Abstract

This article aims to analyze the understanding of the flow of cognitive theory in the learning process in learning. Cognitive-psychological processes include how information is obtained, presented and transformed into knowledge that is raised again as a guide in human attitudes and behavior. Learning is a mental or psychological activity that takes place in active interaction with the environment which results in changes in knowledge, understanding, skills, and attitude values. which is relatively permanent. Learning will be more successful if the material studied is meaningful. Active student involvement in each learning syntax is very important because only with active students can the process of assimilation and accommodation of knowledge and experience occur properly.

Abstract

Leadership is an individual action that can have an impact on the community (regional heads have an impact on the community) in order to get support for village development goals. The ability of a leader to influence his followers and persuade them to work according to his instructions is referred to as a leader's style. A philosophy called situational leadership places a strong emphasis on the state of followers or subordinates. Use research techniques to gather scientific knowledge carefully by gathering sources from research literature found in various scientific journals. Consultative and participatory leadership styles are among the many styles available in situational leadership. Both suggest that if leadership has been used, especially in development that is supported by a transparent development plan and carried out in accordance with established pathways and processes.

Abstract

The educational process in schools learning activities are the most basic activities. This means that the success or failure of achieving educational goals as stipulated in the law of the Republik of Indonesia number 20 0f 2003 concerning the national education system, namely”To develop the potential of students to become human being eho believe in and fear god almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable creative, independent, and become citizens of a democratic and responsible state.” Very much depends on how the learning process experienced by students as learners. Like a war in learning, students must also be prepared. Namely knowing what things help the success of learning and what often makes th lesson fail. So that a student must understand good study techniques, know the right time to learn to manage time and be disciplined in learning as well as getting used to reading and visitimgm the library which is a storehouse of all reading materials.By carrying out good habits in learning, a student will get high achievement and finally be successful I learning.

Abstract

This research was motivated by low reading skills in class VI at SDN Sindang Sari III, Tangerang Regency. The formulation of the problem is as follows, can the use of audio-visual media improve the reading skills of students at SDN 04 Kemiri. The purpose of this research is to improve reading skills by using audio-visual media. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research location was in class VI of SDN Sindang Sari III, Tangerang Regency. The research subjects were 22 class II students. Data collection techniques use test techniques and non-test techniques. The research instrument is a test sheet and non-test sheet. The results of research on reading skills using audio-visual media in class VI of SDN Sindang Sari III, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

A leader is a positive and confident person who has a vision, mission and high ethical values, with the ability to convey ideas and is able to encourage and relate well with others. Leadership will be a critical success factor in an organization. This is because leadership is the center point for significant changes in the organization, leadership becomes a personality that has an impact and leadership is an art in creating organizational fit and stability. Leaders in an organization have an important role in directing and influencing their subordinates. Without someone who regulates and directs an organization, the organization will surely be able to achieve its goals in accordance with its vision and mission. Therefore, a leader figure is needed to be able to manage and organize the organization to achieve its goals. Each person's way of leading must be different, be it how to communicate with subordinates or how to workflow. This study aims to examine the comparison of HIMA leadership at Andalas University, Campus II Payakumbuh, Padang State University, Riau University and Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to students who take part in the HIMA organization at the four universities above.

Abstract

Reading proficiency is a key competence in language development for children at the primary school level. This study aims to explore the efforts undertaken by SDN 121/I Muara Singoan in improving the reading abilities of elementary school students and understanding its integral role in overall language development. Through a qualitative research approach, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and analysis of curriculum-related documents and teaching strategies. The results of this study indicate that SDN 121/I Muara Singoan has implemented various specific learning strategies to enhance students' reading abilities. Some of these strategies include the use of engaging textbooks, group reading activities, and a library program that expands students' access to reading materials. Additionally, the role of teachers and parents is recognized as a crucial factor in improving students' reading abilities. Teachers provide continuous support through training and guidance, while parents are involved in supporting reading practices at home and providing positive reinforcement. The improvement of reading abilities among lower-grade students at SDN 121/I Muara Singoan has significant impacts on overall language development. In addition to enhancing reading skills, students also demonstrate improvements in content comprehension, critical thinking abilities, and written expression.

Abstract

Besides learning and thingking, memorizing is also part of the process of growingbrain tissue. But a person’s memorization can change according to the cobditions of the surrounding environment, one of the environmental conditions that can affect a person’s memorization is noise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of noise on students’ Al-Qur’an memorization. The method used is the experimental method with a sample of 5 students who memorize the Al-Qur’an. The research was carried out by varying the surrounding environmental conditions, theresearcher compared the number of students’ memorization when the environmental conditions were quiet with noisy environmental conditions. The result of this study prove that noise can reduce the memorization of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of elementary school learning evaluation methods and their impact on students' performance and their improvement in learning performance. Evaluation methods used in learning have an important role in measuring students' understanding and providing constructive feedback. However, there are not many studies that specifically consider the effectiveness of evaluation methods at the elementary school level. In this study, the research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data were collected through class observation, interviews with teachers, and analysis of related documents. Research results show that there are various evaluation methods used by teachers in elementary school, including writing tests, verbal tests, project tasks, portfolios, and direct observation. In the context of learning evaluation, it was found that evaluation methods involving students' active involvement, providing constructive feedback, and measuring in-depth understanding and application of knowledge in real contexts had a positive impact on students' performance and their improvement in learning performance. Methods such as project tasks and portfolios provide students with opportunities to develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and collaboration. Recommendations made based on this study were to involve teachers in training and developing effective evaluation methods, encouraging the use of variations in evaluation methods, utilizing technology in the evaluation process, and promoting collaboration between teachers and students in the evaluation process. This study contributes significantly to our understanding of the effectiveness of elementary school evaluation methods. By implementing effective evaluation methods, elementary schools can create a learning environment that motivates, collaborates, and focuses on students' holistic development.

Abstract

Evaluation is a very important component in learning activities and it is something that should not be missed. With the learning evaluation, both educators and students are able to find out the extent to which students' abilities and understanding of a learning material. The application of technology for learning evaluation is the practice and theory in the design, development, utilization, management and evaluation of processes and resources for learning. The use of technology in learning evaluation activities makes it easier for educators to process and measure students' abilities towards a learning material. The research method used in this article is descriptive research which will involve collecting qualitative data from various sources, such as questionnaires, observations, interviews, and document analysis. With several applications as an evaluation tool it can also be used to create questionnaires, send surveys, create quizzes for students and collect information in a fast, easy and efficient way.

Abstract

Air pollution caused by factory smoke is a serious environmental issue in many regions. Dieng, Banjarnegara, is one of the areas affected by air pollution from Geo Dipa factory smoke. Air pollution can have negative impacts on human health and the surrounding environment. Therefore, efforts to mitigate air pollution are crucial. This abstract discusses the community efforts in combating air pollution from Geo Dipa factory smoke in Dieng, Banjarnegara. The research method used is a descriptive approach by collecting data through a literature review and interviews with local communities. The research findings indicate that the Dieng community in Banjarnegara has made several efforts in tackling air pollution from Geo Dipa factory smoke. Firstly, they have formed community groups that care about the environment and actively monitor the factory's activities and air quality around the facility. These groups also hold regular meetings to discuss air pollution mitigation strategies. Additionally, the community conducts environmental awareness campaigns to the surrounding community to reduce air pollution in their environment. They educate the public about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and reducing the use of hazardous substances that can contribute to air pollution. Moreover, the community advocates to the local government for stricter monitoring of Geo Dipa factory activities. They submit petitions and participate in public meetings to fight for their rights to clean air and a healthy environment. In their efforts to combat air pollution, the community also supports the development of environmentally friendly alternative energy sources. They promote the use of renewable energy, such as solar and wind energy, as cleaner and more sustainable alternatives. Overall, the Dieng community in Banjarnegara has shown a strong commitment to addressing air pollution caused by Geo Dipa factory smoke. Through community environmental groups, awareness campaigns, government advocacy, and support for alternative energy development, they strive to create a cleaner and healthier environment for the common good. These efforts are crucial as an initial step in improving air quality in Dieng, Banjarnegara, and can serve as an example for other regions facing similar issues.
