Abstract

The purposes of this research are : (1) to find out the implementation of quality management in MTs Al Amiriyyah in the 2020/2021 academic year, (2) to find out how profwssional cpmpetence oh teacher at MTs Al Amiriyyah in the 2020/2021 academic year, (3) to find out effort what the school does in improving the professional competence of MTs Al Amiriyyah teacher for the 2020/2021 academic year. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysia used is data analysis by Milles and Huberman with the analysis steps, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the data validity test uses the credibility, auditibility, dependibility, and confirmability tests. The results of this study indicate that : (1) MTs Al Amiriyyah has implemented integrated quality management well, this can be seen through continuous reconciliation carried out by the head of the madrasa, including all component in deciding problems and making decisions according to facts, (2) professional competence teacher at MTs Al Amiriyyah owned by teacher are not evenly distributed, there are teacher who are professional and some have not been proven by educator certificates, (3) school principals have made efforts aimed at improving the professional competence of teachers at MTs Al Amiriyyah which includes monitoring activities, supervision, training, job placement, additional teaching hours and certification program.

Abstract

English is one of the most difficult subjects in Indonesia. Almost all students in Indonesia are afraid to speak English. Therefore, speaking is one of the important competencies that must e mastered by students at school. There are various methods that can be used for teaching speaking, one of which is the oral drill method. Several previous studies stated the oral drill method was effectively used to improve speaking skills. The researcher looked at the use of the oral drill method in teaching speaking by using a qualitative descriptive research design. The researcher was conducted on eighth grade excellent class of MTs Al-Amiriyyah in the academic year 2020/2021. The researcher conducted research instruments by classroom observation, Interviews, and Documentation. The result of the analysis is as follows: 1) the students' ability in speaking English lacking before using the oral drill method 2) the students are afraid to speak English because they lack vocabulary and are unconfident speaking English. 3) There are changes in students after using the oral drill method. They are more active in participating in learning English so it can be concluded that the teaching method using the oral drill is effective in improving speaking skills.

Abstract

Novel contains the moral value of the story told by the author. Therefore, if I had your face novel tells the story of the lives of four women in Korea with different problems. There is only one research problem in this study, what kinds of moral value that appears in the novel if I had your face. The methodology of this research is the descriptive qualitative method. In this paper, the writer researched moral values in the novel if I had your face. The writer did several steps in collecting data, starting with reading the entire book carefully and repeatedly, then marking the sections that contained moral values, then grouping them according to the type of moral values. The result of this research after analyzing if I had your face novel, the writer found nine kinds of moral values such as Bravery, Humbleness, Honesty, Steadfastness, Sympathetic to Others, Thankfulness, Trustworthiness, Sincerity, and Kind-Hearted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze curriculum management in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation at SPM Ulya Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Second, to determine the role and function of curriculum management in improving the quality of students of SPM Mudalam Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Amiriyyah Tegalsari Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative approach method, data collection is carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques, then the instrument used in this study is the human instrument (researcher as an instrument), then after data collection, the data obtained are field notes, speeches , and respondent's actions, documents, and others, then the data sources obtained in this study are developed during the research process. The result of this research is that the WKM SPM Muisah Ulya Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Amiriyyah Curriculum is holding an additional hours of study program that aims to complete the targets that have not been achieved and to reform curriculum management in terms of curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

English is used as communication in the world. It becomes an international language. There are four skills in English, namely speaking, listening, writing, and reading. Because English is used for communication, automatically speaking is most important in communication. But in reality, speaking is the lowest of them, so that to face this problem there must be some ways and solutions to improve the students speaking skills by using the unjoyful in the teaching-learning process. In this case, the researcher used cooperative learning to improve speaking skills. This study uses Class Action Research. Classroom action research can improve the teaching and learning process of speaking in class. The Classroom Action Research has four steps to conduct research. They are Planning, Implementing, Observing, and Reflecting. Every step has a different activity. The researcher always undergoes this process because it is a procedure to obtain the data result. The researcher has examined the speaking skills in tenth-grade excellent class program Madrasah Aliyah Al Amiriyyah Blokagung. Class Action Research conducted as much as these two cycles can improve speaking skills in students with a percentage number that is on the test Pre percentage amount 29,9% after the first cycle studies with cooperative learning, the number of percentages increased to 54,2%, but the number still has not reached the minimum value criteria of success of 80%, thus continuing the cycle II and the results of 83,3%. That amount has reached the minimum value criteria of success. From the description of the results of a classroom action research can be concluded that, learning cooperative learning model can improve speaking skills in the grade ten featured program Madrasah Aliyah Al Amiriyyah Blokagung 2020/2021 school year.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out that the growing level of school literacy can improve the quality of education. Library research method using a qualitative approach. It can be concluded that school literacy is very urgent for the world of education. The development of the world of science and technology is so fast in this era of globalization, for that it must be immediately balanced by mastering the science and technology, by learning (reading). Because by not immediately compensating automatically will soon be left behind. Seeing the weaknesses that exist for the Indonesian people, both the ability to read, the love of reading, the lack of reading materials for our students so that they lose or are left behind from other nations, it is only natural that efforts must be made to catch up. There are various efforts, including the promotion of the school literacy movement (SLS). As the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No.23 of 2015 concerning School Literacy. In the implementation of the school literacy movement that went well by paying attention to the objectives, principles, stages, involving various parties, utilizing infrastructure, maximizing the literacy team, it turned out that it had an impact on improving the quality of education in general and the success of students in particular.

Abstract

In connection with the Covid-19 virus that hit, the current state of education is arguably ineffective because the learning system has changed to online. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of the online learning system at Madrasah Aliyah Al Amiriyyah. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. There are three research subjects, namely the head of the Madrasah, WKM. curriculum, and one of the teachers of MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Data analysis used the theory of Miles & Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validity technique uses triangulation. The results of the research: the planning, implementation and evaluation of the online learning system at MA Al Amiriyyah is still less effective because with the Covid-19 virus that hit, the learning system is different from before. The conclusion is that the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the online learning system at MA Al Amiriyyah is still not effective because the learning system is still unfamiliar and also different from the previous learning system.

Abstract

Pembelajaran inovatif adalah proses pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh guru dengan menerapkan beberapa metode dan teknik dalam setiap pertemuan. Artinya dalam setiap kali tatap muka guru harus menerapkan beberapa metode sekaligus. Namun dalam penerapannya harus memperhatikan karakteristik kompetensi dasar yang akan dicapainya, sehingga sangat dimungkinkan setiap kali tatap muka guru menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang berbeda. Untuk bisa melakukan pembelajaran yang inovatif guru dituntut mempunyai wawasan yang luas dalam hal metode pembelajaran. Jika hal ini tidak dimiliki oleh seorang guru maka pembelajaran tidak menutup kemungkinan mengarah ke pembelajaran ”tradisional” (ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi). Bentuk pembelajaran inovatif diantaranya dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan pendekatan kontekstual, dan PAIKEM. Kedua pendekatan ini dalam implementasin dan prinsipnya sama yaitu semuanya menuntut adanya kreatifitas guru yang tinggi serta dalam pelaksanaannya menuntut keaktifan dan kreatifitas siswa.

Abstract

This research is directedat 2 main things, namely: (1) How is the development of educational institutions at the Mambaul Huda Sumberurip Siliragung Islamic boarding school in Banyuwangi. (2) Whatis the policy of the pesantren leadership in develop ing educational institutionsat the Mambaul Huda Sumberurip Siliragung Islamic boarding school, Banyuwangi. This study us esqualitative methods as for there a son for using qualitative methods because in this study, researchers are at the same time an instrument in collecting data on leadership policies in develop ing educational institutions, so that researcher shave a method that has a very largerole, because what happened during the study needed a description. more in report writing. From the data obtained and the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that: (1) The development of educational institution satthe Mambaul Huda Islamic boarding school has been quite developed from previous years duet ot hein creasing number of students. (2) The policy of the pesantren leadership in develop ing educational in stitutionsat the Mambaul Huda Islamic boarding school, which still maintains traditional religious learning.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out the implementation of the Education Financing System in financial management innovation of the Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Foundation, (2) To determine the factors in financial management innovation of the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods.In this study, the researcher himself became the instrument (human instrument) with the support of the interview guide grid. data collection is more emphasized on observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses three interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation and decision making. The validity of the data in this study uses triangulation.The results of the research: Implementation of the Education Financing System in Financial Management Innovation Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi: The first stage is in the form of planning which includes (1) deliberations on foundation management and financial management, (2) design of education financing system, (3) data collection and the calculation of the financial amount, the second stage is organizing which includes (1) recruitment of the management team in charge of the system, (2) determination of responsibility for the management team, (3) guidance to managers, the third stage is implementation which includes (1) preparing payment system application, (2) making the SIS Darussalam application (3) system socialization and in the last stage there is an evaluation in the evaluation regarding (1) system evaluation meetings, (2) payment recapitulation reports (3) formation of a team for handling arrears. While the Financial Management Innovation Factors of the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Foundation: (1) supporting factors: (a) the establishment of cooperation in the service of the santri education financing system (b) Always monitoring the work productivity of financial managers. (2) Inhibiting factors: (a) the facilities are still not perfect (b) the lack of understanding of technological sophistication.
