Abstract

Kewarganegaraan bukan sekedar status hukum formal, tetapi juga merupakan identitas politik yang berkembang sesuai dengan konteks sosial politik. Indonesia adalah negara besar yang kaya akan tradisi, etnis, dan budaya. Kekayaan ini akan menjadi masalah yang cukup pelik jika masyarakat Indonesia tidak mampu memahami sejarahnya. Pengungkapan kesejarahan kewarganegaraan Indonesia sangat penting dilakukan, karena hal tersebut menjadi titik awal dalam pengembangan jati diri bangsa dan karakter bangsa yang membedakannya dengan bangsa lain. Atribut kewarganegaraan terdiri dari; rasa identitas, hak, kewajiban, keterlibatan dalam urusan publik, dan penerimaan nilai-nilai sosial dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui atribut kewarganegaraan Indonesia berdasarkan konteks historis kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis dokumen dan ditunjang dengan wawancara. Data tersebut bersumber dari berbagai literatur terkait tentang sejarah kewarganegaraan di Indonesia dan para ahli sejarah dan kewarganegaraan. Dalam penelitian ini  analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan sejarahnya, konsep kewarganegaraan Indonesia dilatarbelakangi oleh klasifikasi penduduk Hindia Belanda yang diskriminatif. Rapat Badan Penyelidik Usaha Persiapan Kemerdekaan (BPUPK) memutuskan rumusan warga negara Indonesia yaitu “orang Indonesia asli dan bangsa lain”, sebagai bentuk penguatan jati diri bangsa Indonesia yang berhak atas kemerdekaan. Rumusan ini lebih lanjut dituangkan dalam Pasal 6 dan 26 UUD 1945. Atribut identitas menjadi ciri penting kewarganegaraan Indonesia dalam perspektif sejarah.

Abstract

The concept of citizenship covers 3 (three) statuses: legal status, political agent, and identity. Citizenship as legal status is taken into consideration along with the emergence of concept of legal state. The concept is the form of relationship between state and citizens who act in accordance with law possess rights and obligations, and have the right to claim the law’s protection. Legal citizenship status for Indonesian citizens can be identified from regulating legal formulation. The present research seeks to find out characterization or attributes of Indonesian citizenship as legal status. Content analysis of legal documents as legal norm regulating Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia was applied. The legal documents included the 1945 Constitution and Law as regulation of the implementation concerning Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia. The research results indicate that according to the legal perspective, Indonesian citizenship contains attributes of identity, acceptance of basic social values, and formal content of citizenship. The research concludes that no formulation of material content in the forms of citizens’ rights, obligations, and participation was found.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of quality management, and teacher pedagogic competence through its stages. The research method uses a qualitative approach, which narrates pedagogical science. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. Validation after the data is collected is then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, concluding. The results show that the quality management of educators and education staff at SMP Negeri 2 Banjaran, Bandung Regency is already running, but not optimal, because there are still elements that do not meet the requirements, such as (1). Analysis of HR quality management at the stages of planning, placement, development, and assessment, as well as creating harmonious relationships between school members. There is still administrative staff who are not following their areas of expertise. (2). Teachers on average already have pedagogical competence although there is still one element that has not been implemented properly, due to limited school facilities. And educational and dialogic learning, learning evaluation, in developing students to actualize their various potentials, all have been done, but the utilization of learning technology has not been maximized. (3). Efforts to improve teacher pedagogic competence at SMP Negeri 2 Banjaran, Bandung Regency, have been running because there was encouragement from the school principal to increase competence and academic qualifications in using the facilities to the fullest, but learning was still limited.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the basic concepts of consideration and what strategies should be used by an educational leader in making decisions. The method used is a qualitative research method. This research is a literature study. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The principal in the decision-making process must pay attention to the implementation technique by first identifying the problem. Principals as policy makers need to understand the decision-making steps. (2) What becomes the basis for consideration in a leader's decision-making are intuition, facts, authority, and rationale. (3) A leader will be seen from his form of existence in making decisions and determining his policies. An effective leader is a leader who is able to make decisions and make relevant policies. (4) A leader must think about the consequences of an action before making a decision. (5) The strategies that need to be carried out in the decision-making process are: (a) Identifying a problem. (b) Clarify and prioritize goals. (c) Creating choices. (d) Choose the most appropriate option

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling character education in the development of student morals in Madrasah Aliyah al-Najah and Madrasah Aliyah al-Falah Jakarta. The theory used in this research was a qualitative approach. Data collection was done using observation, interview, and documentation studies. The results showed that: First, Madrasah Aliyah carried out planning by creating a vision, mission, environmental analysis, and curriculum. Second, organizing was done by creating organizational structures for foundations and schools. Third, actuating was done by associating character education with all subjects and practicing education management in the teaching and learning process. Fourth, Controlling was carried out by conducting evaluations, both formal and non-formal evaluations. Formal evaluation was carried out by conducting UTS (Midterm Examination) and UAS (Final Semester Examination). Meanwhile, non-formal evaluations were to find out the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of the learners.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of active learning on PAI learning based on the 2013 Curriculum and its impact on students. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Deputy Principal for Facilities, Student Affairs, PAI lesson teachers, and students. Observations at the research location. Meanwhile, secondary data sources were obtained from the study of documents, manuscripts, and archives related to the implementation of active learning in PAI based on the 2013 Curriculum and its impact on students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bandung. The conclusion according to the results of the analysis is that the active learning method in PAI learning is based on the 2013 Curriculum, which is expressed through religious activities in PAI learning both in the classroom and outside the classroom. Meanwhile, the 2013 Curriculum active learning activities in PAI learning were successful and had an impact on forming students' religious character. This is proven by the small number of students who violate the active learning methods implemented

Abstract

The research aims to describe the implementation of the learning function in Ma'had Al-Islamiyah. Knowing the factors inhibiting the implementation of learning at Ma'had Al-Islamiyah. Knowing the solutions to obstacles to implementing learning in realizing the goals of the institution at Ma'had Al-Islamiyah. This research method uses a qualitative approach that describes research field phenomena. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Conclusion In learning activities there are management functions that must be carried out, such as planning learning, organizing learning, implementing learning, and monitoring accompanied by learning evaluation. The inhibiting factor is that in planning the implementation of learning, the teachers do not know how to make it. Solutions in the learning implementation plan, are to be prepared so that the learning process can be realized according to the objectives of the Al-Islamiyah Ma'had institution.

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on field research. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, utilizing purposive sampling and snowball techniques. Descriptive analysis was used to interpret the data. The findings indicate that Islamic religious education at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Bandung is implemented effectively and thoroughly. Religious values are integrated into daily activities, including greetings, handshakes, polite speech, courteous behavior, and mutual respect among teachers and peers. The religious curriculum includes programs such as TPA, congregational dhuha and dhuhur prayers, and activities like tahfid, speeches, cultum, lectures, studies, infaq, and memorization of selected Qur'anic verses. Exemplary behavior and discipline are consistently promoted by all school members. Intracurricular Islamic religious education follows the 2013 curriculum, emphasizing student-centered learning and contextual examples. The practice of religious values is assessed through attitude evaluations, monitoring of attitude development, and religious practices.

Abstract

Increasing the number of ECCE institutions must pay attention to the quality of management standards so that they become quality institutions. The purpose of this study is to know and describe education management standards based on Permendikbud number 137 of 2014 concerning ECCE standards and to determine obstacles in the implementation of education standards. This research uses a qualitative approach. While the method used is a descriptive method of evaluation analysis of the Implementation of Early Childhood Education Standards. Location of research site TK Mekar Arum Bandung. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentaries The results showed that Mekar Arum Kindergarten has conducted education in accordance with the criteria of ECCE education standards even though there is one standard that allegedly has not met the standards, namely assessment standards, while 7 other standards have met the standards in accordance with Constitution Number 137 of 2014. Obstacles in the implementation of education standards have been sought solutions together by increasing budget allocation, carrying out training and development of educators and increasing public awareness
