Abstract

Breast cancer is the most frequent type of cancer in women and it was estimated that 2.3 million new breast cancer cases were diagnosed in 2020 (24% of all cancers); it ranks second overall (10.9% of all cancers). To asses awareness and attitude for prevention of breast cancer in the field of research. Source of the population were all reproductive age women workers in university hostels. Study group consisted of all women of reproductive age (40–65 years) who had there is a chance to be randomly selected from the hostels, Community based cross-sectional study were carried out by using well-structured questioner. Many of the participants were not knowledgeable about breast cancer. Women older than 50 years of age are at higher risk, yet only 10 (12.5) respondents had good awareness, that is, they scored is greater than or equal to the mean. Twenty-six (32.5%) participants have no idea had factors that increase the likelihood of developing breast cancer. Similarly, twenty-one (26.3%) of participants confirmed that they had no information about the symptoms of breast cancer. More than three-fourths of the participants (85 %) disagreed with that screening helps in prevention of carcinoma of the breast..

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the business diversification strategy of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) and its subsidiaries, explain their business operations, and explore growth potential. This research tries to identify the company's internal and external environmental factors after business diversification, conduct an analysis of the corporate position and portfolio of business units and subsidiaries, and formulate a new business diversification strategy concept. This research method is descriptive qualitative with the data used in the research including primary data collected through interviews and questionnaires, as well as secondary data such as company financial reports, industry performance reports, and industry attractiveness. PT Hutama Karya's business diversification includes expansion into various business divisions, including Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT), Non-Toll Road Business Entity (Non-BUJT), and the establishment of subsidiaries such as Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (HKI), HAKAAston, HK Realtindo, Hutama Marga Waskita (HAMAWAS), and EPC Energy Singapore Ltd. The main supporting factors for this diversification are the continued economic growth and government support in infrastructure development. The company's internal strengths are the application of technology and adaptation to changes in the construction industry, they also face challenges such as cashflow issues, global economic uncertainty, and changes in political direction. The SWOT analysis shows that the company is in the "Grow and Build" quadrant and needs to pursue aggressive business diversification. The results of the GE Nine Cell Matrix analysis show a diverse position for the company's business units, with some as "Leaders" and others needing to be managed carefully or even divested. The managerial implications of this study are the need for business ecosystem development and business portfolio diversification, technology development across businesses to support competitive advantage, and the creation of new opportunities after the completion of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road project

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems, both personal and global, including lack of clear strategies and methods, low student involvement, effective assessment and feedback, limited resources, the use of technology in learning the Qur'an, advances in science and technology, democratization and moral decadence. So that Islamic education needs to take strategic steps by fixing several internal problems. In essence, Islamic educational institutions must prepare superior human resources who have competitiveness in the face of global competition, so that the management of Qur'anic tahsin learning becomes very important for educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools, to be mastered and implemented by every educational institution. The main objectives of this study are to identify the management of Tahsin Al-Qur'an learning in educational institutions, especially in Al-Qur'an Islamic boarding schools in West Java, namely: 1) analyze the learning planning of Tahsin Al-Qur'an in Pesantren Al-Qur'an in West Java, 2) analyze the implementation of learning Tahsin Al-Qur'an in Pesantren Al-Qur'an in West Java, 3) analyze the results in learning Tahsin Al-Qur'an in the Islamic Boarding School of the Qur'an exist in West Java, 4) analyze supporting and inhibiting factors in learning Tahsin Al-Qur'an in the Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in West Java. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative research which is a response to the presence of something about human existence, not only to understand specific or particular, but all aspects. The results of this study show that Based on the results of a study entitled "Management of Tahsin Al-Qur'an Learning (Pesantren Research in West Java)" it can be concluded that each Islamic boarding school institution has different learning models, learning strategies and ways of evaluating and has different graduation standards so that it has characteristics, pesantren are different even though the same educational institutions are Tahsin al Qur'an pesantren and not all pesantren have management of learning

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance with work discipline as mediation. The sample used was employees of the Natuna Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, totaling 60 people. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) which shows work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,meanwhile, the indirect influence of work discipline is able to mediate the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and work discipline is able to mediate job satisfaction on employee performance

Abstract

Tokopedia is one of the online shopping portals that has existed since 2009 until now the name of Tokopedia is getting bigger and known by many people in Indonesia, but over time and technological developments in Indonesia, more and more of these other online shopping portals have an impact on the variety of choices among the public as other choices and can compare which one is the most value for money to be made the main choice as a means of online shopping. But in the end, not a few of these online shop companies finally decided to close their portals in Indonesia because of the very high competitive level and difficulty in getting loyal customers. Until the peak when the pandemic occurred which reduced the level of people's purchasing power, several online shops began to close their networks in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of web quality, customer retention and switching barrier through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population in this study is employees of PT Solusi Transportasi Indonesia with the number of samples in this study amounting to 100 employees who have become users of the Tokopedia application at least have placed orders. Purposive sampling techniques with data collection are carried out using questionnaires in Gform format which are then processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) models. The results showed that directly variable X (Quality Web, Customer Retention and Switching Barrier) had a positive and significant effect on variable Z (Customer Satisfaction) but the independent variable or X (Quality Web, Customer Retention and Switching Barrier) had a positive value but not significant to Y (Customer Loyalty), but when variable X (Quality Web, Customer Retention, Switching Barrier) mediated by variable Z (Customer Satisfaction) had results positive and significant

Abstract

Supply chain is one of the important aspects in a company. An effective supply chain can help companies to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. The purpose of this research is to develop a supply chain performance measurement model at PT Metito Indonesia based on Power BI Business Intelligence. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses a descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by observation and literature study. This research was conducted at PT Metito Indonesia which is located at Jl. Ampera Raya No. 18A, East Cilandak, Kemang, South Jakarta. Data validity tests in this study include tests, credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The research results show that measuring supply chain performance at PT Metito Indonesia can increase its competitiveness by adopting strategies that are more adaptive and responsive to market changes. Using BI Power BI helps companies to be more proactive in making strategic decisions that have a direct impact on increasing competitiveness in the market, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening the company's position in a competitive industry.

Abstract

Notaries such as Public Officials who make authentic deeds are prohibited from reading deeds outside their work area. The problem is that there are still many Notaries who read deeds outside their work area which results in changes in the status of the deeds they make. The method used in this research is normative juridical by conducting research through the literature on secondary data, especially primary legal materials in the form of statutory regulations and secondary legal materials in the form of books and articles or journals, using the theory of responsibility and Law Enforcement. The results of the research show that to date Notaries who read deeds outside their area of office have violated the law and the Notary's code of ethics, therefore Notaries can be held accountable by parties who have been harmed by reading deeds carried out outside their area. position of Notary, it can be concluded that law enforcement against Notaries who read deeds outside their area of office is not optimal. Therefore, in terms of proof, the deed he made is no longer authentic, but a private deed.

Abstract

The cancellation of the PPAT deed through a court decision, not only because of the result of the PPAT error or negligence in making the deed. But the cancellation of the PPAT deed can also be caused by the mistakes or negligence of the parties who bind themselves to each other in the deed, so that the error or omission causes a lawsuit from one of the parties. In a lawsuit stating that the PPAT deed is invalid, it must be proven invalid both from the outward, formal, and material aspects. If it cannot prove it, then the deed concerned remains legally binding for the parties interested in the deed. If the deed can be proven at trial, then there is one aspect that causes the defect of the deed, so that the deed can become a deed that is degraded or a deed under hand, even become null and void. The research method used in this study is in the form of a normative juridical approach method. Specifications The research used in this study is analytical descriptive research. The types and sources of data used by the author are secondary data types, data obtained through data sources of civil law literature studies and primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials. Data collection techniques are obtained through literature studies and interviews. The method of analysis in thesis research is in the form of Qualitative Juridical.The results of research on PPAT Liability for Deeds That Are Null and Void Because They Do Not Meet the Legal Requirements of Agreements Based on the Civil Code are PPAT that violates the code of ethics by forging PPAT deeds, PPAT that violates can get civil, criminal and administrative sanctions

Abstract

As the era develops, which is supported by technological developments into the digital era, everything becomes easier and more practical. Likewise in Indonesia, which has begun to follow the development of the digital era. In order to realize modernization in connection with the digital era, services in the land sector in Indonesia have also begun to apply land services based on electronics to produce legal products in the form of electronic documents. The Electronic Land Certificate itself was launched in the Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency regarding Electronic Certificates which was signed by the Minister of Agrarian Affairs Sofyan Djalil on January 12, 2021. The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge and understanding of how to apply electronic certificates to the public. Through normative juridical methods and tracing document studies from laws and regulations to scientific journals, the research results will be used to analyze this study. The results of the study show that the application of electronic land certificates is something that cannot be prevented due to the increasingly advanced developments in today's digital era.

Abstract

Islamic education is one of the important pillars in Islamic civilization, Islamic education remains interesting and relevant because Islamic education figures have produced works that are very valuable for the development of Islamic education. These works are still relevant and continue to be studied today. One of the scholars who is categorized as an expert in Islamic Education and is considered to have an original and inspiring work is Imam Al-Zarnuji in his work Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the theory of Islamic Education from Al-Zarnuji's perspective in the book Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim. The research method used in the research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through literature study then the collected data is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Ta'lim al-Muta'allim, which consists of thirteen chapters, emphasizes moral education and basic foundation knowledge in shaping the character and learning achievement of santri. This is relevant to character education in Indonesia. However, there are criticisms which in general from the title and systematics of the discussion are considered to only discuss student manners, not explicitly discussing teacher manners. Therefore, many state that the Ta’lim al-Muta’allim book is more oriented towards the student centered education model
