Abstract

Realizing how important human resources are in the survival and progress of a company, it is natural for company owners to view human resources as more than just company assets but as partners in business. As a partner in business, the company must be fair for what human resources have given to the company. improve compensation factors, organizational culture and work facilities on employee performance. PT Karimun Marine Services has more than a decade of experience in supporting this industry with world-class services at competitive prices. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture and facilities work on employee performance at PT. Karimun Marine Service The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, the population was all employees of the office of PT Karimun Marine Service Tanjung Balai Karimun, amounting to 60 people and based on this study because the population was not greater than 100 respondents, the authors took 100% of the population at PT Karimun Marine Service Tanjung. Balai Karimun as many as 60 respondents. The results of the study are partially compensation and organizational culture variables affect employee performance, partially work facilities have no effect on employee performance and simultaneously with compensation variables, organizational culture and work facilities affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style, workload, and career advancement on the performance of UPT employees. Galang Health Center. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, the independent variables are Leadership Style (X1), Workload (X2) and Career Path (X3). the population used in this study were UPT employees. Batam City Health Center. 60 employees used saturated sampling technique and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that there were variables that had a significant positive and insignificant negative effect on the performance of UPT employees. Batam City Health Center. The value of R Square on the variables of Leadership Style, Workload and Career Path affects performance by 80.4%.

Abstract

Influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and communication on employee performance of BP Batam Land Management Directorate This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and communication on employee performance of BP Batam Land Management Directorate. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 145 employees. The analysis in this study uses the SPSS version 22 program. The data testing technique used is validation test and reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. From the results of the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be seen that employee performance is influenced by compensation, organizational culture, leadership style, and communication by 0.227 (22.7%), while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by other factors that do not support this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, beban kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi variabel bebas yaitu disiplin kerja (X₁) beban kerja (X₂) semangat kerja (X₃) serta variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai (Y). perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah disiplin kerja, beban kerja dan semangat kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di badan pengelolaan pajak dan retribusi daerah provinsi kepulauan riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil sebanyak 57 responden dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil dengan nilai t sig sebesar 0.307 > 0.05; beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil dengan nilai t sig sebesar 0.029 < 0.05; semangat kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil dengan nilai t sig sebesar 0.001 < 0.05 dan disiplin kerja, beban kerja dan semangat kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap minat beli konsumen di KFC Batam. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen di KFC Batam (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen di KFC Batam (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas layanan dan promosi secara bersamaan mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen di KFC Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 10 Restoran Cepat Saji Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) di Kota Batam. Kesepuluh lokasi yang diambil adalah 10 lokasi dengan konsumen tersibuk di Kota Batam berdasarkan data internal KFC Kota Batam. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang terbagi dalam 10 cabang KFC di Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Persepsi Harga Sebagian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli KFC di Kota Batam (0,00 > 0,05). (2) Sebagian Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli KFC di Kota. Batam (0,011 > 0,05). (3) Promosi Sebagian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada KFC di Kota Batam (0,000 > 0,05). (4) Secara simultan persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan, promosi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli KFC di Kota Batam (0,000 > 0,05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja, self efficacy dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai.(2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, self efficacy dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sig > 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,497 > 0,05. Self Efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sig < 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Tanggung jawab berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sig < 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Serta terdapat pengaruh simultan stres kerja, self efficacy dan tanggung jawab terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil sig < 0,05 dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa stress kerja, self efficacy secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of Promotions, Online Customer Reviews, and E-Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions on Shopee e-commerce, a study at Students of Batam University. The method applied in this study is the quantitative method. The population in this study was students of Batam University with a total of 2,814 students at 2022. The sample of this study was 97 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire which was tested for Validity and Reliability. The data analysis technique of this study uses Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test) and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Software version 25 program. The results of this study show that Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions on Shopee e-commerce for Batam University students with a probability value of 0,008 < 0,05. Online Customer Review has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions on Shopee e-commerce for Batam University students with a probability value of 0,015 < 0,05. E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions on Shopee e-commerce for Batam University students with a probability value of 0,011 < 0,05. The value of the Coefficient of Determination of 49,0% shows the contribution of Promotion, Online Customer Review, and E-Service Quality to the Purchase Decision and the remaining 51,0% are explained by others relevant variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions at RM. Mie Tarempa Ruko Royal Sincom. The method used is associative with a quantitative approach. Research data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results showed that price, product quality, and service quality had a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Mie Tarempa Ruko Royal Sincom.

Abstract

In an era where technology is so sophisticated as it is today, it triggers very tight competition in the business world, plus the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak that originated in Wuhan, China in early 2020 until today has forced business actors to work even harder. All means and efforts are made so that their business can survive or even increase and can face increasingly fierce competition. The results of this study indicate that price, product quality and promotion have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Price, product quality and promotion together will have an influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Immigration Office Class I Special TPI Batam. This Vertical Agency is a Technical Implementation Unit in Batam City under the auspices of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, the Immigration Office Class I Special for TPI Batam provides services to the community. The Immigration Office Class I Special TPI Batam provides services to the community with a very significant number of services and community participation every day, such as services in the issuance of immigration travel documents, immigration checks as well as immigration supervision and action. To realize these services, several efforts were made to improve the quality of the performance of the Immigration Office Class I Special TPI Batam employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job rotation, leadership and career development on the performance of the Immigration Office Special Class I TPI Batam, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative methods based on primary in the form of questionnaires and secondary data from agencies. The number of samples in this study were 170 respondents who were employees of the Class I immigration office specifically for TPI Batam. The data analysis technique was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS statistical tools. The results of the study found that internal rotation had a partially insignificant effect on employee performance. Career development partially significant effect on employee performance. Leadership partially significant effect on employee performance. Internal rotation, career development and leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.
