Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role Of Job Satisfaction As A Mediator On The Factors Affecting The Performance Of The State Civil Apparatus Bappedalitbang, Paser District. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach, namely research that seeks to explain the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through the role of the mediating variable. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with the stages of measurement model analysis and structural model analysis. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on performance both without and with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, there is a positive and significant influence on performance both without and with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, there is a positive but not significant influence of leadership on performance both without and with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, there is a positive but not significant effect of work discipline on performance both without and with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, there is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction as a mediating variable on performance, there is a simultaneous influence of motivation , ability, leadership and work discipline on performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the impact of Creating Shared Value (CSV) activities carried out by the MM UNAIR 58 regular class on the community in Surabaya and encouraging the acceleration of Indonesia's agricultural development in the Digital Era. The approach used in this research is Social Return On Investment (SROI). The data used is in the form of data that has a clear quantitative value and can be measured in financial terms such as rupiah, while other data are assumptions that are monetized using standard document references, research output, community consensus and so on. The results of this study indicate that the ratio resulting from this CSV activity is high and has a large impact on world investment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of success of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Cerme District, Gresik Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research focus of this study is to describe the evaluation of the Non-cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Cerme District, Gresik Regency. Data collection techniques in this research include interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The results of research on the Evaluation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Cerme District, Gresik Regency, namely: that the BPNT program is useful in helping meet their economic needs even though the assistance provided is not commensurate with their food needs until the following month and assistance from last year was given alternately in the form of goods or given in cash. This is because the BPNT program plays a more or less significant role in meeting their daily needs, and also provides them with sufficient relief in meeting the food needs of underprivileged communities. Based on the conclusions, the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Cerme District, Gresik Regency, can be said to be quite successful.

Abstract

Village community empowerment is carried out to develop independence and improve community welfare by increasing skills and abilities in managing and utilizing existing resources. This study aims to analyze and describe the process of Community Empowerment through Village-Owned Enterprises "Ngingas Makmur Abadi" Ngingas Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. In this study, the indicators used are studied from 3 (three) aspects: enabling, empowering and protecting. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study explain that the community empowerment process carried out by the Village-Owned Enterprise "Ngingas Makmur Abadi" has been carried out quite well, it can be seen that two aspects of the indicators, namely Enabling and Empowering, have been implemented well, but one aspect of the Protecting indicator still has some constraints. even so, BUMDes Ngigas Makmur Abadi Community Empowerment has contributed to increasing PADes (Village Original Income) and Strengthening the Economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how E-Government policy issues through the web-based E-performance application system in the Mukomuko Regency government environment. This research uses qualitative descriptive research and data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, with the intention of being able to objectively describe facts and phenomena that are research problems. The results showed that the issue of E-Government policy through the implementation of a web-based E-performance application system in the Mukomuko Regency government environment has not been going well. This is because there are still shortcomings in the E-performance application system used and several inhibitory factors found. The limitations of research specifically only address e-government policy issues through the implementation of a web-based E-performance application system in mukomuko regency. This research can be used as a reference for innovation and policy development in the field of E-government through the concept of innovation adaptation.

Abstract

The election of village heads as an implementation of democracy aims to improve community welfare through public services. On February 20 2022, simultaneous village head elections were held in 109 villages in Bombana Regency, involving 22 sub-districts. This research uses a qualitative method with a purposive sampling technique, relying on primary data from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from journals, books and other relevant sources In this democratic practice, it was revealed that almost all villages used money politics in various forms to win people's votes and sympathy. The implications of this money politics have an impact on the village government which is still relatively young, with new leadership less than a year old. These impacts include debts from candidates who are not elected, village development policies that are not in line with community needs, policies that are not in accordance with the principles of village governance, and the potential risk of corruption in public policy.

Abstract

Elections can only be held in a credible and fair manner if they are placed by an impartial institution. According to the Constitution, elections are conducted by an independent EMB, with no additional definition of independence. The purpose of this study is to determine the post-reform electoral management institution model and the concept of independence in Article 22E paragraph (5) of the 1945 Constitution as recognized by the Constitutional Court, the research methodology is the normative legal method and the legal and case approach. According to the findings of this study, the post-reform election model is an independent model that does not involve representatives from political parties or employees.

Abstract

As a breakthrough from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology, the Merdeka Learning Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program needs to measure the effectiveness of its implementation in increasing student competence based on industrial needs from the perspective of the three parties involved, namely students as learners, teaching staff/study programs, and partners/industry. This research was conducted at the University of Brawijaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey research type. The population of this study was students who were accepted into the MBKM program in the 2021/2022 academic year; as many as 694 students were active in the MSIB, IISMA, Semeru, Student Exchange, and Bangkit UB programs, while the population of Lecturers/ Study Programs totals 76 study programs, as well as partners/industry where 100 students take part in MSIB activities so that the total population is 870 respondents. Therefore, the sample for this study was obtained from 269 respondents using the Krejcie & Morgan formula. They are collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The collected data were processed using SPSS and Microsoft Excel tools to display descriptive data about the perspectives of the three parties. The research results show that implementing the Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM) in Improving Student Competence Based on Industrial Needs at Brawijaya University is very good; this is evident from the results of a survey conducted on lecturers, students, and MBKM partners.

Abstract

In the industrial sectors, retaining millennial employees by optimizing organizational support and suitability of workload is important to maintain the company's existence through human resources management, especially in the cement industry which requires employees with high-level integrity due to heavy work intensities. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze and determine the effect of perceived organizational support and workload on turnover intention, by using the mediating contribution of job satisfaction to permanent millennial employees in one of the cement industries in Indonesia. Recorded, as many as 100 permanent millennial employees from various departments have participated. In terms of feedback data responses, were analyzed with the assistance of IBM SPSS software and Smart-PLS's latest version. Results found that fifth-relationships are in line with the research expectations while not to the other two. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was used, in which the data were collected through online method distribution with the assistance of Google-form questionnaires. In the techniques of analysis, this study uses Smart-PLS software's latest version to assist the structural equation model (Average Variance Extracted > 0,5, Composite Reliability > 0,7, HTMT < 0,85, and R-square > 0,33), and second-order path-analysis (T > 1,96 & P ≤ 0,05) while IBM SPSS latest version used to descriptive analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare stakeholders from the existing community with the output or advantages and disadvantages of KatePay besides knowing the implementation of the KatePay Program in Surabaya City Schools by how the Government runs the program and what is felt by the community in implementing this program which has been running for one year. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and Documentation. It then analyzed the data concerning the theory used. The theory applied by the author uses the Cost-Benefit Analysis method, which discusses the identification, benefits, implementation results, and conclusions of the programs being run. Results The first research shows that the KatePay program benefits students more than other stakeholders. Second, KatePay's performance is excellent because it can reduce money transfers and teach students to manage money. This program can also create intelligent and wise students in deciding or doing something. The research implies that it is necessary to socialize intent to all stakeholders so it is not misused.
