Abstract

High employee performance makes it easier for employees to be promoted to higher positions. However, not all employees perform as well as expected by the company, as was the case at PT Adhimix RMC Indonesia. This study aims to model the effect of job rotation perspective variables, work discipline, and employee development on employee performance through job satisfaction mediation. This study employs quantitative research methods and causality analysis. It uses stratified random sampling to collect information. The data were collected using questionnaires, and the partial least square method was used for data analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, job rotation, work discipline, and employee development all have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction influences employee performance significantly. As a result of the analysis, it is also found that job rotation, work discipline, and employee development contribute to employee performance directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fundamental factors and systematic risk on stock prices with the object of commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2019. Fundamental factors are measured using DER, EPS, PBV and PER. Meanwhile, systematic risk is measured using stock beta. The results of the study found that the independent variables, namely DER, EPS, PBV, PER and systematic risk have a simultaneous effect on stock prices. Partially, DER has a significant negative effect on stock prices, EPS has a significant positive effect on stock prices, and PBV has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, PER and systematic risk have no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of work motivation on the performance of the Secretariat Of The National Pharmaceutical Committee Of The Republic Of Indonesia, (2) The effect of work discipline on employee performance.. National Pharmaceutical Committee Of The Republic Of Indonesia. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is the employees of the Secretariat of the National Pharmacy Committee of the Ministry of Health, totaling 60 employees with a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis.The results of the study found that: (1) Work motivation has a t value of 2.551 with a significance level of 0.015 so that it is known that tcount> ttable (2.551> 2000), and a significance level of 0.015 <0.05. Which means that work motivation (X1) has a significant effect in a positive direction on employee performance at the National Pharmacy Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Y). (2) Work Discipline has a t value of 2.119 with a significance probability level of 0.039 So that it is known that tcount> ttable (2119> 2000), and a significance level of 0.039 <0.05, which means that Work Discipline (X2) has a significant effect in a positive direction on performance. Employees at the National Pharmacy Committee of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. (3) The work environment has a value of t count 13,000 with a probability level of significance of 0.000 So that it is known that tcount> ttable (13,000> 2000), and a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, which means that the Work Environment (X3) has a significant effect in a positive direction on performance. Abstract

The study aims to test the influence of professional recognition and training on the interest in becoming an educator accountant for Accounting students in South Jakarta. This study used the structural equation modeling (SEM) method from 100 students as a sample selected by purposive sampling technique. The results show that these two factors significantly influenced students' interest in becoming educator accountants. For future study, suggested adding other factors that may influence career choices as an educator accountant, such as economic motives, family support, or other factors. The implications of this research are helping students in choosing a career, especially accounting students. Another implication is suggesting to educational institutions equip the student with ts some professional training to support student career selection. This research may add to the study of student career choices

Abstract

The study aims to test simultaneously and partially the influence of film quality, community effects and service quality on interest in watching the Cinema XXI on the Transmart Padang. The use of this variable is expected to find out the factors that influence interest in watching the product (film). This study uses a sample of 100 respondents, namely moviegoers in the Transmart Padang through distributing questionnaires using the non random sampling method. The results of the study showed that film quality, community effects and service quality had a positive effect on interest in watching.

Abstract

Start-up companies in Indonesia are growing rapidly and this development supported by technological developments that continue to increase. The rapid development of technology and start-up companies, the need for human resources is also increasing. This matter has triggered the emergence of new professions that are increasingly found among young millennials. The emergence of new professions in start-up companies in the industrial era 4.0 encourages everyone to continue to develop themselves to maintain their job or get a better job. Self-development through formal education that has been achieved is not enough to meet the demands of work and positions in a company, so training and career development are needed. This training and career development is included in one of the talent management processes for employees to provide new skills to employees and can make employees like their work and tasks so that employees feel satisfied with their work. The research method used in this study is the literature review method. The data was collected from previous studies and literature on talent management and job satisfaction identified through various electronic databases. Based on the results of this literature review, it shows that talent management has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. This research can be the initial basis for further research on the influence of talent management on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with observations for 5 consecutive years, namely 2015-2019. This period was chosen because the financial statements for that period are considered to be the latest reports. Based on the above results, the simultaneous test between X1, X2, and X3 the sig value in this test is 0.000 so it can be concluded that together the variables X1, X2, and X3 have a simultaneous effect on the y variable. This result is also corroborated by the comparison between f table and f arithmetic where the value of f count is 14,897 and f table N=141 is 2,44. So it can be concluded that H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted because the fcount value is 14.897 > ftable 2.44. The results of individual hypothesis testing for Information Asymmetry, Firm Size, and Leverage variables show that these variables have a significant effect on the Earnings Management variable (Y) simultaneously (simultaneously). This is illustrated by the acceptance of Ha and the rejection of H0 and the significance value of X5 0.000 less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that all independent variables have a significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Strategy for Development of Waterfall Tourism Objects in Malangga Village, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative research design. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data, namely data obtained through interviews, as well as documentation related to this research. The data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, and SWOT. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that in the development of the Waterfall Tourism Object in Malangga Village, it continues to maintain the natural authenticity of the Waterfall object in Malagga Village by utilizing all strengths to seize the maximum opportunity to attract tourists.

Abstract

Moving in the beauty industry is one of the industrial fields that will remain prospective and as the right step in investing and answering an increasingly modern lifestyle where maintaining appearance is the main thing for some people. Beauty Clinic dr. Reni G is one of the beauty clinics that has been established for more than ten years but in its development has experienced a decline in sales, although it has carried out various strategies with the application of a fairly interesting collaboration  concept. This study initiated the Beauty Clinic dr. Reni G to make continuous improvements as outlined in the Canva s Business Modelas the results of data persentase tassumption responden with a value of 88% to increase competitiveness.  Business Model Canvas provides convenience and flexibility for business people in evaluating the wheels of their business periodically through its nine elements. The results of the study showed that the Beauty Clinic dr. Reni G implemented the Business Model Canvas by creating value proposaltion not only providing friendly, trustworthy, honest, quality services at affordable prices but beauty dr. Reni G is here to educate and care for the community.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is is there any influence of discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Ar Rayhan Tour and Travel North Musi Rawas, South Sumatra. This type of research uses the corrolative type. The number of samples is 15 employees who work at PT. Ar Rayhan Tour and Travel North Musi Rawas. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires and through documentation of PT. Ar Rayhan Tour and Travel North Musi Rawas. Based on the results of research analysis regarding the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Ar Rayhan Tour and Travel Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra, this can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.602, besides the value = 0.000 < alpha 0.05, the results of the coefficient of determination test (R²) obtained an R square value of 0.247 which means that the remuneration variable explains employee performance variable is 24.7%, from the T test results obtained sig 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the work discipline variable (X) and the employee performance variable (Y).
