Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality, price, and service on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at GOODTRY burger outlets using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research investigations five key variables: product quality, price, service, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Data were collected from 46 respondents through an online questionnaire distributed to active customers. The results show that price and service significantly affect customer satisfaction, with coefficients of 0.306 (p = 0.029) and 0.349 (p = 0.018), respectively. Additionally, price has a strong and significant impact on customer loyalty (coefficient = 0.570, p = 0.000). In contrast, product quality does not have a statistically significant effect on either satisfaction (p = 0.077) or loyalty (p = 0.369), and service has no significant direct effect on loyalty (p = 0.057). These findings highlights the critical role of pricing strategies and service quality in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty in the fast-food sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance of the value of profit and cash flow information to the stock price of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Profit and cash flow are two main indicators in assessing a company's performance, so it has the potential to influence investment decisions. The research uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual stock prices. The sample was selected through purposive sampling with the criteria of companies that consistently publish complete financial statements during the observation period. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the influence of profit and cash flow on stock prices. The results show that earnings have a significant influence on stock prices, while cash flows show weak influence. This finding confirms that investors on the IDX are more focused on profit information in making investment decisions. This research contributes to the literature on value relevance and provides practical implications for companies in improving the quality of financial reporting.

Abstract

Flood disasters constitute a major public issue that requires rapid, transparent, and participatory responses. The development of social media has introduced new actors in disaster governance, one of which is digital influencers who function as information intermediaries between the government and the public. This study aims to analyze the role of influencers in promoting transparency and public perspective in flood management through the hashtag movement #WargaBantuWarga from a public administration. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through social media observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that influencers play a significant role in accelerating the dissemination of disaster-related information, enhancing transparency in aid distribution, and mobilizing public participation in the form of donations, volunteerism, and public oversight. The #WargaBantuWarga movement has proven to be an effective medium for collaboration among communities, influencers, and the government in flood response. This study concludes that influencers serve as strategic non-state actors in strengthening the principles of transparency and public participation in disaster governance in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the limitations of existing copyright regulations (Laws 28/2014, 40/1999, 32/2002) that create a regulatory vacuum of publisher rights inequality and the legal implications of Presidential Regulation 32/2024 on the responsibility of digital platforms to support quality journalism. It uses a normative legal method with a legislative, conceptual, comparative (Australia-EU), and triangulation approach based on Rawls' theory, Lex Specialis (Manan), and Suzor through qualitative literature study. The results show that Presidential Regulation 32/2024 as a legitimate lex specialis operationalizes publisher rights via distribution priority (Article 5), revenue sharing of Rp105 trillion (Article 7), and the Press Council oversight committee (Articles 9-17), revolutionizing platform capitalism into collaborative co-regulation. The novelty of this research lies in the first Rawls-Lex Specialis-Suzor triangulation analyzing Presidential Regulation No. 32/2024 as Indonesia's digital constitutionalism, filling the gap in conventional copyright literature on algorithmic governance.

Abstract

Accurate patient identification is a main goal of patient safety in health services, as it prevents mistreatment that can cause serious injury or death. Yet, nursing practice shows ongoing non-compliance by health workers with standard procedures, raising medical error risks. Thus, systematically studying non-compliance with patient identification as a mistreatment risk factor is essential. This study analyzes the concept of patient identification non-compliance via Walker and Avant's eight-stage approach. Data came from a systematic review of 60 peer-reviewed articles (2011–2025) from PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. Results reveal characteristics like failure to follow standards, pre-intervention occurrence, health worker involvement, and intentional/unintentional nature. Antecedents include individual factors, service systems, and work environments. Consequences encompass heightened mistreatment risk, procedural errors, patient injuries, legal/psychological impacts on nurses, and institutional losses. In conclusion, non-compliance with patient identification is a key patient safety concept and triggers major mistreatment. Strengthening compliance requires continuous education, system support, and robust safety culture in facilities.

Abstract

Parapneumonic effusion and empyema are significant causes of morbidity in pediatric pneumonia, driven by an intense pleural inflammatory response. While corticosteroids have been suggested to modulate this inflammation and speed up recovery, evidence regarding their use in pleural complications in children remains limited. This study aims to assess the efficacy of adjunctive corticosteroid therapy in improving clinical outcomes among children hospitalized with parapneumonic effusion or empyema. A systematic search of PubMed, Cochrane Library, and ScienceDirect was conducted from inception to November 2025. Eligible studies included randomized or comparative cohort designs evaluating systemic or intrapleural corticosteroids alongside standard care in pediatric parapneumonic effusion. The primary outcome was length of hospital stay. Three randomized trials were included in the quantitative synthesis, and one observational cohort was analyzed qualitatively. A fixed-effect model was used due to minimal heterogeneity. Among 167 randomized participants, adjunctive corticosteroid therapy significantly reduced hospital stay (mean difference –2.96 days; 95% CI –4.57 to –1.36). Qualitative analysis showed consistent improvements in fever resolution, radiologic recovery, and inflammatory markers, especially when corticosteroids were given early. The observational cohort with delayed rescue steroids showed no improvement, emphasizing the importance of timing. These findings support early corticosteroid use, consistent with the pathophysiology of pleural inflammation. While variations in steroid regimens and sample sizes should be considered, the consistent benefits strengthen the evidence. Early corticosteroid therapy accelerates recovery and shortens hospitalization in pediatric parapneumonic effusion or empyema, making it a safe and effective complement to standard care.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and blood pressure (hypertension) in the Ciptodadi Community Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency. Hypertension, a non-communicable disease, is influenced by factors like BMI, with higher BMI contributing to increased blood pressure. An observational analytical study with a cross-control approach involved 60 respondents, 30 with hypertension and 30 without. Blood pressure and BMI were measured, and data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results indicated a significant relationship between BMI and blood pressure, with 40% of respondents with a BMI ≥23 kg/m² having hypertension, compared to 16.7% without hypertension. The Chi-Square test yielded a p-value of 0.00, with an odds ratio (OR) of 8.000, suggesting a significant association between BMI and hypertension. The study concludes that individuals with excess BMI are at a higher risk of developing hypertension. From an Islamic perspective, maintaining BMI and blood pressure aligns with the obligation of hifz an-nafs (preserving the soul).

Abstract

This study adopts a quantitative case study approach using the Earned Value Method (EVM) to assess project cost and schedule performance, complemented by a Time–Cost Trade Off (Crashing Analysis) to formulate acceleration strategies that restore the project to its planned timeline. Primary data were collected through field observations and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from weekly and monthly reports, the project time schedule, and the Project Budget Plan (RAB). The analysis indicates that the project experienced delays, reflected by by the condition BCWP < BCWS, which reflects schedule deviation. However, cost utilization remains efficient because ACWP < BCWP, indicating that actual spending is lower than the value of work completed. This condition is supported by the cost performance index CPI > 1, which signifies cost efficiency, while the schedule performance index SPI < 1 indicates schedule delays. The estimated cost at completion (EAC), amounting to Rp13,125,412,382.00, shows that the project is expected to finish below the original budget of Rp17,968,594,000.00, whereas the time estimate (TE) shows a potential delay of 11.82 weeks beyond the contract duration. Through crashing analysis, adding 5 hours of overtime per day can reduce the remaining critical path duration from 11.82 weeks to 6 weeks with an additional cost of Rp143,390,625.00, equivalent to approximately 4.3% of the total crash cost.
