Abstract

The process of applying for a credit loan online is very easy, fast, efficient, and does not require collateral and a survey process. One of the digital services that supports this convenience is the BRImo Application from Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). The purpose of this study is to systematically describe the procedure for applying for a credit loan through the BRImo application. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a field study approach through direct observation and interviews with related staff. The results of the study show that the procedure for applying for a loan through BRImo includes several main stages, namely logging into the application, selecting the loan menu, completing personal data and business data, and waiting for automatic approval without requiring a field survey. This procedure has been proven to reduce time and costs and increase the efficiency of banking services. However, there are several technical obstacles found, such as network disruptions, data inconsistencies, and limited digital literacy of customers. By understanding the procedures and obstacles, it is hoped that digital banking services such as BRImo can continue to be improved to support financial inclusion in Indonesia.

Abstract

This piece of work explores how well services to farmers provided by government affect agricultural production among farmers, and it takes a quantitative research method. Since agriculture along with the farmers plays a central role in national food security and rural livelihood, the intervention of the government which mostly intervenes to increase productivity in agriculture through extension services, irrigation support, training programs, and subsidies on production inputs have been a practice. This research used a cross-sectional survey research design, with stratified random sample of the farmers and the data were collected using structured questionnaires. Important variables were the kind and number of government service they received and reported differences in their agricultural yield. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis of data were observed. The findings indicate that the greatest influence on agricultural productivity is made by extension services which are significantly correlated (r = 0.966) and exhibited the largest regression coefficient (0.814). Other positives are subsidies, training and irrigation, although to a smaller extent. The regression model explains 96.6% of the y Var with all the means of government support supporting the same. Those results address major implications in the body of research by providing a comparative, empirical evaluation of various interventions in one model. The paper has indicated that in order to ensure sustainable agricultural growth, the policy factors should focus more on improving and expanding the extension systems and reevaluating the models of providing other services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the public policy of the Indonesian government in the Millennial Farmer program. This program is expected to attract the interest of the younger generation to be actively involved in the agricultural sector through a digital entrepreneurial approach. The research method uses a literature study that aims to examine various reference sources related to public policy and innovation in the Millennial Farmer program in Indonesia. Rogers' diffusion of innovation theory is used as an analytical framework to measure the extent to which digital technology can be adopted by millennial farmers. Five main dimensions relative advantage, suitability, complexity, trialability, and observability are the assessment indicators. The results of the study show that although this program offers relative advantages in increasing productivity and market access, there are still obstacles in the complexity and trialability aspects due to limited training and minimal technology trial facilities in the field. The primary survey revealed that 65% of millennial farmers have used agricultural applications, but 60% of them have difficulty understanding digital features and 50% have internet infrastructure constraints. Observability is still low due to the lack of real representation of successful farmers as local role models. The conclusion of this study confirms that the effectiveness of public policy in encouraging the adoption of innovation is greatly influenced by user readiness, infrastructure support, and active involvement of local governments. Therefore, a more adaptive, decentralized, and responsive policy strategy to local needs is crucial to accelerate the transformation of the technology-based agricultural sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of customer engagement and relationship marketing orientation on customer loyalty in GoFood services, particularly within the local context of Padang, Indonesia, with trust as a mediating variable. This quantitative research collected data from 225 GoFood users in Padang using a structured questionnaire. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) software. Both customer engagement and relationship marketing orientation were modeled as second-order constructs using the repeated indicators approach. The results indicate that customer engagement does not significantly influence trust and customer loyalty, although both relationships are weakly positive. In contrast, relationship marketing orientation significantly and positively affects both trust and customer loyalty. Trust itself has a significant positive impact on customer loyalty. Mediation analysis revealed that trust does not mediate the relationship between customer engagement and customer loyalty, but successfully mediates the relationship between relationship marketing orientation and customer loyalty. These findings suggest that in the context of GoFood services in Padang, relationship-focused marketing strategies are more effective in fostering customer trust and loyalty than engagement effort alone. Strengthening trust remains essential for sustaining long-term loyalty in digital food delivery platforms.

Abstract

The increasing challenges in the career world ultimately require human resources who are able to adapt quickly to changes and developments. The purpose of this study is to explain how self-esteem affects adaptability in careers by using self-efficacy in career decision-making as a mediator. This quantitative study involved 200 respondents selected using a purposive sampling approach, with data analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) 4.0. The results of the study indicate that career adaptability and self-efficacy in career decision-making are positively and significantly influenced by self-esteem. The relationship between self-esteem and career adaptability is mediated by self-efficacy in career decision-making, which also has a positive and significant impact on career adaptability. Career Construction Theory (CCT) in this study states that fulfilling basic psychological needs such as self-esteem can increase career decision self efficacy, which ultimately enhances career adaptability. The findings of this study highlight the importance for university graduates to develop self-esteem as a means to enhance confidence in career decision-making and career adaptability, especially in facing the challenges of an increasingly competitive career world.

Abstract

This paper examines how service quality affects satisfaction and trust among its participants of BPJS Employment which is the employment insurance agency of the state in Indonesia. Based on SERVQUAL approach, the study decomposes service quality into its five central dimensions, which include; service tangibles, service reliability, service responsiveness, service assurance, and service empathy, and determines their ability to predict satisfaction among the participants. An explanatory quantitative study with a structured questionnaire given to 370 sampled participants was used in the study; the samples had been stratified randomly. Using regression and mediation tests, it can be found that each dimension of service quality has a significant impact on satisfaction and, among them, empathy (beta= 0.242) and responsiveness (beta= 0.226) are the most notable ones. Trust is also majorly affected by satisfaction (beta = 0.456) and the ability of satisfaction as mediator between service quality and trust is confirmed using a Sobel test (z = 5.75, p < 0.001). The results are convincing of the essential roles of emotionally intelligent and participant-service in administration in social welfare institutions whose interpersonal treatment can be more vital than structural efficiency in establishment institutional legitimacy. In addition to verifying existing theories, the present research will provide theoretical progress in the literature on management as it shows the role of satisfaction as the strategic mediator of the process of building trust, not just as the evaluative final state.
