Abstract

With increasing public awareness of environmental pollution, especially air pollution, especially CO and HC, the public's interest in reducing the rate of pollution is increasing. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find breakthroughs to help reduce air pollution by using cheap materials. This research is experimental research or experimental research. Research was carried out on trials of making a catalyst from copper material shaped like a wasp's nest. The copper plate is cut to size and folded like a wasp's nest. Data is taken from the nominal numbers printed on the Gas Analyzer monitor, by directly recording each engine rotation starting from idle, 1000, 2000, 2500 and 3500 rpm. The fuel used in this test uses pertalite and Pertamax as a comparison. The engine used has a capacity of 125cc. In this research, the material used was copper plate with a thickness of 0.9mm with a distance between fins of 4mm. The variations in catalytic length are 70mm, 90mm and 110mm. The catalytic shroud uses a standard 2009 Supra-X 125cc exhaust that has been modified internally to make room for the copper plate catalyst. The results taken from this research are the reduction in CO and HC levels in two-wheeled vehicles with an engine capacity of 125cc using a catalyst with a length of 110mm, where this reduction is 70% for CO and 24% for HC, respectively. Meanwhile, the lowest is using a catalyst with a length variation of 70mm with a yield of 8% for CO and 6% for HC.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of Islamic education at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Madani Yogyakarta, an institution based on pesantren principles integrating formal education with traditional pesantren values. Through a literature review method, the study explores the fostering of Islamic scholarship, the formation of Islamic leadership, Islamic academic environment, and community service at the university. Findings highlight a strong commitment to producing graduates who excel academically while embodying noble character and commitment to Islamic values. The implications underscore the importance of integrating Islamic values into higher education curricula to cultivate a high-quality, globally competitive generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) operational implementation of raw material reception for poultry, fish, seafood; 2) organizing operational storage of poultry, fish and seafood raw materials; 3) carrying out operational distribution of poultry, fish and seafood raw materials at PT. XYZ. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and document study. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the operations for receiving, storing and distributing raw materials for poultry, fish and seafood have been carried out well. The implementation has followed the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the company. Acceptance is carried out by checking the quality and quantity of raw materials. Storage is carried out in the freezer with a First In First Out (FIFO) system. Then distribution is carried out if there is a request from the production department accompanied by a storeroom requisition.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of academic self-efficacy on the academic achievement in economics of grade X and XI students at SMAN 1 Balen in the subject of economics. This study employs a quantitative method with an ex post facto approach. The population used in this study consists of grade X and XI students who take economics classes. The sample size for this study was determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate, resulting in 172 students. The instrument in this study uses a questionnaire statement with a Likert scale to measure the academic self-efficacy variable (X) and academic achievement, which can be seen from the odd semester's Final Summative Assessment (SAS) scores for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression analysis by examining the t-test and significance value. Several stages are conducted in this study, including the validity and reliability tests of the statement items, classical assumption tests (normality and linearity tests), and the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the academic self-efficacy variable (X) has a positive effect on the academic achievement in economics of grade X and XI students at SMAN 1 Balen, as shown by the calculated t-value of 8.156, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.973, or a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The influence of academic self-efficacy on academic achievement in economics is quite strong at 53%, while the remaining 47% is influenced by other independent variables. The higher the academic self-efficacy possessed by the students, the higher the academic achievement in economics they will attain, and conversely, if the students' academic self-efficacy is low, their academic achievement in economics will also be low.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments have made conventional marketing communications turn digital by utilizing the internet and social media. This is felt and done HAUS! Indonesia to create effective, creative and innovative marketing communications strategies. HAUS! Indonesia implements influencer marketing to achieve marketing campaign objectives, one of which is building customer engagement with silky pudding products. The researcher aims to find out and explain the influencer marketing strategy of HAUS! Indonesia on silky pudding products in building customer engagement. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and collects data through in-depth interviews with 3 informants who are directly involved in influencer marketing activities at HAUS! Indonesia. The results obtained are HAUS! Indonesia divides the influencer marketing strategy into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, determining goals, segmentation, target market, differentiation and product positioning, planning content and message strategy, selecting media, selecting influencers according to criteria, and determining the schedule for uploading influencer content; 2) Implementation, providing direction in the form of briefs, product delivery, checking, approving, uploading content, and interacting with the audience; 3) Evaluation; carried out on insights, sales figures, ratecards, content, communication with influencers, consumer engagement, challenges and obstacles

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Green Intellectual Capital Disclosure on Sustainability reporting disclosure with Gender as a moderating variable. The samples in this research are companies that are included in the Healthcare and Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2022 period. This research was taken using quantitative methods and obtained a total population of 158 companies in the Healthcare & Consumer Non-Cyclicals Sector. Of the 158 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2021-2022, only 67 companies met the sampling criteria. These results show that Green Human Capital and Gender relations with Green relation capital have a positive effect on Sustainability reporting disclosure, while Green Structural Capital, Green Relations Capital, Gender relations with Green Human Capital, Gender relations with Green Structural Capital and Gender do not have a positive effect on Sustainability reporting disclosure.

Abstract

Citizenship education plays an important role in shaping the character of students by teaching them the rights and duties of citizenship, the principles of democracy, and the fundamental values of national and national life. This knowledge is essential to form students who are aware of their role in society. However, the common problems faced are a lack of awareness of the importance of this education, lack of its implementation in everyday life and differences in the thinking, behavior, and morality of each individual. Increasingly modern environmental factors and reliance on technology also affect the lack of social interaction, which impedes the application of character and morality that conforms to customs. Besides, the loss of ethics and decency in everyday life is a complex problem that needs to be addressed. Therefore, efforts are needed to address this problem through Citizenship Education in various educational institutions with the aim of improving the character of students.

Abstract

The implementation of the Environmental Management Information System (EMIS) is crucial in supporting data-driven decision-making for environmental management in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of EMIS and its impact on data-based decision-making in environmental management. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and document studies, as well as a survey of relevant stakeholders. The results show that the implementation of EMIS in Indonesia has not been optimal yet. There are several challenges, such as incomplete and unreliable data, limited integration between systems, inadequate human resource capacity, and weak institutional coordination. As a result, the use of EMIS data in environmental decision-making is still limited. To improve the implementation of EMIS and its impact on data-based decision-making, several efforts are needed, including (1) improving data quality and integration between EMIS and other relevant information systems; (2) enhancing the capacity of human resources in data management and analysis; (3) strengthening institutional coordination and commitment; and (4) increasing the involvement of stakeholders in the development and utilization of EMIS. The effective implementation of EMIS is expected to provide accurate, up-to-date, and integrated environmental data, thereby supporting more informed and evidence-based decision-making in environmental management in Indonesia.

Abstract

Apron Movement Control (AMC) is a unit that works directly on the air side and ensures flight safety. Maintaining security and safety can be done by ensuring the aircraft is in good condition, maintaining the condition of the airside area to avoid Foreign Object Debris (FOD), the aircraft crew is in good condition and has a license in accordance with established standards. Problems that often disrupt flight safety can come from anywhere, such as disturbances from birds and other animals. The aim of this research is to find out how PM 83 of 2017 is implemented in dealing with bird and wild animal disturbances at airports. This research uses qualitative methods and the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. By using analytical techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Testing the validity of the data used in this research is technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of PM 83 of 2017 at General Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang, carried out by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers went well, namely by carrying out land maintenance and routine inspections, and the obstacles faced were the birds' habituation to the sound of the bird repellent, so the current solution for officers is to replace the sound variations produced by the device. If the sound changes are carried out periodically, the effectiveness is expected to be higher.

Abstract

The ACX (Aircraft Cargo Expedition) Unit is a Logistics unit at Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang which is overseen by Angkasa Pura Logistik. This unit is located at the very back of the airport. This unit has a role, namely as a place for expeditions who wish to send large or small cargo using domestic and international aircraft. This research uses qualitative methods and uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation and uses data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that the EMPU (Aircraft Cargo Expedition) officers had carried out their work according to the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) from the results of their performance during the Incoming International Human Remain process at Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang, however they were still hampered by information when collecting cargo and documents. required. To solve the problem, what must be done is that the EMPU (Aircraft Cargo Expedition) must provide information from the start about what requirements and documents are needed when the pick-up occurs.
