which functions as a companion to formal education at school. Dormitory-based education systems such as boarding schools, especially those based on Islamic values, make school principals and teachers more intensive in teaching and instilling character values in students. This research approach uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques use several methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) Planning for boarding school management at Luqman Al Hakim Kudus Integral Islamic Middle School goes through several stages, namely determining the purpose of having a dormitory by uniting the vision and mission of the dormitory, determining human resources by means of a teacher/religious teacher recruitment system, develop programs with daily life applications. 2) Implementation of boarding school management at the Luqman Al Hakim Kudus Integral Islamic Middle School is carried out by creating a predetermined daily activity schedule for students, building students' character by following programs in the dormitory, drawing up rules and regulations so that the students obey. 3) Evaluation of boarding school management at SMP Isalm Integral Luqman Al Hakim Kudus was carried out divided into two evaluations. The first is an evaluation of the students, such as providing punishment/sanctions for students who violate them, achieving the target of depositing the students' Qur'an memorization, recapping the daily results of the students with the exams they take, then making it into one book, namely a report card.

Abstract

There are always risks in human life, be it in the activities of individuals, organizations, institutions, companies, or even goverments. As humans, we need to be careful and make the right calculations in everything because risks are usually considered as adverse events. Therefore, to always be able to face risks in various unpredictable situations, risk management is needed. Qualitative methods were used by the author to obtain data about the Al-Hadi Vocational School Curriculum through interviews and literature reviews. The aim of this research is to find out whether risk management can help Improve the quality of education at Al-Hadi Vocational School through the process of improving the quality of education. To improve the quality of education, risk management is very important to reduce risks that have occurred and will occur in educational institutions.

Abstract

The development of digital technology is entering the era of society 5.0 where humans have a close relationship with technology in their lives. This study aims to determine the mechanism for implementing cashless payments as an innovation in the financial management of the Darussalam Islamic boarding school Blokagung Banyuwangi Tegalsari Banyuwangi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. In this research, the researcher himself is the instrument (human instrument) and there is a supporting instrument in the form of an interview guide grid. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The validity of the data in this research uses data triangulation. The results of this research are: The implementation of the cashless payment system at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi was carried out in four stages, namely: Determining cashless payment system innovation, Determining the cashless payment system budget, Implementing the cashless payment system program, Evaluation of the implementation of the cashless payment system.

Abstract

This research purpose to provide a comprehensive overview of the successes, challenges, and impacts of the driving school program by evaluating the Driving School program in Kediri City using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model which consists of 4 levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. At the reaction level, the education department carries out reflection activities to obtain feedback from the school principal. At the learning level, the education office uses pre-tests and post-tests to measure increases in participants' knowledge, skills and competencies, as well as direct observation by supervisors. At the behavioral level, the education office sees changes in the behavior and competence of school principals and teachers in implementing training results. At the results level, the education department does not yet have specific indicators to measure the long-term impact of the program, but carries out annual reflections to see changes in culture, leadership and involvement of the school community.

Abstract

Strategic management based on educational performance can be said to be a process of planning, measuring, assessing, and evaluating personnel performance to realize educational goals and optimize personnel's potential. The role of the head of MIS Nurul Falah is certainly required to be able to manage the education system in Madrasah properly. This study aims to determine how the strategy of the head of MIS Nurul Falah manages performance-based management of existing personnel. The research method used in this research is literature study research using books, scientific articles, and documents supported by descriptive qualitative research with interview and observation data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the madrasah head in managing performance-based management uses a system of recruitment, orientation, empowerment and organization, compensation, development and training, evaluation, and dismissal. Through this system, the madrasah head is objectively proven to be able to manage the existing education system in Madrasah properly, produce optimal education, and find the right solutions and work programs.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1). To find out whether there is an influence of competitive culture on the achievement of Santri Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. 2). To find out whether there is an influence of discipline culture on the achievement of Santri Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. 3). To determine the influence of Competitive Culture and Disciplinary Culture together on the Achievement of Santri Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The number of samples in this study was 109 respondents. The respondents in this research were all female students of Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling techniques or saturated samples. Data collection techniques include giving questionnaires to respondents, observation and documentation. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests and t tests (partial) and F tests (simultaneous) are used. The test results show that: 1) partially influences the achievement of the students of Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi. Partial test results show that Competitive Culture (X1) has a regression coefficient of 5.291 > 1.980, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Disciplinary Culture (X2) has a regression coefficient of 2.838 > 1.980, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Both variables have a significance value of <0.05. Thus the results of the t test (partial) show that there is a positive and significant influence of competitive culture (X1) and disciplinary culture (X2) on the achievement of students (Y) Ma'had Al Qosimy MAN 2 Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about leadership, managerial ship, and the similarities and differences between leadership and managerial ship. Even thought the two terms are closely related and are often used interchangeably, they have differences. A leader has the task of giving direction and giving subordinates the task of moving towards the same goal and manager function in the field of management implementation. The method used in this research is library research, data was obtained from various sources such as books, articles,s and journals about leadership and management. The results of the research are: 1) leadership is the art and ability that a person has in using his power to influence other people to carry out certain activities to achieve predetermined goals, 2) managerial ship is managerial ability in preparing implementation plans as well as placing employees in accordance respective position, 3) the similarity between leadership and managerial ship is that both have responsibility and subordinates, 4) the differences is that in leadership, a leader is tasked with directing and moving subordinates, whereas in managerial ship, a manager has duties according to management functions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Facilities and infrastructure management is the administration of facilities and infrastructure which includes planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating activities in operational facilities and infrastructure programs in schools. And there is teacher teaching motivation, motivation is someone's encouragement to fulfill the responsibilities given to them. In this thesis we will examine the management of facilities and infrastructure at Minhajut Thullab Vocational School. The aim of this research is to determine the teaching motivation of teachers at Minhajut Thullab Vocational School, how much influence the management of facilities and infrastructure has on teacher teaching motivation at Minhajut Thullab Vocational School. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, documentation. To test data validity and to find data reliability using the product moment formula, to find data reliability using Cornbach alpha. Then, to test the hypothesis, use the F test and T test, for the normality test, use the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. Results of this research: (1). Management of infrastructure at Minhajut Thullab Vocational School is included in the poor category. (2). There is a significant influence between facilities and infrastructure on teacher teaching motivation as shown by the results of the t test with a t test beta coefficient value of 0.-621 which is negative, with a t count of 8.394 > 0.423 sig 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (3). Judging from the summary test, the R value or correlation coefficient is 0.621, while R square, the result of squaring the R value or coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.385, which means that the independent variable variable Y and 62% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research determines the influence of academic service and administrative services on the satisfaction of midwifery students Hafhawaty Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo, East Java. This research is quantitative with a causal study design. Based on non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling approach, a sample of 150 students was obtained. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS 26.0 software as the analysis tool. Based on the results of the research and discussion, researchers can conclude that academic service and administrative services both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. Thus, the better the academic services and administrative services provided to students, the greater the satisfaction of Hafhawaty Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo, East Java midwifery students (p-value <0.05). This research was only carried out by the Hafshawaty Zainul Hasan Genggong Midwifery Academy, Probolinggo, East Java, and does not use control variables as other variables that could influence student satisfaction. This research highlights that educational institutions should prioritize improving academic and administrative support systems to ensure students have a satisfying experience during their studies.
