Abstract

Improving the performance of a prediction model is very important in its implementation. This study aims to improve the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) classification model with the K-Means clustering algorithm. The dataset used is UCI global data with 300 data and 12 features. The dataset is divided into 200 training data and 100 testing data. The training data is then processed by clustering with K-Means. The cluster centroid from the clustering results will be calculated for its distance from the testing data and produce data classification. The results of the classification process show that the accuracy of the proposed model is 76.45% better when compared to the results of the KNN classification process, for k = 5 the accuracy is 63.37%, k = 10 the accuracy is 64.36% and k = 15 the accuracy is also 64.36%.

Abstract

SQL Injection is an attack that attempts to gain unauthorized access to a database by injecting code and exploiting SQL queries. SQL injection is an attack that is easy to execute but difficult to detect and classify because of the many types. The SQLI vulnerability is the result of incorrect validation of user input, enabling attackers to manipulate programmer queries by adding new SQL operators. Therefore, this study compares the use of the Naïve Bayes algorithm with the Support Vector Machine (SVM). The dataset that will be used in this study comes from a website called Kaggle. This study analyzes the comparison of methods resulting from the classification process based on the value of accuracy of confusion matrix, precision, recall. Naive Bayes, 95.594% accuracy quality while Support Vector Machine (SVM) 96.093% accuracy quality. The highest percentage of accuracy is obtained by the Support Vector Machine (SVM) while the Naïve Bayes accuracy score is slightly lower.

Abstract

Indonesia possesses the second highest prevalence of stunting globally, surpassed only by Cambodia. Stunting is a pervasive problem that impacts not only infants and expectant mothers but even teenagers. Teenage females should be educated about the perils of stunting, including its indications, and the most effective strategies to prevent it by adopting healthful eating habits. Ensuring that adolescent girls do not develop anemia is a vital first measure in effectively avoiding stunting. The prevalence of stunted growth among babies and the occurrence of early marriages remain significantly high in Purbalingga Regency. Adolescents must improve their understanding and reproductive health in order to prevent stunting. The objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between the knowledge and attitudes of teenage girls in the Purbalingga Regency region about the prevention of stunting. This study employs a quantitative research design, a cross-sectional method, with a sample size of 75 female adolescents in Senior High School. The research findings demonstrate a robust correlation between the level of knowledge and the attitudes of teenage females in the context of preventing stunting. The correlation coefficient value of 0.675 and the significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.01, clearly indicate this.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting cow's milk productivity in Boyolali District, which is known as the largest milk producer in Central Java. Despite high production levels, milk productivity per cow in this area is still low, reaching an average of 6 liters per day. Factors analyzed include cow breed, forage feed cost, concentrate feed cost, and frequency of vitamin administration. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that forage feed cost and concentrate feed cost had a significant influence on milk productivity with a significance value, namely the cost of forage feed is 0.003 smaller than 0.005 and the cost of concentrate feed has a significance value of 0.007 smaller than 0.05and milk productivity was influenced by 21% by the variables studied, while 79% was influenced by other factors not explained in this study. This study is expected to provide insight for farmers and other stakeholders to improve milk productivity through better feed management and utilization of more economical feed alternatives.

Abstract

Orthopaedic surgery such as surgery on the pelvis and knee bones has a high risk of developing Deep Vein Thromoembolism (DVT), especially in patients with hypercoagulability. Venous thromboembolism is the main cause of morbidity and mortality in orthopedic patients that can be prevented using thromboprophylaxis, but on the other hand is related to the risk of bleeding side effects. The study aimed to evaluate the safety of oral Rivaroxaban prophylaxis in patients after Total Hip and Knee Replacement. This research applied cross sectional technique. Retrospective data were taken from the medical records of Dr. Moewardi Surakarta, period January 2023- July 2024. The data taken are secondary data from the patient's medical record by recording clinical symptoms that appear. Rivaroxaban safety evaluation includes the incidence rate of bleeding as well as the factors that influence the occurrence of bleeding. A total of 38 patients met the inclusion criteria of the study. Bleeding occurred in 4 cases (10.5%). Factors that affect the incidence of bleeding renal failure (p = 0.001). Monitoring of Rivaroxaban side effects is indispensable. Pharmaceuticals can play an important role in monitoring and preventing the occurrence of bleeding by paying attention to risk factors, especially kidney failure.
