Abstract

This study purpose to determine the effect influence of the use cooperative type Numbered Head Together to the civic education learning outcomes. This research is an experimental research design with Quasi Exsperimental. The sample in this research is class VA and class VB. The calculation result of research data used was obtained t t-test 2,26 > 1.67722 ttable at α level of 0.05. With it can be concluded that there is significant influence of the use cooperative tipe Numbered Head Together to the civic education learning outcomes of class V SDN 13 Cingkariang Kecamatan Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. Key Word : Model NHT, Learning Outcomes of the civic education

Abstract

This research is motivated not optimal implementation based learning characters in primary schools. The purpose of this study isdescribes improving student learning outcomes in an integrated thematic learning using Matrix Model VCT approach in primary schools. This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were students of class VB SDN 36 Cengkeh of Padang. The experiment was conducted in two cycles. The study design includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.The results showed: a) RPP first cycle 81% Cycle II 94% b) Implementation of the aspects of the teachers 'first cycle of 83%, the second cycle 94% c) Implementation of the aspects of the students' first cycle of 77% and Cycle II 94% d) the results of student learning the first cycle of obtaining an average value of 76, the second cycle 86. thus Matrix Model VCT approach can improve student learning outcomes in an integrated thematic learning in class VB SDN 36 Cengkeh of Padang.Keywords: Matrix Model VCT approach, learning outcomes.

Abstract

The research is research do it in the background by the class is student problem in IPS. Marking from learning lesson in the eycle of firs meeting is 89%. The second cycle become increases 96%. Second cycle of the firs meeting Becomes 100% increases again. The result abservation of teacher activity in the firs cyele of the first meeting is 79% and 83% increase of Join us in the first cycle of the second meeting. The second of the first meeting cycle become increases 87% and in the second of the second meeting cycle become increases 96%. The level of complete study in the result in the first cycle of the first meeting is 59.8%. The first cycle of the second meeting become increases 76.52% and the second cycle of the second meeting become increases 81.21%. Kata Kunci: peningkatan hasil belajar, pembelajaran IPS, teknik brainstorming.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes after learning with the cooperative model make a match type. The research method uses Classroom Action Research with qualitative and quantitative approaches carried out in 2 cycles covering four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were teacher and 21 fourth grade students of SDN 15 Koto Tangah. The results showed that the succes in the first cycle lesson plan was 87,5% then increased in the second cycle to 94%. The success of observing theacher activity in cycle I was 68,75%, increasing in cycle ii 96,8%. While the increase in the activity of student aspects in the first cycle was 73,43% and the increase in the second cycle was 93,75%. The average learning outcomes in the knowledge aspect in the first cycle was 74,04, increasing in the second cycle to 84,29. While the average learning outcomes in the skills aspect in the first cycle was 76,96, increasing in the second cycle to 83,98.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of the integrated thematic learning process by using a card sort strategy in Class IV SD. The type of research is a classroom action research that use qualitative and quantitative approache.The subjects of this researchare teachers and fourth grade elementary school students consist 26 people. The result showed an increase in: a) The average implementation aspects of the teachers 83% (good) and the second cycle 92% (very good), b) The average implementation aspect of the first cycle students 81% (good), and the second cycle 92% (very good), c) attitude assessment in cycle I obtained a good attitude and cycle II gained a very good attitude d) Assessment of aspects of knowledge in cycle I obtained 75 (enough) and cycle II 85 (Good). e) assessment of the aspects of skills in cycle I obtained 80 (enough) and this cycle II was 87 (good). Abstract

AbstractThe research is aimed to describe the improvement of the students’ learning outcomes  in thematic integrated to theme 3 by using Somatic Audiotory Visual Intellectual model at 5 thgrade of Elementary School. The research is The classroom action research and conducted in the research by using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. By using three cycles to the covering four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of the research were the teacher and 28 students of SDN 13 Lubuk Alung, 14 male students and 14 female students. The result of research shows that Somatic Audiotory Visual Intellectual model has improved the students’ learning outcome in thematic integrated learning in elementary school.          Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Somatic Audiotory Visual Intellectual

Abstract

This research is motivated by the less optimal integrated thematic learning that results in students not understanding the material so that it impacts on learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the Improvement of Integrated Thematic Learning Outcomes Using the Discovery Learning Model in Class V Students of SDN 114 / III Baru Siulak Sungai Penuh Kerinci. This type of research is PTK with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Research data in the form of observations, tests and non-tests. The study was conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were teachers and class V students. The results showed in the first cycle RPP an average of 83.3% (B), increased in the second cycle to 94.44% (SB). The implementation of learning aspects of the first cycle teacher on average 84.37% (B), increased in the second cycle to 93.75% (SB). Aspects of the first cycle students on average 84.37% (B) increased in the second cycle to 93.75% (SB). Learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 83.33% (B) and increased in the second cycle with an average value of 94.44% (SB).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low of student learning outcomes in class SD Negeri 06 Padang Laweh Malalo, Tanah Datar Regency. This study aim to describe the improvementof student learning outcomes on learning Civic applying the model Problem Based Learning on the fourth grade student Primary school 06 Padang Laweh Malalo Tanah Datar Regency Type of research is PTK by using qualitative and quantitative approach. The result of student learning cycle I 71,39 increased to 84,85 in cycle II. Therefore learning of Civics by applying the Problem Based Learning model on can improve the learning outcomes of Civics students grade V SD Negeri 06 Padang Laweh Malalo, Tanah Datar Regency.Key Word: Result of study, PKn, Problem Based Learning Model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Question Answer Relationship (QAR) strategy on the comprehension skills of primary school students. This type of research is quasi experiment in the form of Non-Equivalent Postest-Only Control Group Design. The population of this research is all students of Grade VI of Elementary School of Sapih River Cluster. With sample cluster random sampling technique that is as much as 8 SD. After the normality and homogeneity test, in all schools have normal data. So the researchers classify (cluster) population that can be sampled is a school with normal data and homogeneous, that is as much as 4 schools. Then the draw was made and it was found that SDN 27 Sungai Sapih was the sample for the researcher. Data analysis was done by using lilifors test. The results showed that there is an influence of QAR strategy on reading comprehension skills of grade 6 students of SDN 27 Sungai Sapih Padang. This is evidenced from the t-test (t-test) with a significant level α = 5% obtained tcount (9.0824)> ttable (2.0106) so that H1 is accepted. Keywords: Question Answer Relationship (QAR) strategy, reading comprehension

Abstract

The research is aimed to describe the plan , the implementation and the student’s learning outcomes in learning the social science subject by using the Example no example model at 5th grade of SDN 19 Koto Tangah Padang. The classroom-action research was conducted in the research by using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of the research were the teacher and 22 students of the school. The result of the research shows that; a) the lesson plan increased from 75% in cycle I to 93% in cycle II ; b) in term of teacher’s teaching aspect increased from 77% in cycle I to 95 % in cycle II; meanwhile,in the student’s  learning aspect inscreased from 75% in cycle I to 93% In cycle II; c) the student’s learning outcomes inscreased from 74,4 in cycle I to 84.1 incycle II. Thus,the use of I Example nn Example Model improves the student’s learning outcomes in learning the Social Science Subjects at 5th grade of SDN 19 Koto Tangah Padang.
