Abstract

The aims of the research to find the influence of empowerment and self-efficacy on employee performance. This study employs a qualitative and quantitative approach. Empowerment has a significant impact on the performance of employees. The presence of self-efficacy has been found to have a favorable impact on the performance of employees. It is evident that employees consistently exhibit a sense of competence, perceiving themselves as capable of successfully accomplishing any task. Moreover, they hold the belief that their skills are on par with, if not surpassing, those of their colleagues.

Abstract

This article delves into the multifaceted realm of E-commerce in Bangladesh, tracing its evolution from conceptualization to present expansion. Employing a comprehensive methodology, the study relies exclusively on secondary data, drawing insights from a diverse array of national and international sources such as research publications, censuses, websites, blogs, journals, and newspapers. Leveraging the power of the internet as an additional source, our exploration encapsulates the conceptualization and historical narrative of E-commerce in the country. As we navigate the growth and current scenario of E-commerce in Bangladesh, a spotlight is cast on the vibrant activities shaping the digital landscape. The article further unveils the contemporary status of Bangladesh's top E-commerce platforms, providing a snapshot of their current operations and influence. However, woven into the narrative are the challenges faced by the burgeoning E-commerce sector. The discussion delves into the logistical intricacies, regulatory challenges, and cybersecurity concerns that demand attention for sustainable growth. In this context, the article emphasizes the need for a robust policy framework to navigate the evolving dynamics of E-commerce in Bangladesh. Abstract

This research aims to discover the principles of good governance in digital-based services at the Gorontalo City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. The method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation derived from primary and secondary data. This research uses data analysis techniques through data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the principles of Good Goverance in the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Office of Gorontalo City, seen from the indicators of transparency, equality/justice, and community participation, have yet to be achieved. This is due to unclear requirements and periods for permit completion, nepotism in the service, and lack of public participation in socialization held by the agency. It is suggested that the government provide appropriate and proper intensive services to all people who come to the Gorontalo City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office and improve the SICANTIK service system so that the purpose of holding SICANTIK can be achieved following what is expected by bathubs, govemment and the community

Abstract

Leadership and communication are the most fundamental aspects in an organization, especially in a marketing team that requires coordination from various parties towards the same goal. This research focuses on the influence of leadership and communication from the leader of Srikandi Celebes Agency on the level of life insurance sales in Makassar City. This research method employs a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires, consisting of 45 statements distributed to agents of Srikandi Celebes Agency in Makassar City. The sample size used in this research is 38 agents, selected using a census technique. Multiple linear regression analysis is utilized to measure the relationship between leadership and communication variables of the leader and the level of life insurance sales. The research results indicate that effective leadership and communication from the leader of Srikandi Celebes Agency significantly influence the level of life insurance sales in Makassar City. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.977 or 97.7%, indicating a strong relationship between the independent variables, leadership (X1) and communication (X2), and the dependent variable, sales level (Y). This suggests a close relationship between the variables. Based on the collaborative research conducted, there is a significant influence of leadership (X=) and communication (X2) on sales level (Y).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to: (1) analyze the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treatment (SWOT) of the Gold Savings Product at PT. Pegadaian Makassar Area 1; (2) examine the effect of Strength Analysis on customer satisfaction; (3) assess the effect of Weakness Analysis on customer satisfaction; (4) evaluate the effect of Opportunity Analysis on customer satisfaction; and (5) investigate the effect of Treath Analysis on customer satisfaction. For this study, 115 individuals from the entire population were given questionnaires to collect primary data using a quantitative technique. The study was carried out at PT. Pegadaian Makassar Area 1, which is located on Jalan Sulawesi No. 285 Butung, Wajo District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi for three months, from October to December of 2023. Multiple linear regression was used in the analytical approach together with the simple random sampling method. The results of this research reported that: (1) The position of Gold Savings products of PT. Pegadaian Makassar Area 1 was in quadrant 1, namely OS (Opportunity, Strength); (2) Analysis of the strength and advantages of gold savings demonstrated a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (3) Weakness analysis/lack of gold savings illustrated a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (4) Opportunity analysis/gold savings opportunities revealed a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction; and (5) Analysis of the threat/threat of gold savings denoted a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the organization of government management in development in Tirta Buana village, Dapurang district. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research location in Tirta Buana village, Dapurang District, Pasangkayu Regency. The informants in this research were 5 officials at the Tirta Buana Village Office, Dapurang District. The results of the research show that the organizational aspect of community development in Tirta Buana Village has not gone very well, this can be seen from the organizational weakness which lies in the human resources of the government apparatus, namely, in this case the village head gives responsibility to the section head to manage development planning. fully. However, this responsibility is not in accordance with the competencies possessed, so that the division of work in implementing development has not run optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze integrated marketing communication strategies in insurance business competition (Case Study of Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance in North Penajam Paser Regency) with various supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses participatory observation. The results of the research show that, of the 5 (five) indicators in the integrated marketing communication strategy, there are 4 (four) strategies implemented by Allianz agents in North Penajam Paser Regency, namely advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion and personal sales, although they are still less than optimal. The result of the stidy showed that Allianz agents in North Penajam Paser Regency have implemented integrated marketing communication strategies, especially personal selling and sales promotion strategies which are most dominantly used by Allianz agents in the competitive insurance business in North Penajam Paser Regency.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of internal control, accounting systems, and organizational commitment on financial management accountability through the quality of financial information at the Penajajam Paser Utara District KPU Office. The research is motivated by the importance of accountability in the context of election organizing bodies, particularly in Indonesia, where elections play a crucial role in democratic processes. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from the North Penajam Paser Regency General Election Commission Office. The results indicate that internal control and the accounting system do not significantly affect the quality of financial information. However, organizational commitment demonstrates a significant influence on financial information quality. Furthermore, financial management accountability is significantly influenced by both the quality of financial information and internal control, but not by the accounting system or organizational commitment. These findings underscore the importance of organizational commitment and internal control in ensuring financial management accountability in election commissions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how communication patterns in the Human Resources Development Staffing Agency of Penajam Paser Utara Regency where the communication pattern itself is a very important part in conveying information from a leader to his subordinates, which includes a source of information, as a memory center for the organization and the creation of ideas or ideas in order to achieve the desired goals of the company or agency. This research also focuses on four communication patterns, namely primary, secondary, linear, and circular communication patterns. The results showed that the government officials at the Human Resources Development Staffing Agency of Penajam Paser Utara Regency were quite capable of using secondary, linear, and circular communication patterns in their daily communication processes, but in using primary communication patterns there was an imbalance between the use of verbal and nonverbal symbols in it, so that it makes the communication process that occurs less effective, and this will also affect the level of performance in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency, because if the communication patterns carried out can run well, it will make the performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency be maximized and as expected.

Abstract

The National Capital of the Nusantara (IKN) is one of the government policies that influences all aspects of Indonesia. However, moving the capital city from Jakarta to the Nusantara certainly still requires a promotional strategy to spread information about the capital city of the archipelago. This research aims to find out and describe the promotional strategies carried out by the Indonesian capital through the official Instagram @ikn_id. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature studies and documentation. The key informant used in this research is the admin of the official Instagram @ikn_id. The results obtained in this research are that @ikn_id uses several strategies such as timing strategies in uploading posts. Use hashtags to spread the uploads you make, and create informative content to generate interest from the wider community.
