Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages changes in economic transaction practices, including the use of pre-order systems for UMKM. However, from the perspective of sharia economics, this practice still faces problems such as delays in delivery, mismatches of goods, and lack of transparency that have the potential to cause elements of gharar. Akad salam is a relevant concept in this transaction, while sharia fintech with an escrow mechanism can act as a consumer protection solution. This study aims to analyze the suitability of pre-order practices in Ayubi Hijab Kraksaan UMKM with the salam contract and examine the role of sharia fintech and escrow mechanisms. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the practice of pre-ordering has fulfilled some of the principles of the salam contract, especially in advance payment and clarity of goods specifications, although there are still obstacles to the timeliness and suitability of products. The implementation of the escrow mechanism has been proven to increase transaction security, consumer confidence, and minimize the risk of default. Therefore, the integration of salam contracts, sharia fintech, and escrow is an innovative model that supports digital transactions that are transparent, fair, and in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of weather conditions on large red chili production and farmer-level price instability in Paiton District, considering that fluctuations in rainfall, temperature, and seasonal patterns often affect production and reduce farmers’ income. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through questionnaires from 70 large red chili farmers and secondary data on historical weather and price records. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, and time series analysis to determine the relationship between weather conditions and price instability. The results reveal that weather conditions have a significant effect on price instability (p = 0.000), with a coefficient of determination of 52.5%, indicating that variations in weather contribute substantially to production changes and subsequent price fluctuations. By integrating weather-related variables with a time-series analytical approach, this study provides empirical evidence that enriches agricultural econometric research while offering practical implications for farmers in planning planting schedules, supporting policymakers in designing weather-based price stabilization strategies, and encouraging the development of early warning systems and weather-based price forecasting models.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the field of education encourages teachers to create innovative and interactive learning processes that are able to strengthen students’ 21st-century skills. This study aims to describe the implementation of Artificial Intelligence prompts assisted by interactive games on the topic of text types in Indonesian language learning to strengthen Computational Thinking and critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Karangmloko 1 Ngaglik Sleman. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving fourth-grade students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and learning activity results. The learning process integrated Artificial Intelligence-based prompts and interactive games to support students in understanding various text types through engaging and technology-supported activities. The findings indicate that the implementation of Artificial Intelligence prompts assisted by interactive games was able to improve students’ participation, learning motivation, and understanding of text-type materials. In addition, the learning activities supported the development of Computational Thinking skills, including problem decomposition, pattern recognition, abstraction, and algorithmic thinking. Students also demonstrated improvements in critical thinking skills through questioning activities, problem-solving, idea analysis, and conclusion drawing during the learning process. Therefore, the integration of Artificial Intelligence prompts and interactive games can serve as an innovative learning strategy to create meaningful, interactive, and student-centered learning in elementary schools. Abstract

Al-Qur’an learning for early childhood is an important foundation in the formation of religious character. TPQ Muhajirin in Bumi Ayu Village, Selebar District, Bengkulu City has great potential in the form of high student learning enthusiasm and strong community support, but parental involvement in the learning process is still not optimal. This community service aims to increase parental involvement in supporting children’s Al-Qur’an learning through an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The method used includes four stages: Discovery (community asset mapping), Dream (shared vision exploration), Design (participatory program design), and Destiny (implementation and sustainability commitment). The results show a significant increase in the frequency of parental assistance at home by 72%, an increase in student attendance by 18%, and the formation of an active community of parents who care about TPQ. The Societal Impact Index analysis from the satisfaction questionnaire shows an average score of 4.3 on a scale of 5.0, indicating a positive and measurable social impact. The conclusion of this community service affirms that the community strength-based ABCD approach is able to mobilize active parental participation, thereby impacting the improvement of the quality of children’s Al-Qur’an learning at TPQ Muhajirin on a sustainable basis.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of community engagement that enables university students to apply academic knowledge while contributing to community development. One of the focuses of KKN activities is the enhancement of Qur'anic literacy and Islamic values among children. This program was implemented at At-Taqwa Mosque, Bumi Ayu Village, Selebar District, Bengkulu City, through activities such as Qur'an reading instruction, introduction to hijaiyah letters, learning Qur'anic reading rules, teaching daily prayers, and organizing a Muharram Festival. This study aimed to describe the role of KKN students in improving Qur'anic literacy and Islamic understanding among children at At-Taqwa Mosque. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the program positively contributed to children's ability to recognize hijaiyah letters, understand Qur'anic reading symbols, improve Qur'an reading skills, and memorize daily prayers. In addition, the Muharram Festival, which included short surah memorization, prayer practice, calligraphy coloring, adhan, and Muslim fashion competitions, increased children's enthusiasm, confidence, and participation in religious activities. The program also received strong support from the local community and mosque administrators. Therefore, KKN students played a significant role in strengthening Qur'anic literacy and Islamic values among children while supporting the mosque's function as a center of religious education and community development.
