<![CDATA[Technological developments have positive and negative impact on teenagers in particular. The most common negative impact of technology is cyber bullying. In globalization era and technological development, nowadays computer can produce multifunctional internet. All good and evil behavior can be done on social media. Before the development of the internet, cyber bullying actor committed their crimes in the real world. Cyber bullying actor can hurt and make many individuals uncomfortable in their lives. The crime is called bullying. Nowadays, the bullying can be done through any other media indirectly such as social media and it called cyber bullying. According to the Hinduja and Patching Cyber-Bullying researcher, the behavior is described as intentional action by sending electronic text (e-mail), or recording images that are usually uploaded to social media (youtube). The contents uploaded such as mocking, harassing, threatening, harassing, or insulting.]]>

<![CDATA[Television media is a means of conveying information and communication to many people or society. The knowledge can be accepted by society quickly. Television Media is a means or tool used as information source, education and entertainment. Teenager is a transition period from children to adults which are 11-24 years old. Adolescence is known for a time full of flaming, indecision, and a great sense of curiosity so need extra control from all of parties, especially their parents and educators. Teenagers today are much influenced by promiscuity such as fee sex. Television media has a variety of programs show that interesting to children and teenagers have a variety of impacts in both positive and negative life especially for teenagers who use television media. Today television shows much of violence contents and promiscuity affect the viewing teenagers and the show intersect with the values and social norms in society. Here are some of the television media roles in tackling free sex in among teenagers, they are: Television is as society education media and used of television in teenager's life. Television media can be used as one of popular education media of people. Television media can act as an education media by watching the educative show for society. The show that educates be followed by teenagers need getting assisted parents which is able to direct the educative show for their children. The roles of parents, society, education institution have important roles in giving education and directiving so education about sex is not taboo to be learned.Television attracts good interest to adult especially to children and teenagers who like to watch television because it interesting shows and programs and how to present them in a fun way. Television is used by teenagers as entertainment and knowledge media where teenagers can get information quickly and easily.]]>

<![CDATA[This study involves future education leaders and managers in the Philippines and their conceptual understanding of “quality” in the context of education, the streams of teaching and learning to be specific. Respondents were enrolled in a graduate program in a teacher education institution based in Manila, Philippines and were asked the following: (1) concepts identified with quality; (2) conceptual understanding of quality assurance; (3) quality assurance mechanisms employed in the Philippine education system; and (4) proposed quality assurance mechanisms to uplift the academic achievement of Filipino students. It has been revealed that while future education leaders and managers possess sufficient ideas and knowledge about quality assurance, it is still vital to provide them with technical know-how and discourses on the theoretical-practical connection of quality and students’ academic achievement. Quality assurance mechanisms being implemented are considered to be effective in the Philippine education system.]]>

<![CDATA[Technology becomes a thing that has an influence on the life needs of society as a whole, both to fulfill economic, social, cultural and educational needs. One of the things that is concerned by the government at this time is the progress of the quality of education which is the basis for educating the Indonesian people as a whole. The breakthrough made by the government to improve the quality of education is to implement a curriculum based learning system (K-13) in which students both at the elementary school level, junior high school and high school must be creative and innovative in implementing learning in the classroom. The application of this curriculum cannot be separated from the use of technology where teachers and students can develop dynamic and fun learning. One of the subjects offered in K-13 learning is language learning where these subjects become the foundation of students to carry out communication and interaction everyday. Therefore, the aim of the study is to know how to improve quality in language learning in SMAN-1 Katingan Hulu, Katingan Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Management of education by creating a conducive learning environment and successfully fulfilling commitments in fulfilling promises as educational leaders. The low quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that can hamper development and national economic development. Along with the advancement of knowledge and technology, the socio-cultural life, socio-economy is increasingly unacceptable to space and time. In order to build the quality of Indonesian people who are able to challenge it, clearly it requires human resources that can be relied upon in the face of competition. TQM is a quality management system that is related to continuous improvement in improving the quality of education from various aspects of sustainability. Educational quality that is acceptable from customer needs and satisfaction. The application of TQM in school organizations is carried out as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools, thereby improving the quality of schools by improving the quality of education of high quality. The implementation of a management system is always disrupted by balance. Two parties who are pro and contra arise, accept TQM and reject TQM. TQM's refusal because it affects changes in management, namely changing established values. With this pillar, it is expected to be able to help schools improve their educational processes. The implementation of integrated Quality Management in schools is inseparable from the efforts of the principal to provide assistance to the school.]]>

<![CDATA[Educational quality assurance is an important part of the education system, its function is to ensure that the education process goes according to plan and is able to achieve the goals effectively and efficiently. The implementation of Digital Assurance in the English Literature Department of Surakarta IAIN is one of the innovative steps in the quality assurance process at Surakarta IAIN. This paper will describe the transformation process that occurs in the implementation of Digital Assurance. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies. The analysis carried out concluded that the transformation process of quality assurance based on Digital Assurance in the Department of English Literature used a Top-Down pattern. Transformation is supported by leadership factors and strong commitment, adequate human resource support and a conducive organizational ecosystem.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of this study is the low mastery of computer-based learning media or information technology for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers. The low mastery capacity of learning media directly influences the low competency in conducting educational education. Current curriculum demands teachers are required to master the use of technology in classroom learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the mastery of learning media materials and competencies in conducting educational learning. This research is a field research quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were Information and Communication Technology-Based Learning Media Training Participants for Teachers of Islamic Education in Kuningan District, West Java Province. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that mastery of learning media material had an average value of 85.86 which was categorized as good. While mastery of competency in organizing learning that educates has an average value of 80.5 which means it has a good category.]]>

<![CDATA[Student’s learning satisfaction is one of measuring tools of the success of learning process which would be realized through learning outcomes. This statement has been widely proven through various studies that have been done related to the learning satisfaction and learning outcomes. This article aims to describe three main points relating to the vital position of learning satisfaction as a determinant factor of student learning outcomes namely; (1) factors affecting learning satisfaction, (2) the influence of learning satisfaction on learning outcomes, and (3) how to measure learning satisfaction as well as examples of instruments that have been developed and used by researchers. The main source of this article was the research results from around the world that raised the learning satisfaction as the main topic. This paper was expected to provide an additional knowledge about learning satisfaction variables, so it can be utilized to carry out more in-depth research.]]>
