Abstract

Smart City is considered to be an innovation in solving the complexity of urban problems, requiring cooperation between government, society, the private sector and stakeholders. This research aims to understand the collaboration process between various stakeholders carried out by the Tangerang Regency Government through the Tangerang Gemilang application in realizing the Smart City concept. Qualitative research methods with a case study strategy were used, and data was collected using literature studies, interviews and documentation. The research results explain that Tangerang Gemilang has succeeded in providing efficient and easily accessible public services via digital platforms. The Tangerang Gemilang application allows the public to access public information, submit requests, and report problems by reducing complicated permits and increasing transparency. Through a collaborative governance approach, this program involves several actors in decision making and policy implementation, including government, society and the private sector. Active community participation is realized through the use of applications as a communication channel between the community and the government. Collaborative Governance is an important foundation in improving the quality of Smart City-based urban services in Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out the Realization Of Coal Domestic Market Bondage Policy In 2018-2022. The approach used in this research is post-positivism with qualitative data collection. The research results show that the realization of DMO absorption from 2018-2022 can be considered not good. Moreover, 2021 and 2022, the annual production plan in 2021 is 625 million tons, and the DMO is 137.5 million tons, but it has not been completely absorbed, from the data obtained until the beginning of 2022, the DMO target in 2021 is only reached 21%, from the target of 22%. PLN faces a coal deficit in early 2022 and threatens 10 million families with the potential to lose electricity in early 2022. In an effort to overcome this coal deficit, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has implemented an export ban policy on all coal companies in Indonesia. The long step is to include additional clauses for mining companies to be more compliant with the policy so that they do not choose to pay fines.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of service quality and customer perceived value on customer satisfaction through customer trust as a mediating variable at BPJS Employment Padang Branch Office. The population is all BPJS Employment Padang Branch Office participants. The sample criteria is that they have submitted a guarantee claim within the last 6 months. The number of samples in the study was 160 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses one-tailed statistical analysis, the hypothesis is accepted if the t-statistic value is > 1.65 and the significance value is < 0.05. The research results show that service quality and customer perceived value have a significant positive effect on customer trust, and service quality and customer trust have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, customer-perceived value does not affect customer satisfaction. Indirectly, service quality and customer perceived value influence customer satisfaction with customer trust as the mediation.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the contestation of identity political discourse that has developed in society's digital space ahead of the election for Governor of Southeast Sulawesi. In this research, the theories used are framing theory, the concept of public space, and the identity politics concept to find out why the community selects the Governor. Identity politics can arise based on a society’s ethnicity, religion, and culture. This is significant since the rise in community political participation in Southeast Sulawesi is heavily influenced by tribal factors. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used literature study with data analysis techniques that include three stages Data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings that the contestation of identity political discourse in the digital space ahead of the election for Governor of Southeast Sulawesi showed dynamics in the use of digital space, especially on social media Facebook and Instagram. The tribal phenomenon has become a hot topic of discussion in the digital space, as shown by the comments of supporters of the three gubernatorial candidates, namely Andi Sumangerukka (ASR), a Bugis tribe, Kery Saiful Konggoasa (KSK), and Lukman Abunawas (LA) a tolaki tribe. The tribal public mindset of Kendari city people can determine the map of political power, making them to select who is most ideal to be a leader in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of financial literacy and financial inclusion on financial performance with rational decision-making and financial capital as mediating variables. This study uses a partial least square structural equation model since this study uses latent variables. All variables in this study were measured using a questionnaire distributed to BUM Desa managers in East Jawa Province using a convenience sampling technique. A total of 69 questionnaires were returned and used in this study. The financial literacy of BUM Desa managers has a direct influence on improving BUMDesa's financial performance.  Financial inclusion of BUM Desa will motivate BUM Desa managers to be rational in making capital decisions that will affect the improvement of financial performance. This study cannot prove the effect of financial inclusion on financial performance. This study failed to prove the mediating role of the impact of financial literacy on financial performance.

Abstract

This research explains the clinical supervision of madrasa heads on teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Bangil Pasuruan. Therefore, clinical supervision is one of the activities that madrasah heads can carry out for teachers. This supervision is professional assistance that is provided regularly to teachers based on the teacher's needs with the aim of developing teachers and their professionalism, especially in the world of education. The research approach uses qualitative research and the type of research uses field research which is carried out continuously until completion. The results of the first research, are the concept of clinical supervision of madrasah heads in teacher professionalism, secondly, the implementation of clinical supervision of madrasah heads on teacher professionalism.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Optimizing the 3R Waste Management Site in Gladak Anyar Pamekasan. This research method uses a qualitative research method, namely by describing the data obtained by analyzing it using indicators of community participation proposed by Peter Oakley, namely based on; : (1) There is contribution, (2) There is organization, (3) Community role and community action, (4) Community motivation, (5) Community responsibility. In collecting data, this research used informant techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the technique for determining the informants is the Purposive Sampling technique. Purposive Sampling is a technique for sampling data sources with certain considerations. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the discussion can be concluded that community participation in the management of the Mitra Gladak Anyar TPS 3R in Gladak Anyar Village, Pamekasan District, Pamekasan Regency is going well with various activities related to waste management as explained above. However, some people also do not have full awareness of sorting their waste, whether organic or non-organic, so sometimes it makes it difficult for waste collectors from TPS 3R to collect it, even to the point of injuring the collector's hand when glass waste is not separated from ordinary waste.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the role of the Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Surabaya (SATPOL PP) in the Enforcement of Advertising in Surabaya City. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research are that the role of the Surabaya City Civil Service Police Unit in controlling advertising is considered quite good, especially in implementing policies, implementing human resources, and coordinating with related agencies. However, there are still deficiencies in providing facilities and infrastructure for dismantling and coordinating with billboard owners. An active role is needed from the Government and Civil Service Police Units to improve facilities and coordination, as well as carry out more effective outreach regarding advertising regulations.

Abstract

Stunting is a crucial problem in Indonesia and requires collaborative action by multiple stakeholders. The policy to accelerate stunting reduction was designed with a convergence strategy involving ministries and government officials at the village level. The purpose of this study is to analyze the intervention of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration in implementing stunting reduction policies in villages. The research paradigm used is post-positivist with qualitative methods. The data collection process was carried out by interviews and analysis of policy documents. The results of this research show that the intervention carried out by the village ministry took the form of a facilitation program and regulatory support. The interventions carried out are still on track and quite effective in achieving policy targets. Recommendations from the research include strengthening communication between central agencies to village parties with intensive coordination, expanding funding networks, and carrying out collaborative actions to increase the impact of policies.

Abstract

In the context of the property market, consumer perceptions can be influenced by factors such as location, price, facilities, design and housing brand. Therefore, understanding consumer perceptions can help developers design housing products that suit consumer needs and desires, thereby increasing consumer interest in purchasing housing products. This research seeks to determine consumer perceptions of housing purchasing decisions in Kendari City. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The research results show that the calculated F value is 28.695> the F table value is 2.463 and the sig value. namely 0.0000<0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the variables of location, price, product quality and promotion influence consumer decisions. The calculated t value of the price variable influences consumer decisions in purchasing housing in Kendari City. The influence of price on housing purchasing decisions shows that the price factor has a significant role in the consumer decision-making process. The location, product quality, and promotion variables have no effect on consumer decisions when purchasing housing in Kendari City.
