Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating dan Price in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample selection used purposive sampling, amounting to 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used is classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, dan hypothesis test. Based on the research results obtained: 1) Online Customer Review has positive dan significant relationship in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention used t-test. 2) Online Customer Rating has positive dan significant relationship in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention used t-test. 3) Price has positive but not significant relationship in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention used t-test. 4) Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating dan Price simultaneously have a positive and significant relationship in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention used F-test

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, work environment and workloads on employee’s performance partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of PT. Inline Flow Specialty as many as 52 employees. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and analyzing the data obtained using quantitative data analysis. Quantitative analysis includes: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis testing through t test and F test, and coefficient of determination (R2), Data processing with the help of SPSS 21 Software. The data that have met the validity, reliability and classical assumption test from the results of multiple linear regression test obtained by the following equation: Y = 19,439+ (-0.244X1)+0.834X2+0.102X3+e From the results of the t test (partial) it shows that work stress has a significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant effect on performance, and workloads has no significant effect on performance and simultaneously work stress, work environment and workloads have a significant effecton Performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) are known that 24.6% of the variation in performance can be explained by the variables of Work Stress, Work Environment and Workloads. While the remaining 75.4% (100% - 24.6%) was applied by other variables that were not proposed in this study.

Abstract

The Port Business Entity is one of the port management business units in Batam which is special because it is not managed directly by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, but is managed by the Batam Free Trade Area and Free Port Concession Agency. The output of BUP is port services. anchoring service activities in the form of dock mooring services, water services, loading and unloading services, rental services for stacking/warehouse areas, scout and tug services, and finally through put services (especially at the Kabil liquid bulk port). As one of the business units managed by the Batam Free Trade Area and Free Port Concession Board, employees are required to report all activities carried out to the Batam Free Trade and Free Port Concession Board. Before the activity report is submitted to the Batam Free Trade Area and Free Port Concession Board, the personnel section is obliged to control its employees for the success of the realization of work targets such as the provision and service of port services. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture, work environment and leadership style on the performance of Batam Port Business Entity Office employees, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative methods based on primary in the form of questionnaires and secondary data from agencies. The number of samples in this study were 104 respondents who were employees of the Batam Port business entity office. The data analysis technique was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS statistical tools. The results of the study found that organizational culture had a significant partial effect on employee performance. The work environment has no significant effect partially on employee performance. Leadership style partially significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture, work environment and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Product Quality, Price and Brand on Polygon Bicycle Purchase Decisions in the Batam City Pandemic Era. The results of this study tested the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions using t-test with a significance level of 0.05, obtained p-value of 0.047 <0.05, then reject H_0. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for polygon bicycles in the Batam City pandemic era. The results of the analysis using the t-test obtained a p-value of 0.034 <0.05 then reject H_0. These results indicate that in this study the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for polygon bicycles in the Batam City pandemic era. The results of the job satisfaction test with the t-test obtained a p- value of 0.000 <0.05, then rejecting H_0 it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase polygon bicycles in the Batam City pandemic era. In this study, simultaneously testing using the F test with a significance level of 0.05 obtained a p-value of 0.000 then reject H_0. The results of this study indicate that the variables of product quality, price and brand together will affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and job stress on employee performance at PT Aohai Technology Indonesia. In the testing phase in this research, the sampling method used is the census. The sample in this study were 110 employees of PT Aohai Technology Indonesia. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using a linear regression model and T- statistical test. Hypothesis testing is done using SPSS software. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it is known that organizational culture does not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Aohai Technology Indonesia. And from the results of the second test, it is known that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Aohai Technology Indonesia. And the results of the third test, it is known that work stress has a significant negative effect on the performance of PT Aohai Technology Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan Budaya Organisasi mendeterminasi langsung terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Sample dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai yang bekrja di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Batam. Kuisioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 66 dan seluruhnya kembali, dengan teknik nonprobality sampling. Untuk menganlisis data penelitian ini dengan teknik analisis multiple regresion dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel, kepemimpinan transforamasional dan motivasi kerja menderterminasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0.05. Sedangkan budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai menderteminasi secara langsung tidak signifikan > 0.05. Koefisien determinasi R Square kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0.868 dan kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0.864.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada determinasi langsung kemampuan kerja, Disiplin kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi mendeterminasi langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai kelurahan. Adapun yang menjadi sample dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai kelurahan di Kecamatan Sekupang Kota Batam. Kuisioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 81 dan seluruhnya kembali, dengan teknik nonprobality sampling. Untuk menganlisis data penelitian ini dengan teknik analisis multiple regresion dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel, kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja menderterminasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000< 0.05. dan komitmen organisasi menderteminasi secara langsung tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja menderteminasi secara langsung signifikan 0.000 <0.05. Hasil pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja yang di mediasi oleh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Koefisien determinasi R Square kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0.785 dan penempatan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0.702.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is a direct influence of career development, work environment, self-efficacy and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and to find out whether career development, work environment, self-efficacy have a direct effect on employee job satisfaction. The samples from this research were employees who worked at the Riau Islands Provincial Health Service. A total of 75 questionnaires were distributed and all were returned, using a non-probability sampling technique. To analyze this research data using multiple regression analysis techniques using SmartPLS software. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables, career development and job satisfaction have no significant direct effect on employee organizational commitment with a significance level of > 0.05. Meanwhile, the work environment and self-efficacy on employee organizational commitment determine it directly with a significance of <0.05. The research results show that variables, work environment and self-efficacy directly determine job satisfaction with a significance level of <0.05. The results of the indirect influence show that the variables of career development, work environment and self-efficacy on organizational commitment which are mediated by job satisfaction have an insignificant effect, with a significance level of > 0.05. The R Square coefficient of determination for career development, work environment, self-efficacy and job satisfaction on employee performance is 0.858 and career development, work environment, self-efficacy on job satisfaction is 0.865.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Batam City Industry and Trade Office. The results of this study testing the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance using the t test with a significant level of 0.05 obtained a p-value of 0.041 <0.05, then reject H_0. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Batam City Industry and Trade Office. The results of the analysis using the t test obtained a p-value of 0.015 <0.05, so reject H_0. These results indicate that in this study work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Batam City Industry and Trade Office. The results of the job satisfaction test with the t test obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, so rejecting H_0 can be said that there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in the Batam City Industry and Trade Service. This research is tested simultaneously using the F test with a significant level of 0.05 obtained a p-value of 0.000, so reject H_0. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction together will affect employee performance.

Abstract

The main aim of this study was to conduct a thorough investigation into how work stress, work environment, and workload impact employee performance, both individually and in combination. The research focused on 52 employees employed at PT Inline Flow Specialty. Data collection primarily involved administering questionnaires to the participants, and subsequent analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression within a quantitative research framework. Results from the partial t-test revealed that work stress and work environment significantly influenced employee performance, whereas workload did not demonstrate a significant effect. However, when these factors were considered together, they collectively showed a considerable impact on performance. Further examination of the data revealed that the coefficient of determination (R2) indicated that 24.6% of the variation in performance could be explained by work stress, work environment, and workload. However, the bulk of the variation, accounting for 75.4%, was attributed to other unexplored factors. This underscores the intricate nature of performance determinants in the workplace and suggests avenues for future research to delve deeper into these unexplored factors.
