Abstract

Abstract: The era of globalization demands advanced science and technology, but requires us to be wise in responding to it, because there are two positive and negative sides, especially the negative impact on moral degradation. This requires the teacher to the maximum in instilling character. problems related to moral degradation that still often occur everywhere. Various efforts have been made by the government to overcome this problem, one of which is by promoting character education. Many programs have been launched by the government related to improving the character of this nation, one of which is through the compulsory scout extracurricular program in schools. The basic values of the dharma of scouting in scouting activities are expected to produce quality characters, both in terms of reason, physical, and spiritual. internalization of dasa dharma values as the object of research. Existing problems are answered through qualitative research with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively with the interactive analysis model of Miles & Huberman with data collection schemes, data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between the values of Dasa Dharma Scouts and Islamic characters, the process of internalizing the values of Dasa Dharma in scouting activities has an important role in realizing the Islamic character of students.Kata Kunci: Internalization, the value of dasa dharma scouts, Islamic character

Abstract

Fenomena homoseksual di Indonesia menuai resitensi keras dari umat beragama. Salah satunya dari umat Islam, karena memandang kaum  kaum homoseksual melanggar norma hukum Islam. Namun demikian terdapat dualisme pemikiran hukum Islam di kalangan intelektual muslim Indonesia dalam merespons fenomena homoseskual tersebut. Penelitian ini bermaksud melakukan analisis komparatif atas distingsi pemikiran hukum Islam Musdah Mulia dan Huzaemah Tahido Yanggo tentang eksistensi kaum homoseksual. Penelitian hukum Islam normatif-filosofis ini menggunakan kaidah fikih sebagai teori analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemikiran Musdah yang cenderung mengabsahkan homoseksual sebagai hal kodrati selama tidak melakukan sodomi berpijak pada epistemologi hukum Islam parsial, yakni tidak mempertimbangkan kompleksitas aspek kemudharatan (bahaya), baik dari perspektif agama, sosial maupun medis. Pemikiran demikian bertentangan dengan kaidah fikih berupa al-dhororu yuzal, yakni kemudharatan harus dihilangkan. Sedangkan pemikiran Huzaemah yang mengharamkan homoseksual berpijak pada epistemologi hukum Islam yang mempertimbangkan kemudharatan dari berbagai perspektif, baik agama, sosial, medis bahkan konstitusi dan ideologi negara Indonesia. Pemikiran Huzaemah ini sejalan dengan kaidah fikih prefentif yang berbunyi al-dhororu yuzaalu, dan kaidah fikih prioritas yang berbunyi al-maslahat al-ammah muqoddamatun ala al-maslahat al-khossoh (kepentingan publik harus diprioritaskan dari kepentingan individual). Implikasi teoritik penelitian ini menunjukan basis paradigmatik atas hukum Islam yang mengabsahkan homoseksual cenderung bercorak pragmatisme individualis. Sedangkan basis paradigmatik atas hukum Islam yang melarang keras homoseksual bercorak prefentif-sosialis.

Abstract

Abstract: Now days Indonesian people have faced many imbalances caused by source of education, especially for adolescent. There are many bad cultures influence them, example is they do impolite thing to teacher and parent. Education and programs for founding behaviour and characteristic is really needed. Basically, Islamic Education is education that proposed by Islamic teaching as an effort to fortify increasing of moral crisis day per day. Because of development of epoch, make students of Junior High School Darul Hikmah Prasung possible to avoid discipline such as absent from school without permit, do impolite to teacher, and all bad deeds. Here, Islamic education has very important rule to create behaviour (akhlaq) for each student so that they become adult, independent, and has kind behaviour. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach, and also use qualitative descriptive as technique of analyse. In process of collecting data, the writer uses methods of observation, interview, and documentation. Base on result of research, writer found that application of Islamic Education as an effort to create Islamic characteristic of student in Junior High School 13 Malang is running well. It can be proved by many activities that apply in school, such as Dhuha praying together (jamaah) before enter class of Islamic education, Dhuhur praying together (jamaah), pray and reading asmaul husna before lesson is began. These activities have done the rounds every day. And then, there is motivations to do good deed by good stories while learning process. Abstrak: Jabatan hakim termasuk salah satu jabatan yang penting dalam Islam, meskipun ada sisi kesamannya dengan mufi dalam hal menetapkan hukum, namun kedudukan hakim libih tinggi dari mufti, karena hakim tidak hanya sekedar menyatakan hukum, tetapi juga menjatuhkan suatu hukuman yang sifatnya ilzami (mengikat, dan harus dilaksanakan). hal ini berbeda denga mufti yang keputusan hukumnya tidak mengikat dan harus dilaksanakan.   Sehingga untuk menjadi hakim dibutuhkan syarat-syarat yang lebih ketat dan uji kelayakan yang tranparan dan akuntabel demi menghasilkan hakim yang profesional. Fenomena keterlibatan perempuan sebagai hakim di lembaga-lembaga Peradilan merupakan persoalan yang masih menuai kontroversi dan masuk dalam kategori permasalahan klasik yang selalu menjadi perbincangan hangat hingga masa kini. Hal itu disebabkan tidak ada larangan yang jelas serta konkrit dalam Al-Qur’an dan hadis terkait boleh atau tidaknya perempuan menjadi hakim. Dan jika ada dalil-dalil yang difahami melarang peranan perempuan menjadi hakim, maka itu pun masih diperdebadkan ulama, sehingga diantara ulama ada yang membolehkan perempuan menjadi hakim secara mutlak, ada yang melarangnya secara mutlak dan ada yang yang membatasi kebolehannya dalam masalah-masalah perdata, bukan masalah-masalah pidana. Sedangkan dalam perspektif hukum positif di Indonesia, perempuan biperbolehkan menduduki jabatan hakim, baik dalam kasus pidana maupun perdata.Keyword: Hakim, perempuan, hukum Islam, hukum positif.

Abstract

Abstract: The Ayat Mutasyabih is frequently become interesting materials of discussion among Muslims due to the unclear content of its meaning. Moreover, if the Ayat is related to the name of Allah or monotheism, it can lead to disbelievers. The word that is most often debated by scholars today is the word Istawa, because this word in the Qur'an is directly attributed to Allah. There are various ways by which scholars interpret the ayat, some interpret it as it is without interpreting it to other meanings, and some the other way around. So this is the main object of study in this paper. This paper was written using the literature study method, namely by looking at books related to the title of this paper. From the sources obtained, it can be concluded that the scholars in understanding the word istawa are divided into two groups, namely groups that do not seek other meanings just as they are without questioning, simulating, and assuming anything. The second group is the scholars who are looking for Takwil from the word IstawaKeyword: Mutasyabih, Takwil, Istawa.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses about the Model of Teaching that is often used by educators in the learning process. Educators are required to choose a Model of Teaching that makes students more active and also improves student learning outcomes. One of the Model of Teaching that can be used is Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD). The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes at Mts. Ma'arif Sidomukti, and to find out how much influence the STAD type cooperative learning model had on student learning outcomes in Mts. Ma'arif Sidomukti. This study uses a quantitative experimental research method using a Pre-Experimental Design, with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. From the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing, it is known that there is a significant influence in the learning process using the STAD type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes at Mts. Ma'arif Sidomukti. And it is known from the results of the determinant coefficient that the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in Aqidah Akhlak subjects is 93%.Keyword: Model of Teaching, Cooperative Learning, Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD).

Abstract

Abstract: Tulisan ini membahas secara kritis metodologi penafsiran Muhammad ‘Abid al-Jabiri yang ia tuangkan dalam karyanya Madkhal ila al Quran al Karim dan aplikasinya dalam karya tafsirnya Fahm al-Qur’an al-Karim: al-Tafsir al-Wadih Hasb Tartib al-Nuzul. Secara metodologis tafsir Muhammad al-Jabiri berusaha menghadirkan “yang tak dipikirkan” dan “yang tak terpikir” dan menawarkan tekstualitas (écriture), meniadakan pengarang, mengalihkan sejarah dari tradisi ke dalam intertekstualitas, dan “merayakan” (celebrates) pembaca. Meskipun al-Jabiri tidak secara eksplisit mendasarkan pada teori dekonstruksi khas para pemikir Prancis, namun prinsip-prinsip dekonstruksi tampak jelas dalam semangat metodologis yang ia gunakan untuk menjadikan al-Qur’an kontemporer untuk pembacanya saat ini dengan meramu berbagai pendekatan dalam rangka fasl al-qari’ ‘an al-maqru’ dan wasl al-qari’ ‘ila al-maqru’. Tawaran metodologi baru al-Jabiri bagaimanapun merupakan upaya kreatif untuk mendiloggkan al-Qur’an dengan modernitas. Namun tawaran metodologi tafsir ini menyisakan sejumlah persoalan baik dari segi ontologi, epistemologi maupun aksiologi tafsir al-Qur’an.Keyword: al-Jabiri, dekonstruksi tafsir, tafsir nuzuli

Abstract

Abstract: Arabic, like other languages, has a systematic "learning in the classroom", but it becomes stagnant if it is not developed with critical thinking. Journalism is a scientific field that has many benefits when applied to the world of education. This study aims to contribute ideas in the field of Arabic language learning and Arabic learning methods, especially to the components in journalistic studies and journalism as a method of learning Arabic. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive qualitative research with a Library Research study. Analysis of the data in this study used the Miles and Huberman model where in analyzing the data used data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that (1) journalism has complex components, wich it can be used in the process of learning Arabic both inside and outside the classroom. (2) Journalism can be called as an Arabic language learning method because it already has the requirements or criteria for a language learning method.‎

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the importance of the role of islamic education teachers as aducator in tackling promiscuity. Moreover, promiscuity is now increasingly widespread. Also, the development of adolescents who are in early maturity tend to be easily influenced on the negative things. Thus, islamic education teachers have a very important role in tackling promiscuity. In this case the researcher discussed related about the role of Islamic Education Teachers in tackling promiscuity, especially in SMK Negeri 1 Sarirejo. This study focused on: (1) How is the role of Islamic education teachers as educators in tackling promiscuity in SMK Negeri 1 Sarirejo? (2) What are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in tackling promiscuity in SMK Negeri 1 Sarirejo? This thesis was based on field data using qualitative research. Data were collected using observation data collection, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, in the analysis, researchers used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. This study also uses data validity checking of which extend participation, persistence observation, and triangulation of sources, methods and inspection peers. The results of this study indicated that the role of PAI teachers as educators in tackling promiscuity is good. First, the role of Islamic Education Teachers as educators in tackling promiscuity is to inserting material of sex education in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education, provide reinforcement in religious education, familiarize good attitude, give religious activities and familiarize discipline. Second, the supporting factors in tackling promiscuity in SMK Negeri 1 Sarirejo are parental attention, the existence of religious activities and habituation, and also economic conditions. While the inhibiting factors in guiding the sex education are the environment, gadgets, lack of parental attention, and truancy of student.Keyword: The role of Islamic Education Teachers, Promiscuity.

Abstract

Abstract: Artiket ini mendeskripsikan tentang pentingnya internalisasi nilai moderasi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan dan bernegara. Moderasi sebagai karakteristik Agama dan Islam secara khusus tidak bisa dilepaskan dari praktik-praktik kehidupan keseharian dalam interaksi sosial dan bernegara. Meski demikian masih didapati berbagai isu-isu keagamaan yang menyimpang dari nilai moderasi atau yang tidak cenderung berlebihan atau meremehkan, masih ditemukan tindakan dan ungkapan yang mengarah pada ekstrimisme dan bahkan terorisme. Hal itu dapat mereduksi nilai-nilai bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Diperlukan upaya-upaya strategis dalam menginternalisasi dan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai moderasi di tengah kelangsungan kehidupan manusia. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang menanamkan nilai-nilai moderat pada masyarakatnya melalui lima sila yang telah dikaitkan dengannya. Setidaknya internalisasi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara dapat diwujudkan dengan pencerahan karakteristik bergama yang sesungguhnya sebagaimana dalam nilai-nilai moderat, membentuk moralitas masyarakat yang moderat dan dengan melalui mengikuti jejak pemimpin, tokoh, atau lingkungan yang mengajarkan dan mendorong implementasi moderasi ditengah kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara..Keyword: Internalization, Moderate, Society
