Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis konsep manajemen pendidikan serta penerapan fungsi manajemen pendidikan dalam manajemen lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan. Sedangkan pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Analisis dalam artikel ini menggunakan empat langkah kajian pustaka, yaitu memilih topik yang akan dikaji, mencari dan memilih artikel yang terkait dengan topik, menganalisis dan mensintesiskan pustaka, dan mengorganisasikan tulisan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan perlunya pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang aspek pengembangan konseptual, fungsional, dan inovatif praktik manajemen pendidikan. Penerapan konsep manajemen pendidikan diwujudkan melalui berbagai inovasi manajemen pendidikan dan fungsi manajemen pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan meliputi fungsi perencanaan, fungsi pelaksanaan, dan fungsi pengawasan. Fungsi perencanaan diawali dengan mekanisme penentuan arah dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Fungsi pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan membagi tugas dan tanggung jawab serta menghubungkan dan menyatukan tugas dan fungsi dalam organisasi atau lembaga. Fungsi pengawasan dilakukan dengan mengendalikan kuantitas dan kualitas hasil kerja melalui sistem pengukuran penilaian. Dari konsep dan fungsi manajemen pendidikan tersebut akan melahirkan suatu gambaran kegiatan manajerial pendidikan dalam penerapan inovasi manajemen pendidikan dengan mengutamakan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pendidikan. Inovasi dalam manajemen pendidikan sangat penting dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of students' ability to perform obligatory prayers through the Modeling the Way strategy in grade 2 students of SD 12 Ampaian Rotan. This study uses the Action research method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and tests or assignments, while data analysis was carried out using interactive modeling. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Modeling the Way strategy can improve the activity and ability to perform obligatory prayers in students. Learning activities from cycle I to cycle II increased in the aspect of reading the pillars of prayer increased by 21.8% from the good category to very good, the aspect of reading the conditions of prayer increased by 14.8% from the good category to very good, the aspect of reading things that invalidate prayer increased by 15.7% from the good category to very good, the aspect of prayer practice increased by 18.3% from the good category to very good. Student learning outcomes from the initial conditions to cycle II also experienced a significant increase from 7 students (28%) to 25 (100%) in the complete category.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the lack of learning media used in the classroom, especially at SDN Pusaka Rakyat 02. Apart from that, teachers have never utilized or used interactive learning media as learning media in the classroom. The research carried out aims to determine the steps taken in developing interactive video-based learning media on fraction material and to determine the level of validity of the media developed in terms of validation results. This research is research and development or Research and Development (R&D) which refers to the ADDIE development model which contains five steps, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The subjects in this research were class V students at SDN Pusaka Rakyat 02 with a total of 15 students. This research data was obtained by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the research show that the interactive video-based learning media that was developed obtained a language expert validation score of 80% with the "Valid" criterion, media expert validation of 92% with the "Very Valid" criterion, and material expert validation of 100% with the "Very Valid" criterion. Meanwhile, in small group trials using student response questionnaires, the learning media obtained a percentage of 85% with the "Valid" criteria and small group trials obtained a percentage of 87% with the "Very Valid" criteria.

Abstract

Pendidikan kecakapan hidup (PKH) merupakan pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber dayamanusia, terutama bagi komunitas dengan akses terbatas terhadap pendidikan formal. Program ini bertujuanmembekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan praktis yang relevan dengan dunia kerja dan mendukungpemberdayaan sosial-ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keselarasan antara program PKH di PusatKegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Safari, Kota Serang, dengan panduan teknis yang disusun oleh DinasPendidikan Kota Serang. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan implementasiprogram dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menyelaraskan program dengan panduan teknis. Data dikumpulkanmelalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan seorang pendidik yang memiliki pengalaman terkait implementasiprogram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program PKH di PKBM Safari telah diterapkan sesuai denganpanduan teknis, termasuk penerimaan peserta didik dari berbagai usia dan pemenuhan fasilitas melalui BantuanOperasional Pendidikan (BOP). Namun, tantangan tetap ada dalam menjaga fleksibilitas program agar inklusifdan memastikan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pendidikan berjalan efektif

Abstract

Verbal communication skills are essential for students in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) program, especially in delivering mathematical concepts that tend to be abstract and require clear explanations. However, initial observations revealed that many PGSD students struggle to express mathematical ideas orally, whether during discussions, presentations, or classroom interactions. This study aims to analyze the verbal communication skills of PGSD students in the context of mathematics learning. The research employed a narrative qualitative method, with data collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The subjects were PGSD students at a public university in Indonesia who were enrolled in a Primary Mathematics Education course. The findings indicate that most students were unable to present material in a structured manner, did not adjust their communication style to the audience, and rarely allowed for two-way interaction. The study concludes that students’ verbal communication skills need to be improved through practice and structured training to prepare them to become effective and communicative primary school teachers

Abstract

Program sekolah penggerak meruapakan usaha peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan. Program ini bertujuan untuk mendorong satuan pendidikan  melakukan transformasi diri untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak di SMP Negeri 36 Makassar, dengan fokus pada lima intervensi utama, pemilihan tema berbasis Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan pengembangan kurikulum. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan lima intervensi utama telah berhasil diterapkan dengan baik, didukung oleh pelatihan guru, perencanaan berbasis data, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Sementara, Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila mengintegrasikan budaya local sebagai tema utama. dan Pengembangan Kurikulum dilakukan secara partisipatif dan fokus pada kebutuhan para peserta didik. Namun, masih ditemukan sejumlah tantangan, seperti keterbatasan literasi digital guru dan perlunya penguatan pendampingan secara intens oleh pemerintah. Maka perlunya pelatihan secara berkelanjutan serta penguatan evaluasi proyek P5.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction with academic administrative services and lecturer performance, as well as their impact on student loyalty at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan. The research employed a qualitative method involving 20 students as respondents. Each student completed a form containing open-ended questions based on indicators of each research variable. The results showed that most students were satisfied with academic administrative services, particularly in terms of ease of information access and the professional attitude of administrative staff. Lecturer performance was also rated positively, especially in mastering the subject matter, using engaging teaching methods, and openness to discussion. Student loyalty was reflected in their desire to complete their studies at the faculty, a sense of pride, and willingness to recommend the faculty to others. However, the speed of administrative services and lecturers' responsiveness to student inquiries still need improvement. These findings indicate that satisfaction with academic administrative services and lecturer performance contributes positively to the level of student loyalty toward the institution.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of observations and interviews at UPT SD Negeri 214 Gresik. This study aims to determine: (1) the process of developing the learning device of the Community Bagan (Bamas) Wallchart media for socio-cultural development material for grade V elementary school, (2) the validity of the Community Bagan (Bamas) Wallchart media for socio-cultural development material for grade V elementary school, and (3) student responses related to the Community Bagan (Bamas) Wallchart material for socio-cultural development for grade V elementary school. The research method used is research and development or Research Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model procedure. The results of the study indicate that the development of the Community Bagan (Bamas) Wallchart media learning device uses the ADDIE model, namely the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The use of the Community Bagan (Bamas) Wallchart media that was developed has been validated by 2 experts, namely the media expert getting a percentage of 69% with feasible criteria, and the material expert getting a percentage of 76% with feasible criteria. Thus, the average obtained from the two experts is getting feasible criteria with a percentage of 72.5%. The average result of the student response questionnaire for the Wallchart Community Bagan (Bamas) media conducted comprehensively to grade V elementary school totaling 18 students was 86% and obtained very good criteria

Abstract

This study discusses the integration of Canva and similar digital design tools in English Language Teaching (ELT). It synthesizes research on design-based learning, digital storytelling, and the use of visual aids in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classrooms, highlighting the pedagogical benefits and challenges of employing these technologies. The review emphasizes Canva’s role in enhancing student engagement, creativity, and language skills through interactive and collaborative learning environments. Methodologically, this study conducts a comprehensive synthesis of recent empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and practical applications related to digital design tools in ELT. The findings underscore the transformative potential of Canva and comparable platforms in fostering learner autonomy, motivation, and 21st-century skills, while also addressing technological and pedagogical challenges. This review contributes to the growing body of knowledge on educational technology integration in language teaching and offers recommendations for educators and researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the initial implementation of the Asana application as a digital collaborative media in student projects, the impact on student project productivity, and the evaluation of the implementation. The background of this study is the need to resolve various problems in the project team, such as lack of task transparency, miscommunication, and late completion. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data is collected through observation, documentation of activities in the Asana application, field notes during the implementation process and supported by literature studies. This study was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory and also digital transformation. The results show that the use of Asana has a positive impact on increasing student productivity, especially in terms of time management, more structured division of work, and more efficient communication time. In addition, the evaluation revealed advantages such as clear work visualization and increased individual responsibility, as well as disadvantages such as the need for adaptation and dependence on internet connections. Recommendations are directed at initial training, development of digital learning modules, and ongoing evaluation. These findings strengthen the relevance of collaborative technology in supporting digital transformation in higher education environments.
