Abstract

The reason for this study was to examine the impact of Self-Control, Self-Concept, and Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior in Online Shopping on Students of Batam University. The method applied in this study is the quantitative method . The populace utilized in this study were students of Batam University with a total of 2,814 students at 2022, while the sampling was 97 respondents. Data collection primarily involved administering questionnaires to the participants. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Software version 25 program. Results from the partial t-test revealed that self control and lifestyle significantly influenced consumptive behavior in online shopping, whereas self concept did not demonstrate a significant effect. However, when these factors were considered together, they collectively showed a considerable impact on consumtive behavior in online shopping. The worth of R Square on self control, self concept, and lifestyle factors influrncing consumtive behavior in online shopping is 20.9% and the remaining 79.1% are explained by others relevant variables.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and modernization, corporate competition is getting sharper, human resources need to consistenly engage in proactive self-development and swiftly adapt to changing times. Every company must improve employee performance in order to continue to persist in business, special case at pharmaceutical sector. Of course, improving employee performance is important for them . The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the impact of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Antermitra Sembada Batam. The research methode using quantitative method. Employees of PT. Antermitra Sembada Batam Branch as population with a total of 55 (2022), sample is 55 respondents. The primary method of data collection involved distributing questionnaires to the participants. Analysis of the gathered data was performed utilizing multiple linear regression analysis within a quantitative research framework, processing using the SPSS version 23 software program. The results of research indicate that compensation, has insignificant impact on the employees performance with a probability value of 0.134 > 0.05. Both of motivation and dicipline has a significant impact on the employees performance with a probability value of 0.035 < 0.05; 0.011 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 35.6% could be attribute of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline and the majority, accounnting 64.4% , attribute by another variables not explore.

Abstract

This research aims to determinane the effect of dependent variable Y (employee performance). Meanwhile, the independent variables are X1 (digital banking), X2 (motivation), X3 (training) and X4 (leadership) at PT. Bank Central Asia Batam Branch. The population is all employees of PT Bank Central Asia Batam Branch, totaling 135 employees. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula with an e value of 5% so that the samples processed in the research were 100 employees. The data analysis technique was processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program application. The results of data analysis produced a multiple linear regression equation Y=11.529+0.247X1+0.464X2 - 0.010X3+0.147X4 + e. The value of each independent variable, namely digital banking, is 0.168 > 0.05, motivation is 0.000 < 0.05, training is 0.933 > 0.05 and leadership is 0.181 > 0.05. The results of the regression analysis show that the digital banking, training and leadership variables have a partial positive and insignificant influence, while motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Independent variable simultaneously provides a positive and significant contribution to Y (employee performance) with a degree of significance (Sig F) of 0.000 on employee performance < 0.05

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of working capital management components on profitability as measured by ROA (return on assets). The components of working capital management in this research include account receivable period, account payable period, inventory period, cash conversion cycle, firm size, sales growth, leverage, gross working capital turnover, current assets to total assets, and current liabilities to total assets. The research subjects were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Through purposive sampling, 67 companies were selected that met the requirements, a total of 335 observation data. The research results show that the cash conversion cycle and leverage have a significant negative influence on company profitability, while company size has a significant positive influence on profitability in listed companies in Indonesia. This research also shows that that account receivable period, account payable period, inventory period, sales growth, gross working capital turnover, current assets to total assets, and current liabilities to total assets do not have a significant influence on company profitability on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan akuntansi dan kepribadian wirausaha terhadap kinerja manajerial. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja manajerial dan dan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan akuntansi dan kepribadian wirausaha. Adapun teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teory of pland behavior Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dan metode purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dan diperoleh sebanyak 63 UMKM. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer, teknik Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Data tersebut didapatkan dengan membagikan kuesioner atau angket kepada responden. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS vers 25. Terdapat beberapa metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini di antaranya adalah analisis statistika deskriptif, uji kualitas instrumen (uji validitas, uji reabilitas) uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji hipotesis (persamaan analisis regresi berganda, uji t dan menguji koefisien determinasi (R^2). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara parsial pengetahuan akuntansi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial dan kepribadian wirausaha tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between participation budgets and participation budgets involving organizational commitment. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of organizational commitment as a moderating variable between the correlation between budget participation and budget accounting. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents non-randomly. The unit of analysis for this research is individuals, namely managers consisting of marketing managers, sales managers, financial managers, production managers and other department managers. Sample collection was carried out using a purposive sampling method which was carried out at one time within a period of one year and one month (one-stage-study). This research succeeded in testing that the moderating variable commitment influences the organization influencing individual participation in budget preparation, and accepted the research hypothesis that there is a significant influence between the independent interaction variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, dan Ketelitian Kerja terhadap KinerjaㅤㅤPegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Batu Ampar. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi ㅤyang diteliti meliputi seluruh pegawai di Kecamatan Batu Ampar, yang berjumlah 80 orang, ㅤㅤdengan sampel yang juga mencakup keseluruhan pegawai, yaitu 80 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner elektronik. Temuan dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapㅤㅤKinerja Pegawai secara ㅤparsial, Variabel Kompetensi (X2) juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai secara parsial, sedangkan Variabel Ketelitian Kerja (X3) menunjukkan pengaruh positif namunㅤㅤㅤㅤtidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja ㅤPegawai. ㅤSecara ㅤsimultan, Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, ㅤdan Ketelitian Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap KinerjaㅤㅤㅤPegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Batu Ampar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Batam University, to determine the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Batam University, to determine the influence of Brand Ambassadors on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow. For students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Batam University, to find out price, product quality and Brand Ambassador together, they influence purchasing decisions for students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Batam University. The method that the author used in preparing this thesis is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The population in this study were all students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Batam University who used Ms Glow products with a total of 162 students. The sample for this research was 116 respondents. Data processing in this research used the SPSS Version 27.0 software program. From the results of calculations and analysis using SPSS Version 27.0 software, the author can draw the conclusion that the Price Variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Product Quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Brand Ambassador variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 82.6% shows the contribution of price, product quality and Brand Ambassador to purchasing decisions and the remaining 17.4% is influenced by various other variables.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga, brand awareness dan label halal terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Guardian BCS Mall. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dalam pedekatan atau studi asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk kosmetik wardah di Guardian BCS Mall dengan pembelian pada bulan Juli- Desember 2022 dengan jumlah konsumen 1464 konsumen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 94 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis (uji t dan F) dan koefiesien determinasi. Pengelolah data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software spss versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pesepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan loyalitas pelanggan kosmetik wardah Guardian BCS Mall dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,031< 0,05. brand awarness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kosmetik wardah Guardian BCS Mall dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Label halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kosmetik wardah Guardian BCS Mall dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,003< 0,05. Nilai koefisiensi determinasi sebesar 54,0% memperlihatkan kontribusi persepsi harga , brand awarness, dan label halal terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan sisanya 46,0% di pengaruhi oleh berbagai variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. PLN Batam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan swasta PT.PLN Batam sebanyak 493 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 83 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner atau angket yang di uji Validitas dan Reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Software SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN Batam dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,018 < 0,05. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN Batam dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,022 > 0,05. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN Batam dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,037 < 0,05. Nilai F hitung 3.943 lebih besar dari F tabel 2,71 dan nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi , disiplin dan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT.PLN Batam. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 86,9 % yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel bebas yaitu motivasi, disiplin dan stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,1 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainya diluar lingkup penelitian ini.
