<![CDATA[Parents are one of the most important factors concerned with the development of a child. Parents need to pay attention to how a child grows physically and psychologically. Conducting early examinations on children is an important thing for parents to see problems with developmental deviations and children's emotional behavior. Most parents do not have time and have problems checking their children at health services. One solution that can be done is to build an application for early detection of developmental deviations and children's emotional behavior based on Android-based KPSP and KMPE. This system was built using the forward chaining method based on an expert knowledge base and using the Firebase database. This system was tested by testing User Acceptance Testing and also the System Usability Scale, based on the UAT results the system and its functions are as expected. And based on the results of the SUS test, a value of 97.5% was obtained, which means that this system is acceptable to the community. This system has also been validated by experts. With this application, the results obtained are the realization of an Android-based expert system for developmental deviations and child emotional behavior that can make it easier for parents to efficiently detect potential deviations in child emotional development and behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[People Economic Bank (BPR) Arsham Sejahtera is one of the banks that serve conventional business activities. As information and communication technology develops, system requirements become integral to company’s business. Company information and credit simulations submitted through the system can be conveyed, considering that the side can be accessed by users. The system that owned system is still unable to work optimally, resulting in several pages not appearing when clicked and making users feel that the system quality accordance with the desired expectations. So it is necessary to design a system by modifying the system to facilitate the dissemination of company information. This system uses PHP as the programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as the database. Then, this system uses a software development method in the form of the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) to collect user requirements until implementation and maintenance. Based on SUS to test, there is an average value of 91,38%, indicating that the system is successfully used by management and the community. Then the system can be used to convey company information and simulate credit applications.]]>

<![CDATA[Spent Bleaching Earth (SBE) is one of the problems that triggers soil damage due to its fairly common use but minimal utilization of this waste. SBE is waste resulting from Crude Palm Oil (CPO) filtering. CPO during initial processing has a color that tends to be dark, so it requires bleaching powder (Fresh Spent Bleaching Earth) to filter the oil. The remainder of this filtering is known as SBE. If this waste is allowed to accumulate for too long, it has the potential to cause damage to the soil and the surrounding environment, even land fires due to the oil content in it. Therefore, in the form of utilizing and reducing environmentally damaging waste, innovation is needed, such as using this waste into the concrete mix. The process of making this concrete will be the same as concrete in general but using a different mix so that this waste can be optimally utilized. Based on the test results obtained, SBE has the potential to be one of the recommendations for concrete mixtures that are applied to seawater because the compressive strength increases as the concrete ages by 36.2% at 28 days. Whereas in fresh water the compressive strength value tends to decrease by 15.9%. So based on testing, SBE is more suitable for use in seawater environments than freshwater. <![CDATA[One of the culinary businesses that is currently growing significantly in Indonesia is cafe. Consumer behavior when visiting cafes is a very interesting subject to be researched. This study aims to determine the influence of experiential marketing and service quality on customer satisfaction in cafes in the city of Padang. Sample of this study are customers who visited cafes located near the universities in Pauh, Padang, West Sumatra. By using Structural Equation Modeling, it is revealed that the variables of experiential marketing and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in the cafes.]]>

<![CDATA[Information technology has indeed brought great changes in human life. Shrimp is one of the main products of aquaculture in Indonesia and is also an export product to various countries, namely the United States, the European Union, Japan, and several countries in the Asian region, shrimp commodity exports that provide foreign exchange for the country are in the form of frozen shrimp, fresh shrimp. Body weight and length are important biological indicators and specifications in the growth and maturity of shrimp. In calculating shrimp body weight and length, this study will discuss a comparison of several methods, image retrieval, and results from each researcher. From these articles is that image processing and Machine Learning / Deep Learning techniques are used effectively to detect, measure, and classify various aspects of shrimp and fish in underwater environments. Some methods managed to achieve high accuracy in these tasks, but challenges remain such as the effects of background noise and variations in the water environment.]]>

<![CDATA[The Information and Communication Technology course is a general course that is uniformly applied in study programs under the Publishing Department at Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif. Among them is the Broadcasting study program and Advertising study program which also provide this courses with similar material, namely transmedia storytelling. Transmedia storytelling refers to the concept of cross-media collaboration with specific goals. The communication resulting from this collaboration is in line with the concept of transmedia storytelling which requires the use of various media to achieve its goals. Thus, the focus of this research is to analyse the concept of transmedia storytelling which is used as an implementation of collaboration across study programs within departments with similar knowledge clusters. By using content analysis method, collaboration is identified in the object of work by students of the two study programs in 2022. The aim of this research is to identify the success of the transmedia storytelling concept as a supporting material for cross-study program collaboration. Researchers analysed using three stages of transmedia storytelling, namely Canon, Apocrypha, and Fanon, so that they could identify the final work based on the level of its development. The results of this study are expected to be an offer in designing collaborative final student projects.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find how to prepare a report on the cost of production at KUB Rumah Jahit Lestari, in addition to how to report the cost of production at KUB Rumah Jahit Lestari if it is prepared using the full costing method. This study is qualitative and employs a quantitative descriptive method. In-depth interviews and observation were used as data collection techniques. The results revealed that the cost of production per unit was not accurate because it did not account for fixed overhead costs. This research can help MSME actors determine the right selling price for business continuity by transferring knowledge about calculating the cost of production per unit.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of travel companies where the case study at PT. Bayu Buana Tbk before the Covid-19 pandemic (2018-2019) and during the Covid 19 pandemic and how to compare financial performance before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive analysis. Financial performance is assessed by analyzing the financial statements by analyzing the ratios of the financial statements. The results of this study found that the liquidity ratio proxied by the current ratio, cash ratio and working capital ratio to total assets at PT Bayu Buana Tbk was considered better during the pandemic. The solvency ratio proxied by the debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio and long-term debt to equity ratio showed better performance during the pandemic. The activity ratio proxied by accounts receivable turnover, fixed asset turnover and total asset turnover where Total Assets Turn Over and fixed assets turn over decreased during a pandemic while Receivable Turn Over increased during a pandemic. Profitability ratios proxied by net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity were considered better in the pre-pandemic period. the market ratio proxied by earnings per share is considered better in the pre-pandemic period. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the level of satisfaction with the implementation of familiarization with the bridge simulator for Nautika Cadets at SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Batu in the Maritime Department. This research was carried out in the Maritime Department of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic within 1 month using primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to 22 familiarization participants. Meanwhile, secondary data collection was obtained from the internet, such as searching Google Scholar to access articles from various scientific journals. The hypothesis of this research is that familiarization using the bridge simulator is considered to increase cadets' knowledge and skills in navigation. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques. Descriptive analysis is used for qualitative data and is presented in tabulated form. The results obtained are then presented as a percentage based on the number of respondents. The results of research using Likert Scale analysis show that the satisfaction level index for the familiarization implementation indicator is at 60.9% which is in the very satisfied category, 60.5% for the familiarization material indicator which is in the very satisfied category, the familiarization media indicator is at the 69% category. very satisfied and the indicator of the instructor's ability to manage the class is at 65.2% in the very satisfied category. From these results it was concluded that the satisfaction level of participants familiarizing themselves with the bridge simulator with simulator practice was very satisfied at 91%. <![CDATA[Selatbaru Indah Beach is one of the tourist beaches in Bengkalis Regency, located in Bantan District, 22 km from Bengkalis City. This beach has sheet pile construction using geobag materials and Armor rock. Currently experiencing changes in the plaster structure with the slope of the previous structure was 1:3 changed to 1:5. This research is to find out which slope of the structure is more efficient in reducing run up and overtopping in the Selatbaru tourist beach area. This research method uses field observation methods with surveys of building conditions and wave and tidal data from other sources. Wave height data is 0.5 m with HWL 2.45 m, LWL 0.03 m, wave period is 2.7 seconds, freeboard height is 0.45 m now and 0.25 m after a sea level rise of 0.2 m from present condiition. The results of the analysis for the slope of 1:3 sheet plaster, the value of Irribaren is 1.58 and Ru/H is 1.7, so the run up value is 0.85 m and overtopping occurs, for the slope of sheet pile 1:5 the value of Irribaren is 1.58 and Ru/H is 0.95, so the run up value is 0.2 m and there is no overtopping. The slope of 1:5 is able to reduce run up from 0.85 m to 0.2 m by 76%. This is because the sloping side of the sheet pile towards the sea will reduce wave run up.
