This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive research type, with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study explained that the implementation of the Kertajaya Park and Ride had not been carried out properly as seen from the fact that it was not in accordance with the guidelines in force, but when viewed from the delivery of information it was felt to be good enough, but several approaches were needed. In addition, if seen from community participation, it has been said to be quite good, but several more approaches need to be made. this is proven by the fact that there are still many people who do not understand the purpose of organizing the Kertajaya "Park and Ride" and also abuse the Kertajaya Park and Ride facilities. Meanwhile, the distribution of potential on the responsibility and authority of the executor is considered to be quite effective because the division of management is already in the authority and responsibility of each.

Efforts made by community radio managers to oblige broadcasters to use regional languages are nothing but a filter against the presence of slang, Alay and Jakarta accents which are widely used by broadcasters in greeting young people in Indonesia which will certainly cause the next generation to be foreign. in his own language.

Violence against children has increased since 2020 in Kolaka Regency, resulting in the safety of children being threatened. For this reason, research was carried out at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (DP3A) a government institution whose role is to protect children in Kolaka Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis by conducting observations and interviews with DP3A employees, the Head of the Kolaka District Children's Forum, the KLA task force, and the community. The research findings show that the government is a stabilizer by issuing regulations that are oriented towards tackling child violence and a modernizer that initiates various programs while at the same time collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, SKPD, and the community in various forms of socialization and training activities related to reporting, prevention, and protection of children's rights. DP3A has attempted to enhance its role as a modernizer to protect children and to make Kolaka a Child-Friendly District. This becomes a reference for the government to find formulations that can help minimize acts of violence against children in Indonesia.

This study attempts to provide a strengthened understanding of why people switch from traditional payment to digital payment QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). Grounding on the push, pull, mooring model as framework, I proposed dissatisfaction and transaction incovenience as the push factor, easy of use and critical mass as the pull factor, and switching cost as the mooring factor. I tested the proposed model by conducting a paper-based survey in Surakarta’s traditional market at Center of Java, Indonesia by comprising respondents comprising a total of 150 buyers. The results of PLS-SEM analysis demonstrated that except transaction inconvinience, all the proposed variables have been confirmed. From a theoretical implication, this study offers significant contributions to switching behavior literature by invesitivigating the applicability of the PPM Model in tradiotional market context. From a practical implication, these findings provide useful implications and insights for digital payment brands on how to encourage costumers switching from their traditional payment habits.

The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of public services through the application of the e-Government of the Investment Office and One Stop Integrated Licensing Service, East Kolaka Regency. The study is done using descriptive qualitative research, by taking 8 informants with related positions. The results of the study show that the DPMPTSP of East Kolaka Regency has been carrying out existing related regulations to provide public services and ensuring it follows service operational standards. The constraints of public service effectiveness and delivery process are caused by the lack of infrastructure and facilities due to the regional budget. The obstacles to the SICANTIK application are the lack of community capability in terms of technology and the constraint of the internet network. Optimizing e-government through public service standards according to the East Kolaka Regency regional regulation number 16 of 2018 is considered good because the service is carried out based on SOPs. However, there are still shortcomings in terms of personnel competence, communication infrastructure, community readiness, and limited capital.
