Abstract

Abstract: The words birr and ihsan in various dictionaries and translations of verses of the Qur'an have the same meaning, namely goodness. While the Qur'an uses words that designate the meaning of goodness with several terms, namely ihsan, birr, khair, ma'ruf, hasan, toyyib, jayyid. Among the various words that designate the meaning of goodness used in the Qur'an, the words birr and ihsan play important terms in the structure of linguistic concepts in the Qur'an which are often not understood by many people. In exploring the meaning of the words birr and ihsan, the basic, relational, paradigmatic and simantic meaning approaches are used. The basic meaning is the meaning attached to each word itself. Relational meaning is something connotative that is given and added to the existing meaning by placing the word in a special position, being in a different relationship with all words. From the results of the search, it was found that the words birr and ihsan have the basic meaning of "tha'ah". While relationally they bring up the meanings of khauf, amr, taqwa, infaq, and paradigmatically the word birr has the meaning of Shidqun, Ihsan, Khoir, Salih, and Ma. 'ruf. Abstract

Abstrak: This article will discuss the ulama' dichotomy according to al-Ghazali. This paper begins with a discussion of the biography of al-Ghazali. Then the author will try to analyze various matters concerning al-Ghazali in explaining the dichotomy and the criteria of the ulama', why and what factors are behind the thought of al-Ghazali? or other issues that are really needed to be discussed in the author's view. Based on the description and analysis of the dichotomy of ulama according to al-Ghazali, it can be concluded that, the initial statement is to discuss the role and characteristics of the dichotomy of ulama, namely ulama' dunya or ulama su' and ulama al-akhirat. Problems that arose related to the role of the ulama at that time, al-Ghazali gave a criticism, because at that time the main role of the ulama' had shifted a lot towards power by looking for worldly interests, thus forgetting the main role that should be a big responsibility that must have. Abstract

Abstrak: Thinking about humans in Arabic termed by the words al-insan, al-nas and al-bashar is an arduous endeavor because humans are creatures created by Allah swt. Although there are already various sciences that study and research about humans such as Biology, Embryology, Psychology, Anthropology, but no one has been able to unravel the mysteries of humans. al-insan can be interpreted as a creature who has the ability to reason, a knowledgeable creature and a civilized being. Although in other aspects it also contains elements of negative meaning. The term al-nas means that humans are created as social beings, starting from a male and female pair, then developing into tribes and nations, to get to know each other. As social beings, humans naturally like to live in groups, from the smallest unit (family) to the largest and most complex, namely the nation and mankind. The word al-Bashar shows the general similarities that are the main characteristics of humans, by describing humans as biological beings who have biological characteristics such as eating, drinking, sexual relations, etc. The naming of this word shows the meaning that biologically dominant humans are in their skin. This aspect shows the general biological differences between humans and animals, which are more dominated by fur or hair.Keyword: humans, al-insan, al-nas, al-bashar

Abstract

Abstrak: The discourse of radicalism in every religion always presents the name of God. This is understandable because religion has a strong authority over other forces, including Islam which from the very beginning declared itself a religion full of peaceful values, its teachings by some people are often used as a justification for various acts of violence. One of the causes is a misunderstanding of the verses of the Qur'an and also the hadith of the Prophet about jihad and qital. This paper intends to examine these verses by paying attention to their meaning and historical context so as to produce a correct and comprehensive understanding. The results of the study conclude that jihad and qital (war) in the Qur'an are different from acts of radicalism. The main goal of jihad is human welfare and not warfare. Thus, jihad is the duty of every Muslim throughout his life, while qital is conditional, temporal, and as a last resort after there is no other way but physical resistance. Abstract

Abstrak: Persoalan kebebasan merupakan persoalan klasik umat manusia. persoalan ini sangat penting dijawab karena ia merupakan problem eksistensial manusia dan menjadi kunci pembuka semluruh problem filosofis yang menjadi dasar bagi tindakan etis. Tulisan ini membahas berbagai perspektif yang yang ada dalam mengurai persoalan kebebasan manusia, mulai dari perspektif filsafat, teologi, hukum islam dan tasawuf. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pemabahasan ini adalah pendekatan filsafat yang terutama untuk mengungkap struktur fundamental pemikiran. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan ini adalah: Pertama, adanya berbagai perspektif yang yang mengangkat probelem kebebasan menunjukkan arti penting dan fundamental problem kebebasan pembahasan bagi pemecahan berebagai persoalan dalam berbagai disiplin keilmuan. Kedua, setiap jawaban yang diberikan sangat menentukan pandangan dunia (world view) dan paradigma keilmuan. Ketiga persoalan kebebasan tidak hanya persoalan teoritis tapi juga merupakan persoalan etis-praktis.Kata Kunci: kebebasan, metafisika, perbuatan manusia, filsafat, teologi, hukum, tasawuf

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to discuss the learning process of writing words in Arabic with the existence of imla' learning techniques and knowing the improvement in learning outcomes menulis Arabic words for students of class IIB MINU Kedungrejo. By using quantitative descriptive research types, especially quantitative experiments. While the research design is in the form of One-Group Pretest-p osttestdesigns. The data collec-tion techniquesused are tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results obtained by comparing between the magnitude of t obtained in the calculations listed on the value of t count m can be seen that t count is smaller than - t table, where t count = -5.71 while t table = 2.093. Based on such calculations, t count is smaller than - t table, where t count = -5.71 < - 2.093 = - t table. Thus reject Ho. Reject Ho means Imla' learning is effective in improving the skills of writing Arabic letters. Keywords: Imla' Learning, Ability to Write Arabic Letters.

Abstract

This research explains the development of Global Diversity Character in Shaping the Profile of Pancasila Students at SD Al-Muqoddasah Ponorogo. This study used the Descriptive Qualitative Method of phenomenology with primary data sources of Vice Principals, Arabic Language Teachers, and Students of SD Al-Muqoddasah Ponorogo and Secondary data in the form of school document archives. Data Retrieval Techniques through Observation, Interviews, and Documentation, and Data Validity Techniques using source Triangulation Techniques. The results of the research obtained are about the form of Global Kbhinekaan Character Development in Forming a Pancasila Student Profile at Al-Muqoddasah Elementary School carried out in the form of guidance, coaching and introduction to traditions, traditional culture and other people, and fostering mutual respect or tolerance in fellow students in forming students who have the characteristics of a pancasila student profile, such as loving traditions and traditional culture, can respect the traditions and culture of others, can communicate and cooperate well when interacting with other people from any place or circle. The development carried out by the school with the entire teacher council in fostering the global diversity character of students has gone well. Abstract

Abstract: The tradition of reading surah al-Waqi'ah became a Living Qur'an that lived in the midst of society. Worldly motivations are a foundation that is often misinterpreted. This is inseparable from some transcendent nash who expose the urgency of reading this letter which is reciprocated with the enjoyment of the world, so that some muslims make routine. On the other hand, worship must be based on the nature of sincerity as a condition for acceptance of worship charity. There are several sufistic dimensions recorded by the tafsir literature both classical and modern, especially the interpretation of Lataif al-Isharat whose author, al-Imam al-Qushayri is considered an influential interpretive figure in the 5th century A.D., especially his thought of restoring Sufism to the values of the Qur'an and the hadith of the Apostle Saw. The word al-waqi'ah is a condition of the soul reaching a higher maqam after experiencing wandering and purifying the soul, through various methods such as riyadah, tafakkur, tazakkur and tazkiyah al-nafs. A salik who reaches a mortal state', where high consciousness and memory are addressed only to Allah Swt., is characterized by the loss of the nature of the psalm (despicable) in the self and replaced the nature of mahmudah (praiseworthy), based on a strong concern for the tadbir (deeds) of Allah Swt, for all he hears is Allah Swt, to Allah Swt. (fillah), with Allah Swt. (billah) and from Allah Swt. (minallah) in the hereafter (as closeness). The word al-muqarrabun is understood by the proximity of a salik to al-Haqq, these are the properties of the heart, not the laws that are natural phenomena. As for muqarrabun in the context of the afterlife, it is a testimony, appearance and awareness of the existence of the lutfi form (the tenderness of God and His grace). The essence of charity and human deeds comes from the Supreme Creator. The word bertasbih whose lexical meaning is ta'ajjub, can be interpreted as a sense of awe of the various favors revealed and the noble position of Allah Swt., the form of prayer beads can be intended as a manifestation of the expression of gratitude and tanzih (purifying) the dzat of Allah Swt. of all forms. In consecration should always use the potential of critical thinking and reasoning, based on a sense of submission in the power of tawhid, then Allah Swt. will open the curtain of the hidden pearls of science. The word lams not only touches sensory, but can be understood all interactions with the Qur'an. While the word mutahharun can also be read mutahhirun, meaning that those who can interact with the Qur'an, whose heart is holy from hadas (tendency to follow the shahwat), do not perform toxicity so as to achieve maqam rabbaniyyah ilahiyyah. Therefore, the Qur'an makruh is read from an unclean mouth (resulting from maksiat in words), and does not take advantage of the world from the recitation of the Qur'an, because its main principle is to glorify and glorify the Qur'an. Abstract

Pada kajian maqasid shariah ada 5 hal yang harus dijaga, yaitu: penjagaan terhadap agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan dan harta. Dalam konteks menjaga harta, terbentuklah tuntutan tentang tata cara mendapatkannya serta larangan untuk menyia-nyiakannya. Oleh karena itu, harta merupakan salah satu aspek yang harus mendapat perhatian penting bagi setiap umat Islam. Namun, hal ini bertolak belakang dengan realita. Ada cukup banyak orang muslim yang kurang memperhatikan keadaan finansial, padahal jika kita fahami lebih jauh harta merupakan salah satu penopang hidup yang dibutuhkan manusia dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya di dunia termasuk beribadah. Dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan harta, kegiatan investasi merupakan salah satu upaya penting yang bisa dilakukan oleh umat Islam agar dapat memelihara harta yang dimiliki. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tafsir tematik dan termasuk dalam jenis tematik konseptual, yakni riset pada konsep-konsep tertentu yang secara eksplisit tidak disebut dalam Al-Quran, tetapi secara substansial ide tentang konsep itu ada dalam Al-Quran. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan 6 ayat yang secara substansial menyinggung investasi, yakni: surat Yusuf ayat 46-49, surat Luqman ayat 34, surat al-Baqarah ayat 261, surat al-Nisa ayat 9, surat al-Hashr ayat 18, surat al-Taubah ayat 34. Ada beberapa motivasi berinvestasi yang disebutkan dalam Al-Quran secara substansial, yakni: Manusia perlu mengantisipasi terjadinya hal yang tidak terduga di masa depan, sesama manusia perlu menciptakan hubungan timbal balik yang saling menguntungkan, menciptakan keseimbangan ekonomi negara perlu dilakukan agar rakyat menjadi makmur dan sejahtera, manusia mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk menafkahi dan memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarganya agar kesejahteraan finansial untuk keluarganya terjamin, berinvestasi memudahkan manusia untuk beribadah kepada Allah SWT, harta jika didiamkan dan tidak dikembangkan bisa berkurang setiap tahunnya untuk membayar zakat. Abstract

Abstract: One of the metaphysical problems that still provokes a long discussion, especially among philosophers and theologians, is the problem of God's knowledge of everything before creation occurs on the one hand and the recognition of man's freedom in doing his deeds. The obligation to believe in the destiny and freedom of choice of human beings as a condition for the implementation of Shari'a in Islamic discourse gave birth to a number of schools, namely Jabariyah, Qadariyah and the modern school of Ahlis sunnah. Although this issue has been discussed and debated for centuries, the fog of equality has not been exposed. That's because the postulates of both the Qur'an and the rational postulates seem to contradict each other. This article will discuss the contribution of Ibn 'Arabi, in untangling this issue, ie. Through what he claimed to be the knowledge of 'irfani Ibn Arabi sought to unravel the secret of destiny (sirr al-Qadar). In contrast to the average Sufi, who harbored exclusively this understanding of al-Qadar sirr, Ibn 'Arabi explained, though more of a gesture, this divine revelation is theoretically conceptual by insinuating the two concepts behind al-Qadar's sirr namely the concept of al-a'yan al-tabitah and the concept of al-'science of tabi' li al ma'lum. Through these two concepts Ibn 'Arabi hints at the aqidah of the sufis, for which there is no caliphate among them on this subject that there is no contradiction between the faith concerning Qadla' and the Qadar of Allah and the perfection of the nature of God especially his knowledge, iradah, masyia'ah and qudrah and man's freedom in doing. Ibn 'Arabi hereby dismissed the notion that sufis were of determinism or Jabariyah which was widely thought of them, nor Qadariyah. On the contrary sufi aqidah is in line with aqidah ahlissunnah wa al-jama'ah. Keyword: sirr al-Qadar, metaphysical, ‘irfani
