Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, human resources are required to be more sophisticated and advanced in all fields. Internet and technology continue to be put forward in facing every effort and activity against globalization. The following research aims to determine and analyze the influence of planning and human resource development on the productivity of MSMEs in Bulak District, Surabaya after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The following research uses a quantitative approach and the analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 90 respondents. The results of the following study show that planning has a significant effect on productivity because the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. Human resource development has a significant effect on productivity because the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. Planning and development of human resources simultaneously have a significant effect on productivity because the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. Planning and human resource development affect the productivity variable by 63.1% and the remaining 36.9% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia have an essential role as pillars in economic development. However, MSMEs face problems related to financial management and difficulties in compiling financial records by applicable accounting standards. SAK EMKM is a financial accounting standard to support progress and make things easier for MSME players. Several factors can influence the implementation of SAK EMKM, namely socialization of SAK EMKM, the owner's education level, and understanding of accounting. The population in this research is MSME Culinary Tourism Centers (SWK), which are actively registered with the Surabaya City Cooperatives, SMEs, and Trade Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of MSME actors who received SAK EMKM socialization and carried out financial records to obtain a sample size of 122 MSME actors. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Test data quality with validity and reliability tests. Next are the classical assumption tests: normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The hypothesis tests used were the t-test and F-test. The results of this research stated that the socialization of SAK EMKM and understanding of accounting partially had a positive and significant effect on the implementation of SAK EMKM. In contrast, the owner's education level had no significant effect on the implementation of SAK EMKM. This research shows that the socialization of SAK EMKM, the owner's education level, and understanding of accounting simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of SAK EMKM.

Abstract

Luwak Coffee is one of excellent coffee products. Luwak Coffee was first discovered in Indonesia. At the beginning of the discovery of civet coffee, mongoose manure (Paradoxorus hermaphroditus) was obtained from the coffee garden directly. Along with the development of the age and the increasing demand of civet coffee, civet droppings are no longer obtained from wild mongoose in the garden but derived from civet droppings that eat coffee beans in the cage that has been provided  civet coffee producers. PT Rolas Nusantara Mandiri is one of the companies that sell arabica civet coffee with the brand “ROLLAAS”. PT Rolas Nusantara Mandiri markets its products by applying 4P marketing mix. Pricing adjusted market prices and production costs, which is to build a networkof sales of mongoose coffee in the country, provide discount for promotion. The implementation of 4P so far has not fulfilled the company’s expectation that the target every month during 2016-2017 is still not reached. With that is necessary research conducted to  determine the extent to which 4P applied company can affect the sales volume and effectiveness of marketing strategies undertaken. The results of this study indicate that influential variables are variable price, and promotion. There are several determinants of the possitive effect of price on sales volume. The possitive value of the price coefficient is due to a one-time price change and has not had a major effect on sales. Coefficient possitive values can be interpreted that there needs to be additional promotional costs if the company wants to fulfill the target. The effectiveness of marketing strategy that has been applied can be seen from the value of target fulfillment percentage. The percentage of target fulfillment is obtained from the comparison of realization with the  specified target. There are still many sales targets that can not be fulfilled in 2016-2017. While the effectiveness in the mid-year months tend to have low effectiveness value. The uneveness of achievement of target every month must be solved immediately, so that the company can get income as expected or target. If the target is not met it will affect the company’s revenue

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of Brand image, Price, and Word of Mouth on Decisions. of Mouth on Martabak Alim's purchase of Martabak Alim in Bekasi. This research uses quantitative quantitative research method through a questionnaire and the data from the questionnaire results will be processed and test using SPSS 27 Version. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that Brand Image Brand Image, Price and Word of Mouth have a partially significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the variables that typically have an effect on customer satisfaction at Soto Betawi Food Warungs as well as the relationship between taste and service quality and customer satisfaction at Soto Betawi Food Stalls. This study is quantitative in nature. The purposive location method is utilized in this research strategy. The accidental sampling method of 71 respondents is used to determine the number of respondents using the Non Propability Sampling method. Questionnaires, observation, and data processing techniques like editing, scoring, and tabulation are used to gather information. The information examination utilized is inferential/measurable investigation including various straight relapse line examination, relapse line change investigation, F test, different coefficient of assurance, T test, viability of relapse lines, and standard blunders of assessments. At Warung Makan Soto Betawi, the findings indicate that both the variables of taste and service quality have a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

One of the impacts of the globalization era is related to the influx of cultural elements from other countries. The phenomenon of globalization is also able to connect countries through trade cooperation, cultural exchange, investment, technological advances and others. Some foreign cultures have begun to dominate Indonesia, whether from trends, music, movies, or the habits of life of other countries, but Indonesians are quite good at handling this phenomenon. Meanwhile, through its marketing expansion strategy, Scarlett Whitening utilizes the phenomenon that Indonesia has been named as the country with the highest number of K-pop fans or what we usually hear as K-popers in the world because of people's enthusiasm for South Korean culture, such as movies, music, drama or beauty trends in South Korea.

Abstract

This research aims to implement marketing strategies to increase sales of the Megajaya Bicycle Shop. The obstacles faced by the Mega Jaya Bicycle Shop in implementing its marketing strategy and efforts to overcome the obstacles faced by the Mega Jaya Bicycle Shop in implementing its marketing strategy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method using observation and interview data collection techniques. Based on the researcher's findings regarding marketing strategies to increase sales of the Megajaya Bicycle Shop, the researchers concluded that:: As a bicycle shop, this strategy is not optimal and sales have not increased. (2) Implementing a marketing strategy that is right on target will help the Mega Jaya Bicycle Shop increase its sales. As bicycle shop, this strategy is not optimal and sales do not increase. (3) Implementation of a positioning marketing strategy will contribute to increasing sales of the Mega Jaya Bicycle Shop. By implementing this strategy, the Mega Jaya Bicycle Shop is believed to be able to increase its sales. (4) The impact of the marketing strategy of segmentation, targeting and positioning implemented by the Mega Jaya Bicycle Shop is still less than optimal. In the end, the market segmentation is not broad enough, especially if the sales focus is only in the area South Bekasi Tambun Regency and surrounding areas. Furthermore, implementing this strategy has difficulty increasing sales because the target market is less developed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the sanction system in improving the discipline of employees of the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 10 employees who work at the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province. The results showed that the application of the sanction system has succeeded in improving employee discipline, especially in terms of attendance and timely completion of tasks. However, there are still obstacles in applying sanctions to violations that are more complex and unclear rules. Therefore, it is recommended that the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province improve and clarify the sanction system applied and provide training to employees about the consequences of disciplinary violations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore and assess the impact of Macro Fundamentals, Financial Performance, Ownership Structure, and Company Growth on the valuation of state-owned companies that are publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2022. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing secondary data from both independent and dependent variables. The data is sourced from financial statements, annual reports, and various online platforms, including the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The study encompasses all state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2022, with a 15-company sample selected through random sampling. The results of hypothesis testing reveal that one independent variable significantly influences the dependent variable, while eight variables show insignificant effects on company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of ownership structure, company characteristics, capital structure and management efficiency on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and the data collected is secondary data from independent and dependent variables. The data is taken from financial reports and annual reports as well as other internet sources on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, namely www.idx.co.id. The results of hypothesis testing show that 5 independent variables have a positive effect and 5 have a negative effect on the dependent variable, namely firm value.
