Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education Learning at Khansa Khalifah IT Middle School. This research uses qualitative research with the type of Field Research (field study). Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview, documentation techniques, as well as 2 (two) types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. In collecting primary data, researchers take data directly from informants through interview techniques. The sources used as research objects are Islamic Religious Education teachers and students of SMP IT Khansa Khalifah. Secondary data was collected through documentation carried out by researchers, as well as existing documents, such as school profiles, learning theories and concepts, and data from documents related to the research topic. The research results show that the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in schools has gone well. This is seen from the learning outcomes of students. However, there are several obstacles faced by Khansa Khalifah teachers in implementing the Merdeka curriculum in Islamic Religious Education Lessons at Khansa Khalifah IT Middle School, namely the lack of media facilities and inadequate facilities/infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of the independent learning curriculum to students' moral Al-qur`an  learning outcomes. The type of research used was qualitative, in the form of mid-semester exam results on the subject of Al-qur`an Morals and the research population and sample were class VII students with a total of 30 students. The research results show that the independent learning curriculum is implemented at Mts Madinatussalam in the even semesters. This research compares the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in odd semesters and the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in even semesters. The implementation of the independent learning curriculum is no longer based on themes but rather on subjects taught by each teacher based on an agreement on what field of study will be taught, the implementation of the independent curriculum is starting to be well adopted by students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of character education for class IV students at MI Darul Ulum Pekanbaru. Apart from that, it describes the inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of character education for class IV students at MI Darul Ulum Pekanbaru. The research method used is a qualitative approach, namely research from an inductive perspective, which relies on participatory item perceptions of social characteristics. Data validity using triangulation. The data analysis technique applied, namely the Miles and Huberman Model, was used. The research results obtained are that the implementation of student character education has been carried out by teachers and schools through three processes, namely: the process of teaching and learning activities (KBM), the process of extracurricular activities, the process of habituation through school culture. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of character education for class IV students are firstly the awareness of students who are of primary school/madrasah age, students tend to like to play. Second, limited school control and third, school communication with students' parents.

Abstract

Uluwwul Himmah Medan Middle School is an Islamic educational institution which is expected to produce future generations of Muslims who adhere to Islamic law in accordance with the Al-Qur’an and As-Sunnah, and therefore a learning process must be built in the classroom and outside the classroom that is can help students’ good morals. The influence of Islamic religious education in the formation of students’ morals can be seen from the material presented in the form of religion which is obtained from aqidah, laws in daily worship which are obtained from fiqh, guidelines for behavior obtained from moral education, so this research aims to find out how much The great influence of Islamic religious education studied at school has on the morals of students at Uluwwul Himmah Middle School Medan and to find out what efforts the school has made to improve the morals of students at Uluwwul Himmah Middle School Medan. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method by means of a case study. The results of this research are that there has been a change in the morals of students at Uluwwul Himmah Middle School, Medan.

Abstract

In the teaching and learning process, teachers are required to be able to determine effective learning methods which aim to expedite the process and student learning outcomes so that what has been planned can be achieved well and easily by students. The discussion method is learning that confronts students with a problem. The main aim of this method is to solve problems, answer questions and find out students' knowledge and make decisions. Meanwhile, the question and answer method is a way of presenting learning in the form of questions that must be answered from the teacher to the students or from the students to the teacher. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The method used is data collection, namely observation sheets of teaching and learning activities based on designs, activities and observations, and journal literature. The results of this research are that students are able to participate in learning enthusiastically, this is shown by the number of students who try to share assignments with fellow groups, discuss parts they do not understand, ask questions, and look for answers. Abstract

Interesting learning for students is something that must be done so that learning is more meaningful. In presenting learning in the classroom, the teacher does not only convey material using methods or strategies, but the teacher is also required to master several learning models. In fact, the model that is often used by teachers in the learning process in PAI subjects is the Lecture model. This learning model should be changed by the teacher so that the learning process is more creative, active and meaningful. Improving learning outcomes and effectiveness in the PAI learning process has been carried out through various efforts, one of which is the use of the TGT cooperative learning model. Cooperative learning model is designed to educate group cooperation and interaction between students. So there is a need for an overall re-analysis in a study to see how much cooperative learning increases on learning outcomes and how the learning process is carried out. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. The average increase in student learning outcomes using the TGT cooperative learning model in science subjects in schools, both elementary and junior high school children, is very influential.

Abstract

Morals are behavior that is clearly visible, both in words and deeds, which is motivated by encouragement because of Allah. However, there are also many aspects related to attitudes or inner thoughts, such as initial morals which are related to various aspects, namely patterns of behavior towards God, fellow humans, and patterns of behavior towards nature. Moral issues become a barometer of a person's high or low status. This is in accordance with the words of the Prophet Muhammad SAW: "The most faithful people are those who have the best morals, and the best of you are those who have the best morals towards their wives." (H.R. Tirmidhi). The aim of this research is to develop students' morals to be better and to know the moral values instilled by PAI teachers by greeting before and after learning, being polite, gentle in speaking, respecting each other. In collecting this data, the author used classroom action research, as for the efforts made by PAI teachers to shape students' morals, namely by making efforts to habituate students. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the role of religious education in helping the process of character formation of students at Madinatussalam Private MTs. Qualitative descriptive research method. In the process of collecting data, using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, for the analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis techniques are used, namely in the form of written or verbal data from people and observed behavior so that in this case the author attempts to conduct research that thoroughly describes the actual situation. The author can conclude the results of this research as follows: First, the school's efforts to realize character education are: 1) conducting Islamic studies,2) take advantage of the commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI); 3) oblige and get used to saying hello and shaking hands with teachers Second, the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in forming student character: 1) maximizing the delivery of Islamic religious education material; 2) instilling the Islamic style of Ahlusunnah Waljama'ah; 3) Islamic religious education teachers must be active and be role models for their students in applying character education. Third, the strategies carried out by Islamic religious education teachers: 1) use of effective learning approach methods; 2) use of discussion and demonstration methods

Abstract

The STAD cooperative learning method is being applied in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Jabal Rahmah Mulia Boarding School Middle School. STAD is known for fostering student cooperation and active participation in learning. This research aims to assess how STAD is used in PAI and its impact on students' social interactions, religious engagement, and academic performance. Data collection methods include classroom observations, teacher interviews, and curriculum document analysis.Students actively collaborate in teams, contributing to their peers' learning and enhancing their grasp of religious concepts. However, this research also highlights challenges in implementing STAD, such as time management and the teacher's role in managing student groups. This study enhances our understanding of how cooperative learning methods can improve the teaching and learning of religious subjects in a boarding school setting.The findings of this research can serve as a valuable guide for other boarding schools looking to implement STAD to enhance students' understanding of religion, develop social skills, and improve academic achievements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya dan iklim sekolah yang diterapkan di SMA IT An-Nahl Percikan Iman Jambi dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Sedangkan pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Sekolah ini menerapkan iklim yang menumbuhkan komitmen kemandirian, partisipasi aktif warga sekolah, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, tertib, dan religius. Visi sekolah diwujudkan melalui program-program keagamaan dengan slogan TAQWA (Tangguh, Agamis, Qur'ani, Wawasan Luas, Akhlaqul Karimah). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah terbentuk melalui kegiatan rutin seperti membaca Al-Qur'an, shalat berjamaah, murojaah, shalat berjamaah, serta kegiatan kebersihan dan kedisiplinan. Kegiatan spontan seperti memberikan bantuan saat terjadi bencana menumbuhkan rasa empati dan solidaritas. Guru dan tenaga kependidikan menjadi panutan dalam membentuk karakter melalui perilaku santun, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab. Pengkondisian lingkungan sekolah yang bersih, rapi, dan sarat pesan moral juga memperkuat pembentukan karakter. Nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan meliputi religiusitas, gotong royong, disiplin, peduli lingkungan, dan kerja keras. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan budaya dan iklim sekolah yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai Islam efektif dalam membentuk siswa yang berkarakter, terampil, dan berakhlak mulia.
