Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an effect of authoritarian leadership style and non-physical work environment partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Nike Division Cutting Section. This research method uses correlational quantitative methods and the sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Based on the results of calculations with the t test, the value of tcount>ttable (2,611 > 2,026), it was obtained that the Authoritarian Leadership Style had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, based on the results of calculations with the t test, the value of tcount>ttable (3.783 > 2,026), it was obtained that the Environment Non-Physical Work has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Based on the f test, the value of Fcount>Ftable or (56.094 > 3.251), it can be concluded that simultaneously Authoritarian Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Village governments need to apply the principles of transparency and accountability in order to produce quality accounting information, villages must also manage their finances which come from natural resources which have a large role accepted by the village government. This research aims to find out how the competence of village officials and leadership style influence the quality of village financial reports. This research uses descriptive research. The data collection technique in this research is by conducting a field survey, namely using a questionnaire. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant positive influence of the village apparatus competency and leadership style variables on the quality of financial reports

Abstract

Humans play an active role in every organizational activity, because humans are planners, actors and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. Goals cannot be realized without the active role of employees. Managing employees is difficult and complex, because they have thoughts, feelings, status, desires and backgrounds outside the organization. Employees cannot be managed and controlled completely like managing machines, capital or warehouses. Labor is a very important asset. Humans are a workforce for organizations who are sometimes often overlooked as valuable assets. Not infrequently, an office only considers labor (employees) as a burden that must always be reduced to reduce work costs. However, that is an inaccurate view. Employees are the only asset that cannot be duplicated and copied by other humans because in essence each person is a unique creature created by a supreme creator with different characteristics. Therefore, the workforce must always be maintained and developed so that it provides maximum output for the office in general. In an organization, always reminding each employee to excel in achieving goals. An organization's work is influenced by many factors, one of which can influence performance is if Employees are able to face difficulties both inside and outside of work.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Denmabesad Damkar Unit. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents and processed the results of the respondent data using saturated samples with the Classical Assumption Test method. And Hypothesis Testing T Test, F Test. The software used in this research uses IBM SPSS 26. The results of this research show that the T X1 test on Y has a significance value of 0.01 < 0.05. Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance in the Denmabesad firefighting unit that (1) leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance in the Denmabesad firefighting unit, (2) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in the Denmabesad firefighting unit, ( 3) Leadership Style and Work Motivation together have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at the Denmabesad Fire Department Unit.

Abstract

The development of online stores in Indonesia is getting faster, but every online store is having difficulty getting loyal customers. Based on these circumstances, the research objective is to partially and simultaneously determine the influence of influencers, ease of transactions and affiliate marketing on online shop selection decisions and find interpretations and suggestions for utilizing variables. Field study and literature study research methods, data analysis Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Processing on Multiple Linear Regression, T Test and F Test. Research results The influencer variable (X1) has a significant influence, the ease of transaction variable (X2) has a significant effect. partially has an insignificant influence, the variable Affiliate marketing (X3) partially has an insignificant influence and Influencer (X1), Ease of Transactions (X2), and Affiliate marketing (X3) have a significant influence. Sequentially, the multiple linear regression coefficient is 24.5% for variable X1, 16.6% for variable X2, and 47.7% for variable X3. Variable X3 has the greatest influence of 47.7% on increasing Store Selection Decisions (Y) and variable with various features to support various consumer needs or conditions, and Variable Affiliate marketing (X3) uses strategies that are flexible and easy to adapt.

Abstract

This research is conducted to examine the influence of workload, professional ethics, knowledge, and burnout on the audit performance of auditors working in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Jakarta. The data collection method employed in this study utilized questionnaires distributed to 200 external auditors working in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Jakarta. The data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square. The results indicate that workload, professional ethics, knowledge, and burnout significantly affect the audit performance of auditors in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Jakarta. From these findings, it is evident that knowledge has the most significant impact on auditor performance. Therefore, companies may consider providing additional training to employees, particularly informal training that enhances auditor skills, such as training related to auditing and financial examination. Offering up-to-date insights into financial knowledge and strategies for fraud detection can also be an effective step.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the role of business ethics in the corporate context. The method used in this research is a literature review, which is based on experts' views regarding business ethics and its contribution to the corporate environment. Business ethics can be applied in various aspects. Maintaining trust in collaboration has a significant impact on a company's reputation, both on a micro and macro scale. While it may not provide instant profits, it is considered a long-term investment for the entire business chain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Non-Physical Work Environment affects Employee Performance through Communication. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, r-square test, q-square test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on communication by 83%. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 79%. The non-physical work environment has no effect on employee performance. The non-physical work environment on employee performance through communication has a positive and significant effect of 66.5% and the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price and service quality on customer loyalty at PT Karoseri. Adhicharism Pratama. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is unknown. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling using the Saturated Sample technique. The sample in this study amounted to 61 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects were PT Karoseri consumers. Adhicharism Pratama. The results of this research show that the variables of product quality, price and service quality partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on the customer loyalty variable.
