Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of the Learning Cycle 5E learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic for Islamic Religious Education class XI subjects. There are several main things in this study, namely: 1) the implementation of the 5E Learning Cycle learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic, 2) the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the 5E Learning Cycle learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic, 3) the motivation and participation in learning Religious Education Islam Class XI students during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran, SMA Negeri 1 Tuntang, and SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa. The author uses a qualitative approach to collect data from educators. The findings of this study are the implementation of the Learning Cycle 5E learning model during the Covid 19 pandemic carried out with an online learning system. In this case, it does not reduce the learning steps in the 5E Learning Cycle model. There are several inhibiting factors in the implementation of the 5E Learning Cycle model during the Covid 19 pandemic, but there are also supporting factors so that the learning process can run optimally. Abstract

This research departs from the importance of identifying the economic independence in Islamic boarding schools, which functions to see phenomenologically the involvement of kiai and students in realizing the economic independence of pesantren, because so far pesantren are only seen as educational institutions and Islamic da'wah but pesantren as community empowerment institutions in Indonesia. There are still many economic fields that have not been exposed in detail and in depth. This study focuses on the objectives, knowing the strategies of kiai and santri in realizing economic independence in the Nurul Amanah Islamic Boarding School and Raudlatul Muta'allimin Islamic Boarding School and knowing the differences in strategies that exist between the two Islamic boarding schools in realizing the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools in Bangkalan. This method uses a qualitative approach where the data collection technique uses documentation, observation and thorough interviews with the kiai and several students in the two Islamic boarding schools. The results of this study conclude 1). The kiai's strategy in realizing the economic independence of pesantren is to use a capacity building strategy, strengthen institutions, transfer knowledge and strengthen networks. 2). The strategy of the santri in realizing the economic independence of the pesantren as assistant caregivers in realizing the economic independence of the pesantren. 3). The differences in the strategies carried out by the two pesantren are not much different, namely they both provide economic understanding to their students.Keyword: Strategy, Kiai, Santri, Economic Independence, Islamic Boarding School.

Abstrak : Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana pentingnya pengembangan karakter entrepreneurship santri melalui unit usaha kopontren (koperasi pondok pesantren), yang memiliki fungsi untuk mengetahui secara langsung dan signifikan pengembangan karakter entrepreneurship melalui unit usaha sebagai bentuk fasilitas yang disediakan pondok pesantren sebagai bentuk untuk pengembangan karakter entrepreneurship santri yang harus Dikembangakan, ada banyak model pengembangan yang diterapkan di kedua pondok pesantren tersebut salah satunya Bazar, bazar sendiri memiliki dampak yang sangat besar terhadap pengembangan karakter entreprenership santri di kedua pondok pesantren tersebut maka dengen melakukan penelitian ini saya harap mampu mendapat gambaran secara signifikan terkait model pengembangan karakter entrepreneurship melalui unit usaha kapontren di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikam Dan Darul Hikmah sehingga model pengembangan karakter entrepreneurship melalui unit usaha Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan dengan cara Dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara secara menyeluruh kepada beberapa santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikam Dan Darul Hikmah dan para pengurus atau koordinator yang memegang bagian unit usaha kopontren di pondok tersebut. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang berfungsi untuk menganalisis atau menggambarkan situasi dari berbagai data yang dikumpulkan berupa hasil wawancara atau pengamatan secara langsung yang terjadi dilapanganKata Kunci : entrepreneurship, model pengembangan, pondok pesantren

Abstract

Artikel mebahas mengenai kontekstual hukum islam dengan metode ijtihad wahbah zuhaili Dalam Islam, ijtihȃd memiliki kedudukan yang tinggi, sehingga tidak semua orang boleh melakukannya karena ijtihȃd merupakan sebuah upaya yang dilakukan oleh pakar hukum Islam untuk menggali hukum-hukum syara’. Wahbah Zuhaili menawarkan terobosan baru dalam berijtihad khususnya metode dalam berijtihad untuk memudahkan para pakar hukum Islam dalam memahami sebuah permasalahan hukum. Wahbah Zuhaili dalam berijtihad memiliki metode khusus yang berbeda dengan ulama lainnya serta mengungkapkan bahwa metode Ijtihȃd Wahbah Zuhaili dinilai relevan untuk diterapkan dalam kontekstualisasi hukum Islam.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed at describing the management of An-Najach Majelis Ta'lim, identifying lecture material from multicultural aspects, and the impact of Majelis Ta'lim in society. The research method used was descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation, and documentation. The place of the study was the Mejelis Ta’lim An-Najach housed in the Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) An-Najach Tegalrejo Magelang Indonesia. The results showed that: 1) every pengajian (Islamic teaching) session is attended by thousands of jamaahs from various societies, backgrounds, and cities. All jamaahs receive the same treatment: young-old, man-woman, rich-poor, and public officials are welcomed without discrimination. 2) There are many lectures with anti-multicultural material but do not cause conflict. 3) Mejelis Ta'lim An-Najach becomes the motor of the community's economic, social and spiritual empowerment. This study concluded that: first, the socio-economic empowerment of the community is determined by the quantity of the jamaahs. The greater the number of pilgrims, the greater the socio-economic prosperity of the community. Second, the da'wah bilhal (generosity) can reduce the hidden conflict even the da'wah contains the anti-multicultural view, as the jamaahs focus on spiritual values. Third, the empowerment of the surrounding community adds their respect to the pesantren and its leader regardless of the anti-multiculturalism teachingKeyword: Majelis Taklim, An-Najach, Abdul Mukti.

Abstract

Abstrak: This study describes the implementation of human resource development strategies in improving the quality of educational institutions. Human resource development is very necessary because it has an important aspect for improving the quality of educational institutions. This research was conducted at YIMI Gresik Junior High School using qualitative methods. Data were obtained through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis is carried out by condensing data, presenting data, and verifying data. Then the validity of the data is checked by looking at the degree of trust (credibility), transferability (transferability), dependability (dependability) and certainty (confirmability). The results of this study explain that the implementation of the Human Resource Development Strategy in improving the quality of educational institutions at YIMI Gresik Junior High School is carried out through seminars, coaching, and academic supervision programs. The seminar program is implemented through independent and cooperative development programs, independent development includes: seminars and training, while cooperative development includes: school program workshops; IHT; and MGMP. The coaching program is carried out through an intensive development program. The form of these coaching activities is carried out by school principals and school supervisors. While academic supervision is carried out through an intensive program and the principal follows the learning process in the classroom when the teacher teaches by adjusting the schedule of supervision activities that have been set.Kata Kunci: Human Resource Development, Quality of Educational Institutions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemikiran Ibn Arabi yang luas yang tercermin dalam sejumlah karyanya mendapatkan respon yang beragam di kalangan umat Islam bahkan hingga saat ini. Hal ini tidak lepas dari warisan pertentangan ketiga episteme yang terpelihara hingga saat ini. Mereka yang tertarik dengan persoalan-persoalan filosofis mendapati bahwa Ibn ‘Arabi begitu piawai mengurai persoalan-persoalan filsafat dan banyaknya istilah dan bahasa filsafat yang sering ia gunakan dalam karya-karyanya mengklaim Ibn Arabi sebagai filusuf besar Islam. Sebaliknya mereka yang anti filsafat menjadikan pemikiran-pemikiran filosofis Ibn ‘Arabi sebagai dasar untuk mengeluarkannya dari tradisi Islam dan mengkategorikannya sebagai mulhid hingga kafir. Di sisi yang lain itu, tidak dipungkiri bahwa Ibn Arabi merupakan tokoh penting dan diagungkan dan bahkan diposisikan sebagai mahaguru (al-syaikh al-akbar) dalam tradisi tasawuf Islam. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengkaji pemikiran Ibn ‘Arabi, terlebih tentang epistemologinya.Kata Kunci: Epistemologi, Filsafat, Tasawuf

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis evaluatif terhadap aspek kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan atas formalisasi hukum Islam di Indonesia dalam perspektif demokrasi Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisisStrength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan perwujudan formalisasi hukum Islam dalam konteks Indonesia sebagai negara yang meyakini paham Demokrasi Pancasila dalam ranah praksisnya dapat menemui berbagai hal. Peratama, aspek kekuatan. Pada aspek ini, secara yuridis konstitusional, yakni berdasarkan UUD 1945 sekaligus sila pertama Pancasila terdapat jaminan bagi warga negara untuk menjalankan dan menjadikan hukum Islam masuk dalam bagian hukum negara (nasional). Kedua, aspek kelemahan. Pada aspek ini terdapat beberpa hal. (1)hukum pelbagai persoalan baru tidak mesti ditemukan pada al-Qur’an maupun Hadis, produk pemikiran hukum Islam (fikih) klasik maupun kontemporer. (2) Perumusan hukum Islam lebih bertumpu terhadap fatwa kalangan elit. Peran rakyat luas tidak mempunyai hak pilih dalam permaslahan tersebut. (3) Aspirasi implementasi hukum Islam secara total tidak selalu bisa dipenuhi. Karena dasar semangat kebangsaan yang menjungjung nilai keadilan, dan kesetaraan atau persamaan di depan hukum (4) Dalam formalisasi hukum Islam, pemeluk agama lain secara lahiriah dapat dikategorikan sebagai warga negara kelas dua. Ketiga, aspek kesempatan. Peluang terwujudnya formalisasi hukum Islam paralel dengan falsafah dalam sistem Demokrasi Pancasila, khususnya sila kelima yang paralel dengan pelbagai tujuan kemaslahatan pensyariatan hukum Islam bagi kehiudupan manusia (maqashid shariah). Keempat, aspek tantangan.Perlu upaya pembaharuan paradigma maupun produk hukum Islam tradisional  menyesuaikan dengan paradigma modern dalam sistem konstitusional dan sosial budaya di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, it may be difficult for a government that does not implement itself with a democratic system, because democracy is a political system that occupies the top stratum accepted by many countries. However, democracy differs in different countries, depending on how the country provides broad rights and obligations to its people in terms of government. Because of this, this article aims to explain how Islam itself reveals about real democracy, and how the reality of democracy was during the time of the prophet and Khulafa'al-Rasyidin. Al-Qur'an al-Karim does not clearly express the word democracy, but the Qur'an has provided principles as the foundation of democracy which is then implemented in the world of government. The principles of democracy have been stated among them are: QS. al-Shura: 38 and QS. Ali Imran: 159 (about deliberation), QS. an-Nahl: 90, QS. al-Maidah: 8 and QS. al-Shura: 15 (about justice), QS. al-Hujurat: 13 (about equality), QS. an-Nisa ': 58 (about trust), QS. Ali Imran: 104 (on freedom of criticism), QS. al-Nisa': 59, 83 and QS. al-Syuro: 38 (on freedom of opinion). There is no doubt that the concept of democracy has existed in the Qur'an which is indeed a reference for the people of all time. Not only that, the real life of a democratic society has also been realized by the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafa'al-Rasyidin as an ideal country, an example for a state that is thayyibah wa rabbun ghafur..Kata Kunci: Islam, Democracy, Historical Perspective.

Abstract

Among the characteristics of Islamic law is that it is flexible and accommodating to the times and changing social conditions of society. This is a major factor in the efforts of several Islamic countries to make improvements to family law, which, before being contained in the puritanical classics, became codified in the format of family law. Among what was done was the country of Morocco by drafting a family law known as the Mudawwana al-Usrah. Geographically, Morocco is an Islamic country adjacent to the European region. So that culturally too much influenced by European countries. So the purpose of this study is to find information related to the influence of social culture on Islamic family law that occurs in Morocco. This study uses library research that is focused on the object of study in existing books and literature. While the method used in this research is descriptive-analytical method by providing an overview and analysis of the process of Islamic family law reform in Morocco. The results of this study indicate that the socio-cultural community of a particular region has a significant impact on legal reform. It also strengthens the paradigm that Islamic law is flexible and accommodating to the times and conditions
