Abstract

This research examines the automatic detection and classification of traffic signs using artificial intelligence (AI) and computer vision technologies. As urban traffic increases, quickly and accurately recognizing traffic signs becomes a challenge, especially under adverse conditions such as bad weather and limited visibility. Conventional technologies that rely on human vision are prone to errors, so an automated solution is needed. This research uses the YOLOv9 algorithm for real-time traffic sign detection, utilizing the Generalized ELAN (GELAN) architecture that combines the advantages of CSPNet and ELAN for efficiency and accuracy. The dataset used consists of 1924 images processed through various stages, including data augmentation and normalization. The model was trained for 15 epochs with fairly high accuracy results in the prohibitory, danger, and mandatory sign categories. However, there were still some misclassifications, especially in the prohibitory category which was sometimes mistakenly detected as another category or background. Overall, the model performed well in detecting traffic signs in various environmental conditions, but still needs improvement to increase accuracy in certain cases.

Abstract

Global warming and climate change are problems that require entities or companies to respond to these phenomena, so hat companies are required to be responsible for environmental problems related to emissions resulting from company activities. This research aims to determine the effect of profitability and carbon emission disclosure on trading carbon in energy sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This research usesa quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis, calssical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research result show that profitability has no effect on trading carbon, while carbon emission disclosure as an effect on trading carbon. Profitability and carbon emission disclosure effect simultaneously on the trading carbon.

Abstract

Problems with pending claims in hospitals are mostly caused by incomplete files and discrepancies in the accuracy of diagnosis codes. UNS Surakarta Hospital is known to find around 50-300 BPJS Inpatient claim files pending every month. This study aims to determine management in an effort to reduce the number of pending claims for inpatient BPJS patients in hospitals. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with a cross sectional approach. The subjects of this research include claims coordinators, coders, internal verification officers and medical committee members (doctors). The research object is the claim file for Trimonths 4 of 2023. The instruments used are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, checklists. The research results showed that of the 2289 claim files submitted, 168 files (7.34%) were pending, which were divided into 3 factor classifications, namely Medical Aspects 62 files (36.90%), Administrative Aspects 57 files (33.93%) and Coding Aspect 49 files (29.17%). The process of handling pending claims based on planning, organizing, actuating and controlling aspects is still not running optimally. This is caused by the lack of clear division of job descriptions and the absence of SOPs related to handling pending claims which are only manifested in official notes, in general evaluations are still carried out based on cases but not based on users which causes there to be no rewards and punishments for officers who do not comply. It would be better for hospitals to prepare SOPs for filling out BPJS claim requirements files, and make clear job desk divisions, especially the BPJS coding section, and implement Inpatient RME immediately.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by increased blood sugar levels due to interference with insulin production or decreased sensitivity of insulin receptors in the body. Diabetes itself cannot be cured so it requires intensive treatment, especially proper self-care to support the patient's life. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influence the self-caring of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients undergoing outpatient care at Dr. RSUD. Moewardi Surakarta. This research was carried out observationally with a cross-sectional design. Self-care measurement uses the Diabetes Self-care Management Questionnaire (DSMQ) instrument. The results of this study show that of the 167 responses involved, 131 respondents (78.4%) had good self-care and 36 respondents (21.6%) had poor self-care. Data analysis using chi-square showed that age, gender, education, marital status, employment and duration of DM had no effect on the patient's self-care (p>0.05).

Abstract

Technological advances in online transportation services such as Grab facilitated user mobility. User reviews of the application were a valuable source of information for developers to improve service quality and for users to make decisions regarding service use. This research aimed to analyze the sentiment of Grab application user reviews using a machine learning approach. The system development method used in this research was the Agile method with the stages of Planning, Iterative Development, and Testing. The machine learning algorithms applied were Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Naive Bayes. The results of sentiment analysis of Grab application reviews were in the form of classification of reviews into positive, neutral, and negative sentiments. The test results showed that the Random Forest algorithm had the highest accuracy rate of 95.14%. This indicated that Random Forest was effective in identifying sentiment patterns in review data.

Abstract

Based on BPS data (2023) Boyolali Regency is the center of kencur production in Central Java because it is the producer of kencur production with a total of 1,502,570 kg. The constraints of Boyolali Regency are that farmers experience price fluctuations and unstable yields every year. Given that Boyolali Regency is a center of kencur in Central Java, this problem must be resolved immediately to increase productivity, food security, and find out strategies to increase productivity and efficiency in kencur farming. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used were interviews with resource persons, discussions, documentation. This research was analyzed using descriptive analysis, Likert's scale, and interval formula.

Abstract

The agricultural sector in Indonesia includes various subsectors, one of which is medicinal plants. Sukoharjo Regency is one of the areas in Central Java Province that has high potential for cultivating medicinal plants, one of which is lempuyang. Lempuyang is used by some farmers and the community by selling it directly to consumers or processing it into processed products. Lempuyang cultivation has quite promising value, however obstacles in farming are also experienced by lempuyang farmers in Sukoharjo Regency, namely the relatively low income of farmers. This research aims to determine the marketing channels for lempuyang commodities in Sukoharjo Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis methods. Sampling of farmers used a probability sampling system and sample determination was carried out using the proportional sampling method using Lemeshow calculations with the results of 96 respondents. Sampling of producers, traders and consumers uses a purposive method with certain criteria. Based on research that has been carried out, it can be seen that there are four marketing channels for lempuyang in Sukoharjo Regency, namely channels I: Farmers-Traders-Consumers, channels II: Farmers-Collectors¬-Traders-Consumers, channels III: Farmers-Collectors¬-Semi-finished materials industry- Traders-Consumers, and channels IV: Farmers-Collectors¬-Fixed materials industry-Traders-Consumers. It is hoped that this research will enable farmers to achieve marketing efficiency and find out which channels provide the highest profits.

Abstract

In Oyster Mushroom cultivation, nutrition is one of the factors that affect productivity. Eggshells are known to contain substances that can be used as nutrients in Oyster Mushrooms because they contain 98.2% calcium carbonate. Other nutritional content is 0.9% magnesium and 0.9% phosphorus, the eggshell membrane consists of 69% protein, 2.5% fat, 1.5% water and 27% ash which are substances needed by mushrooms to live. An experiment to study the effect of three dosage levels of eggshell nutrients on the growth of white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus). The experiment was designed in a completely randomised design with 10 treatments and four replications. The treatments were: Control (without eggshell nutrition), P1 25 grams, P2 50 grams, P3 75 grams. Thus, there were 40 experimental sample units. This experiment was conducted from 1 July to 30 July 2024. The experiment was conducted at CV. Lembah Spora, Polokarto Village, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. The results showed that eggshell nutrition had a significant effect on productivity, and the dose that had the highest effect on Oyster Mushroom productivity was a dose of 75 grams.
