Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment. The research method used is quantitative with a causality research design. The data collection technique uses saturated samples, where the entire population is sampled. The population in this study were 110 members of the Karawang Regency Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian Youth National Committee, consisting of 97 men and 13 women. Data were collected using the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) and the organizational climate scale constructed by the researcher. Hypothesis testing was conducted with simple regression analysis using SPSS version 25.0 for Windows 64-bit. The results showed a significance value of 0.025 (P < 0.05), which means that there is a negative effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment in members of the Karawang Regency Indonesian Youth National Committee. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.045 indicates that 4.5% of the variation in organizational commitment is explained by organizational climate. In comparison, the remaining 95.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) disclosures on corporate profitability. The focus of this study is to identify how CSR and ESG practices disclosed by companies affect key profitability indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The object of research is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, including IDX ESG Leaders Index (IDX ESG LID) and IDX High Dividend 20 (IDX HIDIV20) in 2020-2023; the sample is 25 companies. In this study, the analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS conducted using the WARP PLS (Weighted Autoregressive Distributed Lag PLS) method. The results showed that CSR disclosure has a positive and significant influence on corporate profitability, while ESG disclosure has a negative and significant influence. The study's implications suggest that CSR implementation can enhance financial performance, whereas ESG disclosure, despite offering long-term benefits, often requires significant initial investment, which can reduce short-term profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of cashless payment policy on consumer behavior at Kesiangan Coffee, Batam City. With the increasing use of technology in various aspects of life, especially in the payment sector, it is important to understand how cashless policies affect consumer behavior. This study used a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, and it included validity, reliability, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that the R-value was 0.128 and the R Square was 0.165, indicating that only 16.5% of the variation in the cashless payment policy could be explained by consumer behavior. The validity and reliability test results show that all research instruments are valid and reliable, but the influence of consumer behavior on this policy is still relatively low. This finding suggests that other more dominant factors, such as technological infrastructure, level of security, and consumer demographics, influence the acceptance of cashless payments. Therefore, it is recommended that relevant parties, such as financial institutions and the government, focus on education and infrastructure development to increase the acceptance of this payment system among the public. Further research is needed to explore other factors that play a role in influencing cashless payment policies, so that more effective strategies can be implemented to encourage the use of this technology in various sectors.

Abstract

Virtual Reality (VR) is now a new trend in architectural presentations in Indonesia, offering an interactive experience that allows for a more detailed visualization of the space before construction. This study aims to explore the trend of VR adoption in Indonesia through a literature review sourced from architectural journals registered in Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA). The findings show that VR significantly improves spatial understanding, communication, and collaboration between architects and clients while facilitating faster decision-making. However, factors such as implementation costs and a lack of experts still hinder the widespread use of VR. The study recommends increased investment in VR training and infrastructure and encouraging closer cooperation between academia and the architecture industry to accelerate the adoption of this technology in Indonesia.

Abstract

The nursing unit accounts for the highest number of Patient Safety Incidents (PSI), with 64.83% of incidents in Hospital X Malang occurring in this unit, creating opportunities for underreporting. This study analyzes the influence of patient safety culture on nurses' willingness to report incidents using a descriptive quantitative cross-sectional approach with Partial Least Square analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires from nurses in various units. Results showed a moderate safety culture and reporting willingness, with significant effects of safety culture on perceptions of reporting flow, which in turn influenced reporting willingness. Weaknesses were found in understanding report-making and grading implementation. The study emphasizes fostering a strong patient safety culture and streamlining reporting systems. Practical applications include targeted training for nurses, enhanced communication channels, and a non-punitive reporting framework to reduce underreporting, strengthen reporting systems, and improve patient safety.

Abstract

Scabies can be prevented by implementing healthy behaviors such as scabies prevention behaviors. This can help reduce the spread of scabies transmission in boarding schools. One of the risk factors for scabies is the level of education. The incidence of scabies is mostly experienced by MTs students rather than MA students. Because MTs students tend to have poor scabies prevention behavior. In relation to the incidence of scabies in individuals, exposure experience is a crucial aspect because individuals of more mature age, namely MA students, have better potential in knowing how to prevent scabies. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between education level and the prevention behavior of scabies in students at Pondok Pesantren Y Pati. This study applied analytic observational method with cross sectional research design. The research sample was 56 male and 87 female students of Pondok Pesantren Y Pati who were selected through total sampling technique. The research instrument was a scabies prevention behavior questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability by Umi Hasanah, 2019. Data were analyzed by applying the chi square test at a significance level of 95%. There is a significant relationship between education level and scabies prevention behavior p = 0.000, with a PR value = 14.695. With the characteristics of male respondents = 56 students (39.2%), female = 87 students (60.8%), MTs = 93 students (65.0%), MA = 50 students (35%), students who experience scabies = 62 students (43.4%), students who do not experience scabies = 81 (56.6%). The level of education can affect the behavior of preventing scabies in students. There is a significant relationship between the level of education and the behavior of preventing scabies in students in boarding school Y pati.

Abstract

Politics has always been a topic of great interest, especially regarding the church's role. The church is pivotal in advocating for political life aligned with its essence: achieving the common good and public welfare. However, many Christians view politics negatively, often leading to apolitical attitudes. This research aims to analyze the church's participation in reshaping political perceptions among Christians in Indonesia, emphasizing a revolution of love. Using a qualitative method with descriptive and interpretative approaches, the study records congregation perceptions and provides theological interpretations to clarify the connection between politics and the church's role. The results highlight a lack of political education within the church, contributing to Christians' minimal involvement in political arenas. The research underscores the need for the church to educate and equip its congregation for meaningful political participation, fostering integrity and social justice. The study concludes that the church has a crucial role in nurturing a political environment grounded in love, justice, and communal welfare.
