Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and work safety on the performance of Grab drivers in Semarang City. The population of researchers is all Grab Drivers in Semarang City, the sample that has been determined in this study is 100 drivers using probability sampling techniques with simplehrandom sampling method. Data analysis in this study using the SPSS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression approaches. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a persial effect, namely; Reward has a positive and significant effect on Driver Performance, Punishment has a positive and significant effect on Driver Performance, and Work Safety has a positive and significant effect on Grab Driver Performance in Semarang City.

Abstract

Hospitals certainly have strategic policy formulation in internal parts, especially organization, management and human resources (HR) and must be able to make decisions effectively to improve the quality of health services. So by increasing this vision, there is a need for an information management strategy in hospital services. The purpose of this literature review is to examine journals that explain health service information management strategies in hospitals. This literature review used articles in the PubMed, Google Scholar, and ProQuest databases published in 2017-2022, obtained 651 articles which were then reviewed using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) diagram and obtained 6 articles that met the requirements for analysis. . The results of 6 articles obtained that the health service information management strategy in hospitals is by increasing Human Resources (HR), optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), developing Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS), Improving the Quality of Health Services, and Expansion of Promotion or Hospital Services. It can be concluded that the management information system in health services is something that integrates the entire process flow of hospital services in the form of a network that improves human resources for health services, quality information systems in hospitals. This strategy becomes an arrangement or equipment that provides information to develop to achieve the objectives of its activities

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of local knowledge and skills on employee performance in MSMEs in Ngerangan Village, Klaten. The population of researchers is from 28 MSMEs in the village of Ngerangan Jaya Klaten that the total number of employees is 190 employees, the sample that has been determined the sample in this study is 100 drivers using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling methods using the slovinh formula. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS AMOS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with the AMOS SEM approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the influential variable local knowledge affects employee performance, skills affect the performance of MSME employees in Ngerangan Village, Klaten

Abstract

Human resources (HR) as a very vital hospital asset that has an important role in managing and managing it. Human resources are very functional so they cannot be replaced by other resources. Technical HR support is one of the keys to the success of implementing HMIS in a sustainable and quality manner. The purpose of this literature review is to examine the factors that influence the quality of human resources on the quality of hospital management information systems (HMIS). This literature review used articles in the PubMed, Google Scholar, and ProQuest databases published in 2018-2023, obtained 792 articles which were then reviewed using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) diagram and obtained 6 articles that met the requirements for analysis. . The results of 6 articles obtained that the factors that influence the quality of human resources on the quality of the hospital management information system (HMIS) are factors of education, knowledge, skills, professionalism, organization, technology, and quality of health services. It can be concluded that the quality of human resources certainly has benchmarks that can be influenced by several factors that must be owned by individuals such as knowledge, education, and technology that can support the level of success and indicators in managing hospital management information systems that can produce workers to become more effective and efficient

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Talent Management and Workforce Agility on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Prosperous Forest (HMI). The research population is all employees of PT. Hutan Makmur Indonesia (HMI) as many as 300 people, the sample that has been determined in this study is 93 employees using the Non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. Testing the hypothesis with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a partial effect, namely; Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Workforce Agility has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, simultaneously Talent Management and Workforce Agility have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesia's Prosperous Forest

Abstract

In this era of technological advances, information can be easily disseminated via the internet. Social media is one of the options used by the government to communicate with the public and carry out its functions in providing public services. Government social media management requires an organizational culture accompanied by support from all levels of government officials to be able to share information with the public. Abstract

This study aims to analyze, whether having a HR strategy with high entrepreneurial enthusiasm and commitment can increase economic figures through tourist visits by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Association of Traders Pujasera Tourism of the Great Mosque of Demak (P4MAD). The data collection for this study was by distributing questionnaires which would be processed using the Quantitative research method using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of the data that have been processed, Morale has a positive effect on increasing Tourist Visits with a P-Value of (0.000). Work Commitment has less effect on increasing Tourist Visits with a P-value of (0.75). Tourist visits have a positive effect on increasing the economy with a P-Value of (0.000). Work enthusiasm is less influential in improving the economy with a P-Value having a value of (0.239). work commitment is less influential in improving the economy with a P-Value that has a value of (0.754). Morale has a positive effect on increasing the economy through tourist visits with a P-Value of (0.000). And Work Commitment is less influential in improving the economy through tourist visits with a P-Value of (0.754). Future initiatives after this research, MSME actors in P4MAD can improve strategies, to be more innovative, and can use E-HRM, which is a method used for managing HR (Human Resources) aimed at attracting tourist visits and increasing economic numbers

Abstract

This study began because the level of visits to Ngerangan Klaten culinary tourism was less than other culinary tours in Klaten Regency and the findings that the variables that determined competitiveness obtained different results which then led to the formulation of the problem of "how to improve competitiveness".Departing from the formulation of the problem, this study aims to determine the effect of asset management, business capital, business age, financial literacy, and innovation on the competitiveness of Klaten Ngerangan culinary tourism. This study uses probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that asset management variables have no effect on competitiveness, business capital variables have no effect on competitiveness, business age variables have no effect on competitiveness, financial literacy affects competitiveness, and innovation affects competitiveness

Abstract

In this modern era, almost all aspects of life have undergone modernization, including market capital. The current capital market has provided a new alternative for investors. Now, investment is not only limited to real accounts and deposits in the banking system, but investment in capital markets has also developed. One of the most popular is stock. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effect of solvency and liquidity ratios on stock returns with profitability ratios as the intervention variable. The method used in this research consists of quantitative data. Based on the research, there is no influence between the solvency ratio (X1) on stock returns (Y), which is seen partially by the t value of -0.654 and the significance value is 0.514. There is no influence between the liquidity ratio (X2) on stock returns (Y) which is seen partially by the t-value of 0.714 and the significance value of 0.477. There is no influence between the profitability ratio (Z) on stock returns (Y) which is seen partially by the t value of -0.449 and the significance value is 0.654. There is an influence between the solvency ratio (X1) on profitability (Z) which is seen partially by the t value of -2.758 and the significance value is 0.007. there is no influence between the liquidity ratio (X2) on stock returns (Y) which is seen partially by the t-value of -0.821 and the significance value is 0.414.

Abstract

In achieving organizational goals, it is necessary to properly manage the human resources in it. The Puskesmas is an organization where human resources or employees are called to have a major influence in achieving the goals of the Puskesmas. Job satisfaction is one of the factors that can affect employee commitment to the organization. In fact, there are many phenomena and problems that indicate that something is not right that is felt by the employees of the UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraja. Therefore, we will conduct research on the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment at the UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraja. This research is a descriptive quantitative study using a simple linear regression statistical test with the independent variable being job satisfaction and the dependent variable being employee commitment. The results of the sample calculation using the slovin formula obtained the number of samples as many as 40 of the total population of 68 people. The sampling technique was taken using random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a relationship between job satisfaction and employee commitment and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee commitment at the UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraja
