Abstract

The Planning Generation Program is carried out through two approaches, namely to teenagers through the Counseling Information Center and approaches to elderly people who have teenage children through Youth Family Development. With this goal, we increase the knowledge and skills of teenagers so that they have healthy behaviour, avoid the risks of the KRR Triad, delay marriage, have a family life plan, and create a happy, prosperous little family and become an example, model, idol and ultimate source of information for their peers. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of the Planning Generation Program in preventing early marriage in Malang Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. This research focuses on the effectiveness of the Planning Generation Program in preventing early marriage in Malang Regency by using the theoretical basis of Riant Nulgroho regarding the five correct principles for the effectiveness of policy implementation. The data collection technique in this research is through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation review. The results of the research show that the Planning Generation Program is quite effective in preventing early marriage in Malang Regency, following Riant Nulgroho's theory, namely Right Policy, Right Implementation, Right Target, Right Environment, and Right Process. However, there are still several obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove green brand innovative impact on brand loyalty of Indonesian consumers for the Body Shop product, it also tested the moderating effect of green perceived value on its relation. In the sampling technique, this study used convenience sampling with online method questionnaire distribution. Recorded as many as 111 users of the Body Shop products across Indonesia (West, Mid, East) have participated. Then, the feedback was analyzed with the technique of SEM with the assistance of the Smart-PLS software's latest version. Results found that green brand innovation has a positive impact on green brand loyalty of Indonesian users for the Body Shop products, and green perceived value also has a positive impact on green brand loyalty. Unfortunately, green perceived value isn’t able to moderate the relationship between green brand innovation and green brand loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to analyze and determine Gender Responsive Policy Analysis In The Higher Education Environment (Case Study Of Upn Veteran East Java Lecturer And Educational Personnel). The research method uses a mixed methods research approach with questionnaire data collection techniques and focus group discussions (FGD). The research results show that although the policies within the UPN "Veteran" East Java are quite gender-responsive, they require further attention in several sectors. By integrating the insights gained from this research, it is hoped that UPN "Veteran" East Java can take meaningful steps to create a responsive and inclusive workplace. This research contributes to the growing discourse around gender-responsive policies in the academic environment, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement for the benefit of the entire academic community, especially for lecturers and education staff

Abstract

This study highlights the strategies used by the local government in Provincia Banten to increase the level of literacy among the populace. The present study employs a qualitative method of inquiry and relies on a single source of information. The focus of the study is the Pemerintah Theory of the Four Regions as outlined by Arif (2012): (1) Regulator, (2) Facilitator, (3) Dinamisator, and (4) Katalitator. In this study, observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. This study uses the method of collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. This study shows that the role of local governments in using various programs, both directly and indirectly, such as social media platforms, is not ideal. This is due to the lack or limitations of the facilities and infrastructure that are already owned by the local government, the lack of infrastructure to reach the area, the lack of public understanding of the use of information technology, the lack of internet network access, and the lack of resources at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Banten Province

Abstract

The digital landscape has witnessed significant transformations over the past few decades, with programmatic advertising emerging as a pivotal force reshaping the world of brand communication. This article delves deep into the evolution of online advertising, highlighting the inefficiencies of traditional digital ad-buying methods that paved the way for the algorithmic and data-driven paradigm of programmatic advertising. While offering advantages like precision targeting, automation, scalability, and real-time analytics, programmatic advertising has challenges, especially concerning data privacy, regional nuances, and ethical considerations. Through a lens of global and regional case studies, the article underscores the intricate dynamics and cultural sensitivities crucial for successful campaigns. As we stand at the cusp of technological advancements, integrating Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and 5G into the programmatic ecosystem promises further evolution. The article concludes with robust recommendations for researchers, emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary studies, ethical considerations, and the need for continuous adaptation in this ever-evolving digital world.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze Community Participation in Development in Banjarbendo Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and literature study. The research results show that participation in decision-making is not optimal because the proposals approved with a priority scale are only 10 types of development and interruptions always occur during meetings. Participation in the implementation of physical and non-physical development is hampered by a lack of community participation. Community participation in taking benefits has not contributed much to residents. Participation in the evaluation means that the people of Banjarbendo Village always submit evaluations in the form of criticism.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to analyze the effect of job description on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Paser Regency; (2) To analyze the effect of job specifications on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Paser Regency; (3) To analyze the effect of job descriptions and job specifications on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Paser Regency. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. Sampling of the population from the Regional Secretariat of Paser Regency was determined using the slovin formula with an error rate of 10% and obtained a total sample of 64 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation with descriptive analysis methods, Validity test, regression equation test, correlation coefficient test and determination, simultaneous f test and t test. The results of the constant multiple linear regression equation test of 0.183 has meaning  that employee performance will stay as big as 0.183 if variable job description  (X1) and specification position (X2) constant or fixed . coefficient correlation r is as big as 0.954 numbers this have meaning  that connection Among job description (X1) and specification position (X2) with employee performance is very strong . There is an effect of job description and specification position against performance on District Regional Secretariat Pasers can be accepted.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence simultaneously between Competency and Work Culture has on Employee Performance in the Internal Affairs Sub-Section of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The population of this study were employees of the Internal Affairs Subdivision of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The sample used in this study amounted to 63 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS tools. In this study data and information were collected from respondents using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results of this research show that there is an influence of Competency on employee performance, there is no influence of work culture on employee performance, and there is an influence of Competency and Work Culture on Employee Performance in the Internal Affairs Sub-Section of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province of 96.8%. This means that competency and work culture can explain variations in employee performance in the Internal Affairs Sub-Section of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province by 96.8%.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the relationship between the bureaucracy and the company PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri in Bombana Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique uses the opinion of Miles, Huberman & and Saldaña (2014) with an interactive model starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results that have been obtained regarding bureaucratic relations and plantation companies which result in power politics in local government agencies that collaborate with entrepreneurs through clientelistic relations and market relations. As a result, in the regional relations position, bureaucratic and company cooperation occurred for the benefit of village infrastructure development, and in the market relations position, there was a claim for community plantation land from PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri in Tinabite Village, Lantari Jaya District, Bombana Regency. Market relations are short-term relations that are developed through the issue of company political promises to land owners, resulting in supply and demand

Abstract

The projects related to management system and business processes have a low risk in every job. This method can be done in overcoming installation problems on Indihome that add performance to customers consists of an aggregate effort to perform maintenance by effectively utilizing and material through the application standard procedures that the company has to develop the system. The business orientation has a correlation between production process focus and performance at the business unit level using the profit impact of marketing strategies database. The relationship between production process focus and financial performance for business units was partially supported using return on sales, and was not supported with return on assets and return on income. The companies have prioritized this Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) plan to manage their daily business activities, such as financial management, procurement, production, projects, human resources, and others. The system can facilitate businesses with real-time and accurate information. The implication is hase degree of production process focus must be recognized as part of a manufacturing strategy that is consistent with an overall business strategy. The method has purpose problems found in the network installation on Indihome and double configuration contained of voice service Treg-3 surveillance to reduce the obstacles that occur in customers.
