Abstract

Digital technology, such as e-commerce, has changed the way people live by providing convenience, speed, comfort and efficiency. Freight forwarding services are vital in online transactions to deliver goods from sellers to buyers.  The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of customer orientation, promotional attractiveness, and competitive pricing on marketing performance. This research method uses the causality method which aims to test how much the cause-and-effect relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is. The population of this study were consumers totaling 13,577, from 2018-2023, and a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data analysis and uses a range scale measurement. The results of simultaneous testing (F test) indicate that customer orientation, promotional attractiveness, and competitive prices have a significant effect on marketing performance. The results of persial testing (t test) show that customer orientation, promotional attractiveness, and competitive prices have a significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) represent a global effort to achieve sustainable prosperity for all, with a strong focus on the quality of the next generation, particularly the youth. The future of a nation is closely tied to the quality of its young population. Early adulthood is a crucial period for determining career paths and life goals, which directly impact personal development and self-quality. One of the critical challenges faced during this period is the quarter life crisis (QLC), characterized by confusion over life purpose. In Indonesia, data shows that more than half of youth experience QLC, typically occurring between the ages of 18 and 35. This study aims to explore the factors influencing a sense of purpose to offer effective strategies for addressing the quarter life crisis. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling and survey methods. The sample consisted of 196 respondents (71.7% female and 28.3% male). Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 8.0 software. Results revealed that mindfulness and loneliness have a significant impact (p<0.05) on the sense of purpose in individuals experiencing QLC, with an R-squared value of 0.090, indicating a 9% influence. These findings highlight the need for targeted counseling and psychological support services to address the quarter life crisis. Providing counseling that focuses on enhancing mindfulness and reducing loneliness can help individuals strengthen their sense of purpose, ultimately enabling them to navigate this challenging life stage more effectively.

The competencies of dental specialists, including technical expertise, deep knowledge, and communication skills, are crucial in delivering high-quality and satisfying dental health services. Patient satisfaction is a key indicator of healthcare success, especially in dental services, where procedures such as root canal therapy and dental restoration require a high level of expertise. This research aims to analyze how the competence of dental conservation specialists impacts patient satisfaction and how this satisfaction influences BPJS patient loyalty. The research utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study method involving BPJS patients who received dental conservation services in hospitals. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, focusing on patients' experiences with dental services. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, identifying key themes related to dentist competence, patient satisfaction, and loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of continuous training for dental conservation specialists in improving patient satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the hospital's services. These efforts will not only enhance the quality of dental care but also support the sustainability of the BPJS program in providing accessible and affordable healthcare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the availability of laboratory tests based on the number of test requests and their implications for patient satisfaction. Health laboratories are a vital component of healthcare services, providing accurate laboratory test results to support patient diagnosis and treatment. The availability of fast and accurate laboratory tests plays a crucial role in speeding up diagnosis and treatment, which ultimately impacts patient satisfaction. However, many healthcare facilities face challenges in providing adequate laboratory test availability, such as limitations in equipment, expertise, and inefficient procedures. This study employs a literature review approach to collect, analyze, and synthesize information from various relevant sources. The findings reveal that the availability of fast and accurate laboratory services can enhance patient satisfaction, while limitations in availability can lead to dissatisfaction and increased waiting times. Therefore, effective laboratory management is essential to improve service quality and patient experience in hospitals. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for improving the healthcare system, particularly in laboratory management.
