Abstract

Procurement of electronic-based goods and services e-procurement is the process of transferring ownership of goods and services by buyers to sellers that occurs through cooperation. West Cakung has been implementing this e-procurement since 2017. This research aims to find out how effective the procurement of e-procurement electronic-based goods and services in West Cakung Village is and also to find out supporting factors and obstacles and solutions in the procurement of e-procurement electronic-based goods and services in West Cakung Village. The type of research used is a type of qualitative descriptive research and is supported by secondary data. The theory used in this study is the theory of effectiveness according to Duncan, namely the effectiveness of achieving goals, integration, and adaptation. And use indicators of policy implementation according to George Edwards III Theory, communication, resources, dispositions, and bureaucratic structures. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, literature, and documentation. The results illustrate that the exploration of e-procurement in the procurement of government goods and services in West Cakung Village has been effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee motivation at the Manpower Polytechnic during the implementation of Work From Home (WFH). The type of research used is explanatory with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire with 58 respondents with a simple regression analysis method which produces a t count of -2.063, this shows that the value of t count is greater than t table (-2.063 > 2.003) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.04 < 0.05). which can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be interpreted if work stress has a negative and significant effect on work motivation (Y) during the implementation of Work From Home (WFH). Meanwhile, for the coefficient of determination of 0.071 which means that 7.1% of the work motivation variable (Y) can be explained by the work stress variable (X) while the remaining 92.9% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to design a model framework of variables that determinants of capital structure. Board size, CEO duality, board composition, managerial ownership and CEO tenure were determined as independent variables that affect capital structure. Profitability and firm size were used as control variables. The meta analysis is the method used in the preparation of articles. The secondary data obtained is the result of research from previous researchers. The preparation of this study produces a model framework that can be used as a guide in formulating strategies as well as a consideration tool in making effective and efficient capital structure decisions so as to maximize company value and prevent bankruptcy.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and explaining the effect of brand image, product innovation and brand trust on buying interest. The study was conducted on Upgris students who use Samsung Smartphones. Data were collected through observation, document analysis, and distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis was carried out by descriptive quantitative methods using multiple regression analysis tools with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that first, the variable brand image, product innovation and brand trust have a simultaneous effect on buying interest. Second, the brand image variable has a partial effect on the interest in the bell. Third, the product innovation variable has a partial effect on buying interest. Fourth, the variable brand trust has an effect on buying interest.

Abstract

The formulation in this study is how the influence of workload and work stress on employee productivity at the Simpatik Waste Bank Project in Nagori Sait Buttu, Sidamanik District. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of workload and work stress on employee productivity at the Simpatik Waste Bank Project. The sample of this research is 20 employees. The analysis technique of this research uses multiple linear regression test Y=3.224+0.454 X1+0.390X2 where the constant y is (3.224) and the workload is (0.454) and the work stress is (0.390) which is significant. t test analysis (3.201>2.1010) was significant. Showing significant results This is indicated by the magnitude of the value. F analysis of 16,813 with a significant level of 0.000 (less than 0.05). Meanwhile, from the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be seen or concluded that the independent variables in this study were able to explain 62.5% of the dependent variable (Employee Productivity) of the Sympathetic Waste Bank Project. While the remaining 37.5% is influenced by data factors that are not examined. it can be concluded that Ha is accepted or workload and work stress have a significant effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the influence of leadership style, competence and work motivation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the General Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat.Sampling was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires by a Likert scale with one of the non-probability sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling to 70 employees. The data analysis method uses path analysis by the SPSS application.He results of the study consist of 2 sub-structures. Sub-structure I shows that leadership style has a significant effect on work motivation, competence has a significant effect on motivation. Sub-structure II shows that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, competence has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style, competence and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar terhadap prestasi mahasiswa, Pengaruh Lingkungan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, dan Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar dan Lingkungan secara bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dengan jumlah 60 responden pada Prgram Studi Ekonomi Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Metro. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda serta pengambilan data primer melalui intrumen Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Disiplin Belajar berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Prestasi Mahasiswa, Lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Prestasi Mahasiswa, serta Disiplin Belajar dan Lingkungan berpengaruh siginifikan dan positif terhadap Prestasi Mahasiswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make or recommend a strategy for the MS Glow Store Bandung. The recommended strategy is the marketing public relations strategy to increase customer loyalty again, Ms. Glow Store Bandung. Customer loyalty is very important for the company because it has a big influence on the company, so a strategy to deal directly with customers is needed. This study used qualitative methods with interview techniques. The results of this study are that Ms. Glow Store Bandung can use marketing public relations strategies to increase customer loyalty. By using a pull strategy by promoting products via television or radio, a push strategy by holding promotions and price discounts, and a strategy pas by participating in social activities, as well as being balanced or accompanied by other marketing activities to increase customer loyalty.The purpose of this research is to make or recommend a strategy for the MS Glow Store Bandung. Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and balance of the national economy, therefore each SME is entitled to special rights and powers in conducting their business. One of those powers requires that every SME is able to adapt and follow the tren of economic movement that tends to utilize digital technology. This research aims to determine the impact of Digital Marketing Strategies Using Social Media and E-Commerce on the Development of Yasmin's Brownies SME Business. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative research design utilizing primary and secondary data sources obtained through observations conducted through interviews and surveys conducted by distributing questionnaires. This research resulted in the impact of digital marketing on Yasmin's Brownies SME by utilizing the digital media platform Instagram as a marketing media and expanding the marketing and sales reach of the SME using the e-commerce platform Tokopedia. The impact of this research aims to provide solutions to marketing problems faced by SMEs that are starting to venture into digital media in the process of marketing their products to consumers in a wider reach.

Abstract

This situation of course greatly affects the Indonesian economy, especially the MSMEs in Lamongan City. The decrease in turnover that occurred in MSMEs was also very significant, including a decrease in business fields, namely the food and beverage sector. Online sales can be used as a strategy and means to boost economic life during a pandemic. The object of this research is the Rengginang Crispy Sri Rejeki MSME located in Geneng Hamlet near Lamongan Regency. This research aims to enable Rengginang Crispy Sri Rejeki SMEs to optimize the use of delivery services as marketing and distribution media. The method for obtaining data in the research is using a qualitative approach and conducting direct interviews with informants from the Rengginang Crispy Sri Rejeki UMKM business actors in Lamongan and also using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that sales and distribution of Rengginang Crispy Sri Rejeki through delivery services, especially local delivery in Lamongan such as cita delivery, boss delivery, and others. Collaboration between MSMEs by utilizing delivery partner services can optimize the distribution and promotion of Rengginang Crispy Sri Rejeki MSMEs so that goods can be ensured to arrive at their place and be received by consumers in intact condition.
