Abstract

This study aims to obtain a picture of PT. Bintang Citra Utama in Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out through interviews with several informants and observations and recording secondary data related to research problems. The results of the study concluded that employee performance was not optimal because there were still delays in completing work. Employees are not left independent to solve problems. So employees depend on the leadership. The quality of work is not optimal so it must be maximized according to the ability of employees. Work quantity still needs to be reviewed again because the workload is very influential in the speed and completion of work. So it also affects the delay in completing work. Responsibility in the work is not optimal because there are still hands-off with work, and employee discipline to obey the rules that have been set is still lacking.

Abstract

The research was based on the formulation of the quality service in giving of license and recommendations in the Office of National Unity and politics North of Bolaang Mongondow. As for the main purposes of this research was to know the quality service in giving license and recommendation in the Office of National Unity and Politics North of Bolaang Mongondow. The method used in this research is qualitative with phenomenological approach. The data collection is done by observation interviews and documentation and data analysis is descriptive, then checking the validity of the data. The result showed that the quality service in giving of license and recommendations in the Office of national Unity and Politics North of Bolaang Mongondow, in therms of quality quantity timeliness, effectiveness, independence, commitment to work im general, that is good so it needs the improvement of human resources in order facilitate achievement of the organization’s vision and mission.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the effectiveness of the application of the treasurer report system agency (SILABI) in the environment of the Gorontalo Province residential development area. The research method uses descriptive type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with a number of informants and observations and recording secondary data related to the research problem. The results of the study concluded that the application of the agency treasury report system (SILABI) within the working area of the Gorontalo Province residential development area was not optimal due to the network in the application of this system which was not yet stable so that there were often delays in reporting, in addition to the ineffective management due to the available resources who do not understand and are familiar with the SILABI system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Lamu Village, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency. The method used in this study was qualitative. The results showed that the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program in Lamu Village by using four indicators of program effectiveness, namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. There are two indicators that are fulfilled, namely program socialization and program monitoring. This is evident from the activeness of PKH facilitators in conducting program socialization and monitoring both directly and indirectly. Two other indicators that have not yet been achieved are the accuracy of the targets and objectives of the program because there are still some residents who are able to participate in receiving PKH assistance and the utilization of aid funds is still not in line with the objectives expected by the government.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the Effectiveness of Terminal Type A. Isimu in Gorontalo District, the research method uses qualitative type. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with a number of informants and observations and recording secondary data related to the research problem. The results of the study concluded that the achievement of the objectives showed that the existence of the Isimu Type A Terminal had not been effectively seen from the human resources owned and the infrastructure owned by the terminal was incomplete and not maintained. Whereas the other factor is the low awareness of the community in utilizing the terminal. So that the achievement of objectives has not been effective. While the Integration shows that communication between users and related parties is less than the maximum, it needs to be improved through socialization to increase understanding of service users. The Adaptation Indicator shows the benchmarks of the procurement and workforce filling process in supporting employee performance is not yet effective, seen from the lack of personnel and the lack of quality resources to support the effectiveness of the Isimu type A terminal.

Abstract

The research was conducted at BFI Finance of Gorontalo. The type of research was descriptive. Technique collecting data used observation, interview, and documentation. Technique of analysis data used descriptive qualitative. The research aims to examine the application of Confins System at BFI Finance of Gorontalo. The result show that a multi-finance company as a whole from the determination process to control payments to vehicle owners must be appropriate, because ERP Confins which have an operational reporting application, which is useful for producing reports in various forms tailored to the needs of the company, have not been effective in accordance with standards BFI Finance work. BFI Finance of Gorontalo experiences obstacles in terms of content, as well as in the format of the report with the suitability of the vehicle owner, in this case the consumer is different from the name listed in the Certificate of Ownership of Motor Vehicles (BPKB), thus hampering the effectiveness of the running of the compony. Human resources are also an important reason for BFI Finance of Gorontalo for company development that is not only seen from a physical, mental and moral point of view, but from a work productivity perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the service of trading business permits through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system at the Investment Service and One Stop Services, Gorontalo District. The focus in this research is socialization, internet networking, and human resource capabilities. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study concluded that the socialization of Trade Business License services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system has been carried out but has not been optimal because the socialization process is not followed up with assistance to business actors so that there are still many business actors, especially business actors in the MSME cluster who cannot operate the system. OSS. The internet network for Trading Business License services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system is inadequate. This can be seen from the registration process or operation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system which is considered complicated and has to be done repeatedly due to frequent network problems. The ability of officers in the service of Trading Business Permits through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system is good enough but not evenly distributed. This can be seen from the licensing service through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system which can only be operated by certain officers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how Total Quality Management in BPJS Patient Services at MM Dunda Limboto Hospital. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Several indicators used are Commitment, Communication, Cooperation, Criticsimn. Based on the results of research and discussion related to the indicators of criticism in question, it was concluded from several informants that the hospital should better understand the situation in the hospital with the existence of a suggestion box, because which patients think about that suggestion, it is better like the advice of the patient by filling in a draft that was delivered directly by the officer to be filled in so that the evaluation material was available and quickly knew the response from the patient but the patient was getting better.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kayubulan Sub-District, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. This study aims to determine how the Professional Work of Employees in Public Services (Case Study in Kelurahan Kayubulan, Limboto District. The research method uses descriptive qualitative type using data sourced from interviews with predetermined informants, each Camat, Lurah, Kelurahan Secretary, 2 Section Heads, 1 staff member and 2 community members. The results of the study concluded that the staff of the Subdistrict of Keyubulan, Limboto District had shown quite good, although it was still not optimal. This is seen from four aspects of professionalism, namely; aspects of Equality, aspects of equity, loyalty, and accountability. These four aspects have been able to be demonstrated quite well by employees in Kayubulan Sub-District, Limboto District. In conducting public services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the System for Formulating Regional Work Unit Budget Plans (RKA-SKPD) in the Public Housing and Settlement Areas of Gorontalo Province. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The results showed that in the preparation of the RKA- SKPD it was found that there were problems in its preparation. These problems are the lack of planning documents in the preparation of the RKA, budget constraints resulting in reduced budgets in program implementation, frequent delays in preparation time, copy and paste over the previous year's budget, lack of enthusiasm for budget efficiency and many other problems.
