Abstract

Politeness is a reflection of the noble values ​​adopted by a nation. Pancasila as the foundation of the state, contains ethical values ​​that are very relevant to practice in everyday life. The shift in moral values, especially for the younger generation, threatens the sustainability of politeness rooted in the values ​​of Pancasila. This community service was carried out for the purpose of instilling humanitarian values ​​in the younger generation of teenagers at SMA X Jakarta Pusat. This community service was given to one class consisting of 37 students and counseling was carried out using Power Point. The results of this community service can be said to be successful and went well and smoothly. This can be seen from the answers to the quiz and their understanding of the material that had been presented.

Abstract

Community empowerment is the first step in achieving social welfare. One of the things that is done in an effort to improve social welfare is social security through social assistance provided by institutions, both government and non-government institutions. One of them is the Yayasan Baitul Maal Bank Rakyat Indonesia (YBM BRILIaN). YBM BRILIan is committed to providing social assistance as stated in the programs offered. In this case, YBM BRILIaN not only provides social assistance to the community, but also provides programs where the purpose of this program is an effort to empower the community to create an empowered community and can develop the potential that exists in the community. The strategies carried out reach various aspects of life, ranging from economics, education, health, preaching and social humanity.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of managerial support on employee creativity levels. The background of this research is the need for companies in the mining industry to continually innovate and face operational challenges. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with employees and managers of PT Byrnecut Indonesia. The results show that managerial support, whether in the form of resources, guidance, or feedback, plays an important role in facilitating employee creativity. Employees who receive good managerial support tend to be more motivated to generate new ideas and contribute to company innovation. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of management’s role in creating an environment conducive to creativity, which ultimately contributes to organizational success.

Abstract

Big data has an important role to play in the transformation of health information systems, enabling large-scale management of data coming from various sources, such as electronic medical records, epidemiological data, and wearable devices. This study aims to explore the role of big data in improving the effectiveness of health information systems. This study is expected to make theoretical and practical contributions, especially for managers and policymakers in the health sector, to strategically utilize big data in improving quality health services. This study uses the library research method to explore the role of big data in improving the effectiveness of health information systems. The data collection technique was carried out by examining literature sources from academic databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, Indonesian journal portals, and academic reference books. The results show that Big Data utilizes information from various sources to optimize health services, including disease prediction and evidence-based policies. The main challenges include data security and infrastructure, but the impact is significant in improving the quality of healthcare services in the digital era. In conclusion, Big data is revolutionizing health information systems through large-scale data analysis, supporting early detection, strategic planning, and evidence-based decision-making. Despite facing challenges such as data privacy and infrastructure needs, proper implementation can improve the efficiency and quality of global health services.

Abstract

This study examines the development of the Muaro Paneh cattle market in Bukit Sundi District. The focus of this study is on the development of the Muaro Paneh cattle market and its impact on Nagari Muaro Paneh in 2001-2021. The importance of this research is because the development and existence of the Muaro Paneh cattle market has an impact on the people of Nagari Muaro Paneh and its surroundings, as well as being the wealth treasure of the nagari in improving the economy of Nagari Muaro Paneh. This study uses historical methods consisting of heuristics, verification or source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Based on the results of this study, the development of the Muaro Paneh cattle market has an influence on the economy of the community around the market and the development of the market area. In the development of the livestock market, changes occur in the form of market buildings or in the physical development sector, as well as in the social, economic, and educational sectors. These changes are marked by changes in the existing buildings around the Muaro Paneh cattle market and the increasing economy of the people of Nagari Muaro Paneh.

Abstract

Electricity distribution in Indonesia is uneven, influenced by economic activity and population density in different regions. This inequality impacts on the quality of life of people in underdeveloped areas and hinders local economic development and the provision of public services. This study aims to analyze the relationship between provinces in Java Island and electricity distribution customer groups using correspondence analysis method. This method explores categorical data without prior assumptions, using contingency tables and biplot visualization to identify relative relationships between groups of variables. The data used includes electricity distribution by province in Java Island in 2022 with customer groups such as commercial, street lighting, government buildings, and industry.The results show the dominance of the customer sector by region, DKI Jakarta is dominant in the commercial group, West Java in street lighting, Central Java in government buildings, DI Yogyakarta and East Java in social, and Banten in industry. In addition, there is a significant relationship between provinces and electricity customer groups that fulfill the dependent assumptions. This study provides an overview of the characteristics of electricity distribution in Java and is expected to help relevant agencies in optimizing resource allocation and planning for more efficient and effective energy infrastructure in the future.

Abstract

The salon industry in Padang City is experiencing rapid development along with the increasing public awareness of self-care and appearance. In an increasingly fierce competitive situation, service quality is a key factor in determining customer satisfaction and their loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality provided by Elegant Salon on customer satisfaction. The approach used in this research is quantitative with descriptive and explanatory designs. The research sample consisted of 100 customers selected by purposive sampling, and data were collected through a questionnaire that measured service quality based on the five dimensions of SERVQUAL (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence) and the level of customer satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression tests. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant influence on the level of customer satisfaction, with the dimensions of reliability and empathy being the most influential factors. The implication of this research is to provide recommendations to Elegant Salon to improve service quality, especially in dimensions that have a major effect on customer satisfaction, in order to retain customers and increase competitiveness in a competitive market.

Abstract

It was recorded that several areas in jambi region in the last 5 years from 2020 to 2024 have the potential to be affected by flooding, especially in densely populated urban areas and around the lowland, at least once a year there was flood with quite large water discharges that occurred during the rainy season.therefore, this research was carried out, where this research aims to explore information related to average rainfall which includes information on the distribution of rain, mapping rainfall part of district by utilizing rain datas that coincides in jambi area.another aim of this research is to learn more about how to map raw data using the ArcGIS application.this research uses monthly data sourced from CHIRPS (climate hazards center infra red precipitation with station data).this data is used as a solution for areas where rainfall data is rarely available and USGS: lansat 8 then the data will be processing using ArcGIS software.and then the data was summarized using Microsoft excel and from the result it can be seen that the distribution of rainfall in jambi is fairly even and is in the range of 1501-3000 mm at each district.

Abstract

This study presents an analysis of the development of a Visual Studio-based Car Rental application that aims to simplify the online car rental process. By increasing the need for more efficient transportation solutions, the app is designed to overcome obstacles in car rental, such as distance and information limitations. The methods used in this study include interviews with users and service providers, observation of existing rental practices, and literature related to information technology. The development results show that this application has a simple and user-friendly interface, is able to manage customer and vehicle data in a structured manner, and improves operational efficiency for service providers. In conclusion, the Car Rental application not only provides convenience for users but also supports the growth of the car rental business in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concepts, challenges, and strategies in realizing good governance in Indonesia through a literature review approach. Good governance is a basic principle of governance that includes transparency, accountability, public participation, law enforcement, and service effectiveness. The research method used is desk research, with data sourced from journal articles, books, research reports, and relevant policy documents. This research prioritizes literature published in the last 10 years to ensure the freshness and relevance of the data. The results show that although Indonesia has adopted the principles of good governance in various policies, its implementation still faces a number of challenges, such as weak law enforcement, low public participation, and lack of accountability in some government sectors. To address these challenges, this study recommends several strategies, including strengthening institutional capacity, information technology-based transparency, and increasing collaboration between the government, society, and the private sector. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of good governance in Indonesia requires a holistic approach involving various parties and consistent efforts to improve the quality of governance. This research is expected to contribute to the development of public policies and better government practices in the future.
