Abstract

Obesitas merupakan salah satu akibat dari mengkonsumsi makanan yang jauh melebihi kebutuhannya, dapat terjadi apabila asupan energi melebihi pengeluaran energi yang akan mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan energi dan berdampak pada peningkatan berat badan. Asupan makan adalah jumlah dan jenis makanan yang dimakan atau dikonsumsi oleh seseorang atau kelompok orang pada waktu tertentuyang terdiri dari asupan energi, protein, karbohidrat, lemak, serat serta konsumsi fastfood. Dengan anak mengkonsumsi makanan yang berlebih, akan menimbulkan berbagai macam penyakit saat dewasa salah satunya adalah obesitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anak kelas 1-3 di SDN Sukasari 4 sebanyak 195 responden. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat pada setiap variabel dan bivariat untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel. Didapatkan pada anak kelas 1-3 di SDN Sukasari 4 yang obesitas dengan asupan makan berlebih berjumlah 29 anak (30.2%). Berdasarkan uji analisis bivariat chi-square antara asupan makan terhadap kejadian obesitas di SDN Sukasari 4KEYWORD ABSTRACTdidapatkan signifikan sebesar 0,019 yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara asupan makan terhadap kejadian obesitas pada anak sekolah dasar kelas 1-3 di SDN Sukasari 4.

Abstract

Background: One of the helminthic diseases that still occurs in Indonesia is worm infection by Enterobius vermicularis. Enterobiasis needs attention because it can cause a decrease in the immune system in children so that it can cause delays in the growth and development of children. Objective: This research was conducted to see the relationship between the incidence of E. vermicularis in children and the level of knowledge of parents. Methods: The method used is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The anal swab technique is used for the examination of enterobiasis. Parents' knowledge data was collected through interviews with a questionnaire guide. Results: Significantly (p 0.05) 1.7% of enterobiasis in children was found in parents with a lack of hygiene knowledge. Conclusions: There is a correlation between the percentage of enterobiasis in children and their parents' hygiene knowledge.

Abstract

The current Covid-19 pandemic causes psychosocial problems such as stress, worry, anxiety, depressive symptoms, and sleep disturbances. College students are one of the populations affected by this pandemic. In recent months, students have changed their routine due to the COVID-19 pandemic allowing students to adjust their study hours as they no longer have to attend the usual morning classes in the classroom. All of these changes to learning systems and schedules are additional factors in sleep problems, and affect performance. The purpose of this study was to describe the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on sleep patterns of Yarsi University Medical Students Batch 2020 and 2021. The type of research that will be used in this study is an analytical survey research. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Medicine, YARSI University, class of 2020, totaling 211 students and class of 2021, totaling 146 students. This study used univariate and bivariate analysis methods. The results of the study show that students affected by the COVID-19 pandemic have poor sleep patterns. In the Islamic view, sleep can restore energy, with regular sleep patterns and good quality sleep will affect the health of the body. This shows that according to Islamic rules sleep is an important activity for humans to keep the body healthy

Abstract

Diare merupakan salah satu penyakit yang berbasis lingkungan, artinya kejadian diare dapat disebabkan karena faktor sanitasi lingkungan yang tidak sehat. Penyakit diare biasanya termasuk dalam penyakit yang sumber penularannya melalui perantaraan air atau sering disebut sebagai water borne diseases. Salah satu faktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan diare adalah faktor lingkungan yang meliputi sarana air bersih (SAB), sanitasi, jamban, saluran pembuangan air limbah (SPAL), kualitas bakterologis air, kondisi rumah, pembuangan sampah. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan sanitasi dengan kejadian diare dengan pendekatan sistematika review dan tinjauan menurut pandangan Islam. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode literatur review dan systematica review. Pemilihan artikel menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses) pada website jurnal Google Scholar. Kriteria artikel menggunakan kata kunci “perilau, sanitasi, diare dan cross sectional”, publikasi tahun 2021-2022,  dan desain penelitian cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelusuran literatur dengan metode PRISMA diperoleh 11 artikel. Variabel Sanitasi yang berhubungan dengan kejadian diare adalah penggunaan/sarana air bersih, sarana jamban, pengelolaan sampah, pengelolaan limbah. Tinjauan agama islam menyimpulkan bahwa Konsep kesucian yang digariskan Al-Qur’an untuk menjaga kebersihan di lingkungan rumah maupun pekarangan dan lingkungan hidup kaum beriman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di pasar tradisional cileungsi, dilakukan karena banyaknya tahu yang tidak sehat yang beredar di pasar bahkan tidak sehat dan terindikasi bahan berbahaya seperti boraks. Tujuan penelitian ini agar masyarakat di daerah cileungsi mengetahui tahu yang mengandung boraks. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji kualitatif dengan kertas turmeric dan uji kuantitatif dengan spektrofotometer yang dilakukan di laboratorium. Hasil dari penelitian pada uji kualitatif tidak ada tahu yang terindikasi boraks sedangkan pada uji kuantitatif mengindikasikan pada sampel 4 dan 5 terindikasi terdapat senyawa boraks di dalam tahu tersebut. Pada uji kualitatif menggunakan kertas turmeric yang sudah terdapat campuran kunyit, Ketika sampel dimasukan ke dalam kertas akan terjadi perubahan warna menjadi warna merah kecoklatan/ merah bata. Pemakaian boraks dalam jumlah banyak dapat menyebabkan ganguan Kesehatan, kerusakan ginjal hingga kematian.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder that leads to a decrease in the sufferer's daily functioning. People with schizophrenia need medical treatment and good treatment through their families to achieve their recovery. Families also have an obligation to carry out their responsibilities in caring for their family members, including those with schizophrenia. The purpose of this study is to describe the demographic description of caregivers for people with schizophrenia in Sidoarjo district and to identify more deeply the level of burden experienced by families of people with schizophrenia in Sidoarjo district. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative method. The research instruments used were demographic data and informed consent, and a questionnaire (Zarit Burden Interview). The results showed that from 170 respondents it was shown that the majority of the burden of caring for people with schizophrenia in Sidoarjo Regency was little or no as many as 75 people (44.1%) and mild to moderate as many as 72 people (42.4%).

Abstract

Stress is an emotional mental disorder that a person faces because of pressure. Stress is an emotional mental disorder that a person faces because of pressure. Psychosocial stressors can cause physical pain, such as headaches, dizziness, pimples, and so on. The purpose of this research is knowing the effect of stress studying at the Faculty of Medicine with the emergence of acne vulgaris in students of the Faculty of Medicine, YARSI University. The type of research that will be used in this study is the observational analytic method. The population in this study were students of class 2020 and 2021 at the Faculty of Medicine, YARSI University. Determination of the sample to be carried out is by simple random sampling. This study used univariate and bivariate analysis methods. Univariate analysis to describe the characteristics of respondents, the incidence of learning stress and acne vulgaris. The results showed that respondents who experienced academic stress based on the Scale for Assessing Academic Stress questionnaire were 62 students (39.5%). Respondents who suffered from acne vulgaris based on the Global Acne Grading System questionnaire were 133 students in the mild category and 5 students in the moderate category. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between stress and the incidence of acne vulgaris in Yasri University Medical Faculty Students Class of 2020-2021. In Islam, everyone will not escape from being given trials by Allah SWT. So in facing trials a Muslim needs to have patience and always think positively.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Makanan merupakan kebutuhan fundamental bagi kehidupan insan. Makanan yang dikonsumsi beragam jenis dengan berbagai cara pengolahannya.makanan sering kali menjadi penyebab masalah gangguan pencernaan dalam tubuh kita sehingga dapat menyebabkan jatuh sakit.maka dari itu kita harus memilih kuliner yang akan kita makan dengan baik. Penyakit yang ditimbulkan akibat makanan yang sudah terkontaminasi disebut dengan Food-borne diseases. Higiene merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi Kesehatan, juga merupakan suatu Tindakan atau upaya untuk meingkatkan kebersihan dan Kesehatan melalui pemeliharaan dini setiap individu agar terhidar dari penyakit bawaan makanan. Metodologi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Higiene makanan jajanan pedagang kaki lima di Sekolah Menengah Atas KORPRI Bekasi, Tingkat Pengetahuan individu keracunan makanan bakterial dan higiene dan mengetahui Tingkat prevalensi Keracunan makanan pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Korpi Bekasi sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 . Populasi penelitian ini Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas KORPRI Bekasi dengan total 130 siswa menuggunakan Teknik pengambilan cross-sectional. Hasil: Tingkat Higiene Jajanan Pedagang kaki lima di sekitar sekolah menengah Atas KORPRI Bekasi memiliki tingkat higiene yang kurang dengan presentase (46,9%) sedangkan Tingkat pengetahuan Higiene dan keracunan Makanan Bakterial Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas KORPRI Bekasi mendapatkan hasil yang baik dengan presentase (50%) dan tingkat keracunan selama pandemi Covid-19 mengalami penurunan dibandingkan sebelum pandemi Covid-19 Simpulan : dari hasil penelitian di temukan prevalensi terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan keracunana makanan di Sekolah Menengah Atas KORPRI Bekasi dengan kejadian Keracunan Makanan selama dan sebelum pandemi

Abstract

Introduction: Diarrhea is a bowel movement with a mushy or liquid consistency, which can even be water only with a frequency more often than usual (usually three or more times) in one day (Depkes RI 2011). The prevalence of diarrhea in Indonesia according to its characteristics based on the 2018 Riskesdas recorded 18,225 (9%) children with diarrhea aged 1 year, 73,188 (11.5%) children with diarrhea aged 1-4 years, 182,338 (6.2%) children with diarrhea aged 5-14 years, and 165,644 (6.7%) children with diarrhea aged 15-24 years (Ministry of Health, 2019). Diarrhea can occur due to factors such as open defecation, hand washing without soap, food and beverage management, waste safety, and liquid waste safety.Methodology: This study is a correlational study with a cross sectional design. The study population was YARSI  medical students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The total sample was 166 students.Results: In student respondents, the results showed that the incidence rate of diarrhea in medical students of Yarsi in the last 3 months was quite high because the majority had diarrhea. It is also known that several risk factors studied have a relationship with the incidence rate of diarrhea, namely hand washing behavior and also the source of water drunk. Meanwhile, the level of knowledge, gender, and location of food purchases are not related to the incidence of diarrhea in students.Conclusion: The results of the study found the prevalence of diarrhea and several risk factors associated with the incidence of diarrhea.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory tract infection disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The percaution to avoid COVID-19 virus is to take vitamin C to boost the body's immune system. This research is a correlative-descriptive studies, with cross-sectional method in Kelurahan Jatimulya Bekasi in RT 001 and RT 002 RW 013 for residents aged 17-55 years old. Using simple-random sampling method, 123 residents who consumed vitamin C used as respondents with digital questionnaire. The answers from the questionnaire used to group respondents according to their three level categories knowledge of satisfactory, intermediate and low. Descriptive-analysis was conducted to see the characteristics. Data analysis was also carried out by making frequency tables between the level of knowledge in correlation with age, education, and occupation. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire results, it was found that majority of 65 respondents (52.8%) had satisfactory knowledge regarding the use of vitamin C, with characteristics age 17 – 25 years old, had non-medical tertiary education, and work in private sector. Research using the Chi-Square statistical test found that there was a significant correlation between age (p=0,002) with the knowledge of the use of vitamin C. The good knowledge of respondents is received information about the use of vitamin C from health workers, electronic media, packaging Information-content and educational institutions. In Islam overview, gaining knowledge is an obligation as mentioned in Q.S. Ali-Imran (3):190.
