Abstract

In managing the process of sending imported goods it is not uncommon to have problems, and the problems that usually arise from companies engaged in logistics services are in terms of the long bureaucracy in processing documents so that the process of sending goods experiences delays, and inaccuracies in checking documents so that they have to change data. This study used a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews, observations and related documents. The results of this study are that in the import shipping process at CV Jaya logistics dynasty including receiving import documents, making a PIB draft on PPJK, calling the arrival of the plane, paying PIB taxes, requesting manifests, requesting PIB transfers and waiting for tracking responses, paying D/O, preparing import documents, paying warehouse rent or stacking fees, sending goods to the warehouse, confirming receipt of goods and making invoices. This is important in carrying out the handling process at CV Jaya logistics dynasty. On handling goods.

Abstract

One of the public services that has a big impact on people's daily lives is transportation. Smooth and safe transportation is one of the backbones of the national economy and social welfare. The new BLU status given to BPLJSKB must be used as momentum to make improvements from within. This status must be used to increase service capacity, modernize infrastructure, and strengthen human resource competencies. In this research, the most appropriate approach is literature study. This approach allows researchers to understand the context, background and theoretical implications of changing the status of BPLJSKB to BLU by referring to existing literature. In other words, the transformation of BPLJSKB into BLU is not just an administrative step, but a strategic step to ensure that this institution remains relevant, effective, and provides maximum value to society. This capacity development is a response to the demands of the times for public institutions to work to higher standards and always be oriented towards the public interest.

Abstract

The author's aim in conducting this research is to analyze the role of the Automatic Blocking system policy in reducing non-tax state revenue receivables. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, because this research aims to obtain an overview of what is being studied to reveal problems in the performance of government organizations and observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. Data sources were obtained from informants through direct observation and interviews and documents were obtained in the form of regulations and data processing. Based on the research, the results obtained show that the role of the ABS policy on the Automatic Blocking system policy in reducing non-tax state revenue receivables is as an effort to speed up the settlement of state receivables, provide support to the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) task force, enrich collection efforts including by carrying out civil actions and /or termination of public services,  strengthening PUPN's duties and authority. Regarding the implementation of the Government's ABS (Automatic Blocking System), in this case the Ministry of Finance has stated that the implementation of the Automatic Blocking System has been effective in encouraging Payers to settle Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) receivables.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of Relationship Marketing, and Green Marketing to the Sustainability Business on SMEs (small and medium-scale Enterprise) in Kab. Bandung. Finding relation between variables allows this study to find the best strategy marketing to maintain the sustainability business of SMEs in Kab. Bandung. With the number of respondents as many as 100 SMEs, the instrument in the questionnaire is measured using a Likert scale (5 scales) then the data was processed with SPSS, while the variables are 1) Independent Variables consisting of Relationship Marketing, Green Marketing, 2) Dependent Variable is Sustainability Business. The used analysis in this study is multiple regression. The results show that Realtionship Marketing and green marketing has a positive and significant effect on Sustainability Business. The study discusses the results and give constructive suggestions for maintaining the sustainability business of SMEs.

Abstract

Non-cash payments are currently an alternative payment method that is highly favored by some groups of people. The convenience and benefits obtained by using non-cash payments are the reason people make non-cash payments. This is often done in the buying and selling process at malls, including malls in the Tangerang area. The aim of the research is to find out how the influence of non-cash payments on the buying interest of people who are in the mall in the Tangerang area. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression technique. The results of this study explain that there is a positive and significant effect of non-cash payments on people's buying interest of 87.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how incentives at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency affect worker productivity. This study's design, which takes a quantitative approach, combines associative and descriptive research techniques. The sample used in this study consisted of 70 respondents who were drawn from the whole workforce at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency using complete sampling or census methodologies. To test the analysis in this study, correlation analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression were used in conjunction with instrument validity tests, instrument reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis tests for relationship analysis and influence. According to the findings of previous research, incentives have a positive effect on employee work productivity at CV. Abdul fishing in the Sukabumi Regency. The magnitude of the effect of incentives on employee productivity is 54.1%, with the remaining 45.9% influenced by variables other than incentive-giving variables such as leadership style, discipline, motivation, work morale, work experience, and others.

Abstract

Every company definitely wants to emerge as a champion in the midst of intense market competition. To achieve this, what can be done by a company is to carry out effective marketing or promotional communication activities in order to be able to target the right opportunities. This research has the objectives, among others, to find out the marketing communication strategy at PT XYZ along with the constraints faced and the solutions implemented. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and supported by literature studies. From the results of processing the data obtained, this study concluded that PT XYZ had carried out marketing communications activities both conventionally and digitally quite well. Various obstacles were encountered by PT XYZ, such as the lack of marketing communication activities to be carried out and adequate human resources. However, to overcome these obstacles, there are several solutions that can be implemented, for example implementing other forms of marketing communications, increasing the number of personnel, and increasing distributors at strategic points.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of corporate social responsibility/CSR is carried out by PT. XYZ Indonesia is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and to find out the effect of implementing these Corporate Social Responsibility activities. The method used in this study is observation by collecting data obtained through interviews with the company and the community and paying attention to the supporting literature. The data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively and presented in detail descriptive by the author. Based on the results of the research and the data obtained, it can be concluded that the CSR activities carried out by PT. XYZ Indonesia in the form of compensation for orphans and slaughter of sacrificial animals which aims to build a positive image and create an image that the company pays attention to the condition of the surrounding community. There are several obstacles faced by the company in carrying out this CSR activity, namely a lot of data that is not in accordance with the database that has been made by the committee, and the difficulty of managing the people who come. However, these obstacles can be overcome with various solutions carried out by the organizers such as coordinating with the local RT/RW and creating a coupon exchange system that has been made before.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate, from a monetary point of view, how the adoption of technology and increased levels of financial literacy affect the continued viability of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. In this study, a quantitative methodology is utilized by selecting a sample of 42 culinary MSMEs located in the Sumedang district. The data that were collected were examined utilizing approaches that involved multiple regressions. According to the findings of the study, the application of technology as well as an understanding of financial concepts has a materially beneficial effect on the long-term viability of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME). Technology may be of assistance to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in enhancing their levels of efficiency and production, while financial literacy may be of assistance in fostering improved levels of financial management and improved decision-making. This sends a message to the government in its role as a regulator, to academics in their role as educators, to the business sector in its role as a catalyst, and to the community in its role as a driver to promote and grow financial literacy and fintech for MSMEs in Sumedang Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out whether public wealth indicated the implementation of Labuan Bajo, the super-premium tourism program, in the Manggarai Barat sub-district. Moreover, the data were both primary in the form of interviews and secondary in the form of documents. The study was descriptive- qualitative with a case-study approach. Furthermore, the informants were the head of the office, the head of the creative cluster, and also making its analysis. As a result, the implementation of the super-premium tourism object affected the Local Owned-source Revenue, improved natural resources, infrastructure, and the disclosure of public wealth. Likewise, the implementation of Labuan Bajo had been well-applied as the public revenue level was inclined, education access was easily obtained, and better quality of public health.
