The purpose of this research were to find out influence of work facilities, work discipline and leadership style affect employee performance of PT. Taman Nongsa Indah Village either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Trade Semarang were 56 employees. This research is saturated sampling. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, documentation, observation and interviews. The test technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that work facilities variable has no significant effect, but has a positive direction of influence on employee performance at PT. Nongsa Indah Village, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Taman Nongsa Indah Village, Leadership style has no significant effect but has positive direction of influence on employee performance at PT. Taman Nongsa Indah Village.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of brand image, life style and word of mouth on the purchase decision of N-Max motorcycles at yamaha PT dealers. Graha Auto Perkasa. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods in associative approaches or studies. The population in this study was N-Max motorcycle users from 2019-2021 with a total of 5274 people, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. The collection technique used in this study used a questionnaire / questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability, the data analysis technique of this study used Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test) and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Software version 25 program. The results of this research show that the brand image has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy N-Max motorcycles at yamaha PT dealers. Graha Auto Perkasa Batam with a probability value of 0.038 < 0.05. Life style has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the N-Max motorcycle at yamaha dealer PT. Graha Auto Perkasa Batam with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. Word of mouth negatively and significantly affects the purchase decision of N-Max motorcycles at yamaha dealer PT. Graha Auto Perkasa Batam with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 81.1% shows the contribution of brand image, life style, and word of mouth (WOM) to purchasing decisions and the remaining 18.9% is influenced by various other variables.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the dependent variable Y (employee performance). While the independent variables are X1 (digital banking), X2 (motivation), X3 (training) and X4 (leadership) at PT Bank Central Asia Batam Branch. The population is all employees of PT Bank Central Asia Batam Branch as many as 135 employees. The sample was taken using the slovin formula with an e value of 5% so that the sample processed in the study was 100 employees. The data analysis technique is processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program application. The results of the data analysis resulted in a multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.529 + 0.247X1 + 0.464X2 - 0.010X3 + 0.147X4 + e. partially from each independent variable is digital banking of 0.168 > 0.05, motivation of 0.000 < 0.05, training of 0.933 > 0.05 and leadership of 0.181 > 0.05. Partial regression analysis results show that digital banking, training and leadership variables have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance while motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The variables X1 (digital banking), X2 (motivation), X3 (training) and X4 (leadership) together contribute to a positive and significant influence on Y (employee performance) with a significance degree (Sig F) of 0.000 on employee performance <0.05.

In the midst of Indonesia's economic downturn during the pandemic, people tend to prioritize economic stability by minimizing spending on luxury goods. However, the reality is that there is an increase in buying and selling which affects the occupancy rate which is quite significant at Purimas Batam Center Residence. This study aims to analyze whether the perceived price, location, and product quality variables have an influence on purchasing decisions at Purimas Residence Batam Centre. This study uses quantitative techniques by collecting data through online questionnaires. The objects in this study used are residents who inhabit both as owners and or tenants at Purimas Residence Batam Centre. The total population in this study were 190 people. With a simple random sample technique, the sample obtained by the slovin formula is 129 respondents. This research uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Perceived price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Purimas Residence Batam Centre, 2) location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Purimas Residence Batam Centre, 3) Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Purimas Residence Batam Centre, 4) Perveived Price, Location, and Product Quality have a significant positive effect simultaneous and significant impact on purchasing decisions with the object of research on of the Purimas Residence Batam Centre.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Batam City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. The population in this study were all employees at the Batam City Regional Tax and Levies Management Agency. Then a sample of 143 respondents was taken using the slovin method. The test method used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate the effect of leadership style, organizational culture and discipline simultaneously using the F test, obtained the calculated F value of 60,540 with a significance level (sig) = 0.000. because the value of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the regression model is significant or it can be said that the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and discipline on employee performance together has a significant effect on employee performance.

The role of human resources is very important to achieve company goals. This of course does not escape from various supporting factors in increasing employee productivity or work performance such as a supportive work environment, workload stability and also providing rewards that are commensurate with employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation, working environment and workload through work satisfaction on Badan Pengusahaan Batam. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The study population of 1782 employees and samples used by 100 respondents. Research shows that the Compensation and Working Environment partially significant effect on the Work Satisfaction. While Workload partially not significant effect on the Work Satisfaction. Simultaneously Compensation, Working Environment and Workload have significant effect on the Work Satisfaction.

Marketing is an important factor in the development of the business. Marketing must be continually upgraded and refurbished, of course it’s not be separated from the needs and desires of consumers. So dynamic or uncertainty in knowing the consumer desires, so in this case required every business must always be able to make changes such as product quality, price, promotion and place on purchase decisions Dari Rumah Coffee, Batam. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, price, promotion and place on purchase decisions Dari Rumah Coffee, Batam. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The study population of 216 consumers and samples used by 140 respondents. Research shows that the Product Quality, Price and Place partially significant effect on the Product Buying Decision. While Price partially not significant effect on the Product Buying Decision. Simultaneously Product Quality, Price, Promotion and Place have significant effect on the Product Buying Decision.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of Self-Control, Self-Concept, and Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior in Online Shopping at Batam University students. The method applied in this study is the quantitative method. The population in this study was students of Batam University with a total of 2,814 students at 2022. The sample of this study was 97 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire which was tested for Validity and Reliability. The data analysis technique of this study uses Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Software version 25 program. The results of this study show that Self-Control has a positive and significant effect on Consumptive Behavior in online shopping for Batam University students with a probability value of 0.46 < 0.05. Self-Concept has a positive and insignificant effect on Consumptive Behavior in online shopping in Batam University students with a probability value of 0.138 > 0.05. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Consumptive Behavior in online shopping for Batam University students with a probability value of 0.013 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 20.9% shows the contribution of Self-Control, Self-Concept, and Lifestyle to Consumptive Behavior in online shopping and the remaining 79.1% are explained by others relevant

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at the Research and Development Planning Agency (Baperlitbang) Karimun Regency. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 employees at the Research and Development Planning Agency (Baperlitbang) Karimun Regency. The analysis in this study uses the SPSS version 24 program. The data testing technique used is validation test and reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Classical assumption tests and multiple regression analyses were conducted to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis prove that the influence of motivation (X1) has a negative effect on employee performance with a t-count of -0,692 and a insignificant value of 0.493 greater than 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect between work discipline (X2) on employee performance with a t value of 7.784 and a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. There is a positive and insignificant effect on compensation (X3) on employee performance with a t-count value of 0.301 and an insignificant value of 0.765 greater than 0.05. Simultaneously the influence of motivation, work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 54.625 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. It can be concluded that motivation has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Taken together, the effect of motivation, work discipline and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that employee performance is influenced by the influence of motivation, work discipline and compensation of 0.820 (82,0%), while the remaining 18% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence competence, communication and work stress have on employee performance. Employee performance works as the dependent variable in this study, while competence, communication and work stress are variables that function as independent variables. This study uses 100 respondents who can be divided by gender and can be divided into two (2) groups, namely: male sex as many as 66 people (60%) and female sex as many as 34 people (34%). This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method. Data analysis used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results showed that there was a significant influence between competence and communication on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Shiyard's and the non-significant effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Citra Shipyard. It can be said that the second variable has a strong influence on improving employee performance.
