Abstract

The research intend to analysis and find out the application of hypnoteaching method increas of student learning activities in Hindu learning at SMAN 7 Denpasar which will be a hope in improve the quality of education. This study use qualitative research method whose research characteristic adjective in the focus of the research function to find hypotheses in certain cases or limited samples. Hypnoteacing method is part of the application of hypnotic science that can bring students to an atmosphere of relaxation in receive subject matter. The work system of hypnoteaching method is the teacher communicating to students' subconscious by change brain waves from beta to alpha. Hypnosis in learning is not a model of hypnosis that is perceived in television show hypnosis in learning is only try to build conducive and pleasant conditions in the learning process of students not made asleep. In alpha conditions, the concentration of students will be focused, when relaxed the learning process will become more meaningful. Hypnoteaching method is a learning that is suitable to be applied as the development of students' potential in modern times. It can be concluded that the implementation of hypnoteaching method at SMAN 7 Denpasar is very effective in increas student learning activity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of teacher professionalism to improve the quality of Hindu religious education through the effectiveness and creativity of interaction patterns in schools. School as a formal education is an institution that should shape students to be individuals with noble character. This educational institution should be able to equip its students with a variety of values, attitudes, and abilities and a strong enough basic skills as a basis for living a real-life in society. A high character person of Hindu religious education are carried out continuously at all levels of education. Hindu religious education can realize the goals of national education which is to develop the potential of students. Later on, there are expected to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty, have noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and be democratic and responsible citizens. Furthermore, the improvement of the quality of Hindu religious education must be implemented by increasing the effectiveness of learning interaction patterns at schools.

Abstract

The study looked into the trends in the enrollment and graduation of educational management (EdM) students in a teacher education institution in Manila. Considering the challenges of graduate students who are also teachers or supervisors in their respective schools, it may be difficult for them to manage work and studies simultaneously which may lead to dropping from the course or unsuccessfully completing their masters and doctoral studies. Based on the data, it found out that enrollment in the master’s level decreased but is stable in the doctoral level in the last six academic years (2013-2014 to 2018-2019). In particular, there is a significant decrease in summer enrollment in both levels. There were more female than male students who enrolled in the program. In terms of successful completion, the number of graduates is significantly low and more female than male students graduated.

Abstract

The Faculty of Economics, Lancang Kuning University has Management and Accounting study programs with more than 2000 students. Of course they have felt the atmosphere of lectures for several semesters with all the advantages and disadvantages possessed by the Faculty of Economics, Lancang University. For this reason, further research needs to be done to get responses from students about the internal quality of the yellow faculty of economics. because they are users of the college. It is hoped that this research will provide positive input for the faculty of Economics at Lancang Kuning University to improve all the deficiencies that exist, then maintain or can improve the existing advantages.

Abstract

There is one way to form a child’s character is with a tale or a story where in Balinese life we called satua or masatua. Satua is a part of lisan literary once as a work of grain Graine literature, unattached to the temple and rhythm as well. Although satua is as one of the local obscension wisdom of the ancestral legacy and has been there for a long time, but this is still relevant to be used as one of the tools in developing way of life, personality, characteristics and a wisdom for people in Bali and of course based on the rule as a Balinese in the community. One of the best example of the satua called “Men Tiwas Teken Men Sugih” or the life between the poor and the rich. By using semiotic Peirce approach, and through the way of life from the poor family in the character, this article would emphasise a moral message regarding the behavior of the decreators. By this means that we can take an example to educate the young children what is the meaning of life and also to increase the quality of humanity to child

Abstract

Muhammadiyah University of Magelang (UMMagelang) with Study Program Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) has a vision "To become a superior and nationally Islamic study program in 2024 the development of Islamic science in the field of teacher professional education (MI/SD)". In order to realize the performance and improvement of PGMI Study Program lecturers based on 17 quality objectives set out in the appendix of the study program vision, in this article only the criteria for research and service are delivered, the PGMI UMMagelang study program refers to the UMMagelang research roadmap. In the last 3 years, lecturers of PGMI were involved in 28 Research and Service Titles. LP3M UMMagelang Internal Funding: 8 Title University Vision Revitalization Program (PRVI) and 9 University Partnership Program (PKU) titles. Abstract

This writing discusses about a way to understand the varieties of children’s learning styles in environment of formal school. One of the ways that will be discussed is by designing a learning based on multimedia. The research uses an approach which vies some concepts existed in the variable. It is called by library research. The result of this research shows that children’s learning styles generally are divided into three styles, they are auditory, visual, and kinesthetic. By using multimedia approach in teaching, it will help teacher in understanding various styles of children’s learning. It is because of multimedia consist of the components, such as media and audio media and visual media have been integrated in multimedia. Instead of multimedia which is designed well can stimulate children’s attention in learning process so the children are interested to follow the learning and all of aspects that are needed by children.

Abstract

This research aims at evaluating the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) of ISO 9001: 2008 in State Vocational High School 1 Surakarta and State Vocational High School 6 Surakarta through the Kirkpatrick model. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method with 77 teachers/staffs from the two schools. The data were collected with questionnaires and documentation. The implementation of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 in both schools based on the input variables can be categorized as "very good with the score of 95 points out of 100 points. The results of the 3-behavior level evaluation on the QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 Implementation showed that the area of a) HR; b) the infrastructure; and c) the education process control and services in the State Vocational High School 1 and 6 Surakarta fell in the category of "mostly achieved". The results of a level 4 evaluation indicated the result of the graduates’ quality in both schools can be categorized as good with the mean of 58.33. The QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 implementation proved to have a good effect on the school administration system in both schools where the granting of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 certificates in line with the achievement of “A” school accreditation over the past 10 years.

Abstract

Education is a very important thing in Indonesia. It is the main concern of this nation, because education will determine the direction of progress of a nation. Education is a conscious and planned guidance from educators on the physical and spiritual development of students towards the formation of humans who have the main knowledge and personality. In the process of education, science must be owned by educators and taught to students so that it will be able to be absorbed and developed more optimally. To find out the success or failure of the guidance received by students, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation to find out the development of knowledge taught by the teacher. In teaching, successful evaluation determines the steps that can be taken by students and teachers in knowing the development and improving the quality of education in the future. Currently technological advances have a direct impact on the world of education where e-learning-based teaching becomes an option that can support and teach students in developing materials and abilities in the field of technology. Moodle is one of the evaluation programs that use technological progress to facilitate and teach students to get to know more about technological progress.
