Abstract

The increase in the price of Fuel Oil (BBM) has significant implications for transportation costs in the context of international trade. This research aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the impact of BBM price hikes on transportation costs and their implications for the dynamics of global trade. The research methodology employed involves a qualitative approach to gain comprehensive insights. A literature review identifies the complex relationship between fluctuations in crude oil prices, BBM subsidy policies, and the transportation costs of international trade. Focusing on companies, this research explores perspectives and experiences from various stakeholders. Data analysis involves selecting samples from companies and fuel users with significant transportation costs exposure. Statistical data, including BBM prices, transportation costs, and trade volumes, are analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and regression analysis to identify relationships between variables. The research findings are expected to provide a profound understanding of the impact of BBM price increases on transportation costs and offer guidance for businesses and government policies. The implications of this analysis can assist in formulating effective adaptation strategies to address the challenges of fluctuating BBM prices, thereby enhancing a country's economic competitiveness in international trade. This research is anticipated to contribute to scholarly literature and provide practical insights for stakeholders involved in international trade.

Abstract

This research discusses the crucial role of Information Technology (IT) in increasing the operational efficiency of international business through a qualitative approach. Using in-depth interviews and content analysis, this research highlights IT's contribution to simplifying operational processes, strengthening communications across geographic locations, and optimizing resource use. The research findings not only identify the benefits of IT, but also investigate the challenges and opportunities that arise in its implementation in the context of global business operations. The qualitative methodology applied provides a deep understanding of the complex dynamics involved. As a valuable guide, this research provides strategic insights for organizations operating in international markets to optimize the role of IT to achieve operational efficiency and increase their competitiveness at the global level.

Abstract

This article contains about how to implement marketing strategies in the world of global or international markets in Indonesia. As we know that Worldwide Promotion is the act of displaying by worldwide organizations having worldwide organizations with worldwide advertising techniques, worldwide business sectors and worldwide products and guidelines in different countries. Globalization is another test for organizations in implementing promotion methodologies. Due to globalization, organizations are required to compete with organizations that have large capital and quality goods. To date, Indonesia is a hotly contested target market. Globalization and market competition require all leaders to focus on the world climate. This review aims to find a worldwide advertising methodology in the Indonesian market for Indonesian organizations. The examination strategy used is an expressive investigative technique. The combination of a variety of display procedures and standard promotion techniques is a worldwide advertising methodology that is appropriate to the economic situation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Currently, many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are taking part in the culinary sector. In West Java, especially the city of Bekasi, people engaged in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the culinary world (catering) are not difficult to find. The large number of actors involved in the culinary world in the city of Bekasi has made competition between Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises increasingly tight. The presence of Ar-Risalah Catering services can make it easier to fulfill needs at every event, especially for customers who don't want to bother with providing food and food service at parties or events. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Ar-Risale Catering in Bekasi City. The research uses quantitative methods through questionnaires and data from the results of the questionnaire will be processed and tested using SPSS 27 Version. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that Product Quality and Service Quality have a partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Competency has an effect on Teacher Performance through Work Discipline. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat. Determining the sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire number filled in was used as a sample of 106 teachers. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26. The methods used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, and path analysis test. The research results show that competence influences teacher performance, competency influences work discipline, work discipline influences teacher performance. The results of the path analysis test show that competency influences teacher performance through work discipline at SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate how the Financial Services Authority (OJK) is actively tackling fraud within the Indonesian business community. Fraud is a criminal act that poses a significant threat to corporate finances and undermines public confidence, ultimately jeopardizing the credibility of financial markets. Therefore, this research focuses on analyzing the role of the OJK in detecting, preventing, and overcoming fraudulent practices in the business environment. The research results indicate that the OJK's role should be reconstructed by increasing inter-agency cooperation, strengthening regulations, and implementing innovative financial technology. This research highlights the importance of enhancing OJK's capacity in several key areas such as fraud detection, employee training, and promoting awareness among stakeholders. It is essential to increase transparency, accountability, and active involvement of the private sector to mitigate the risk of fraud.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to provide understanding and assist in processing halal guarantee certification for MSMEs. The methods of this activity are observation, interviews and documenting selected MSME data. Mentoring activities are carried out online and offline. The results of observations and interviews with 120 food and beverage business actors from 13 sub-districts resulted in several conclusions, namely, the halal certification program is already known to all MSMEs but most are not interested for several reasons such as: 1) they still prioritize time for selling rather than following socialization about guarantees. halal, 2) processing halal certification is still complicated and confusing, 3) they don't have the funds to process the certification, 4) because they don't want to take care of guaranteeing the halalness of their products. Judging from the understanding/cognitive aspect, MSMEs feel that halal certification is very important (58%), and in the affective aspect the value is important (41%), and in the behavioral aspect the value is important/good (39%), meaning that understanding and knowledge about halal certification Good things are not enough to increase the interest of MSMEs in obtaining halal guarantee certification.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine work-life balance in improving employee performance at Ngudi Waluyo University. The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of work-life balance for millennial employees, as well as adjusting the balance between personal and work life for millennial employees at Ngudi Waluyo University. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The number of research informants was 8 employee informants, consisting of lecturers, education staff, security guards, and office boys (OB). The research location is at Ngudi Waluyo University, Ungaran, Semarang Regency. The results of research from in-depth interviews found that the better the work-life balance that employees have, the more their performance will increase until they are able to achieve good quality. The advice aimed at millennial employees is to better understand time management in order to achieve work-life balance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing on purchasing decisions at Q Raden kaos polos. The method used in this study is quantitative research methods and instruments used, namely questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The analysis used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents consisting of men and women of various ages and occupations. From the results of data analysis obtained the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.194, so that it can be interpreted that E-commerce has a very low influence on purchasing decisions at Q Raden kaos polos. The results of the simple linear regression analysis, a positive regression coefficients is obtained so it can be said that the direction of the influence E-Commerce variables on the purchasing decision variable positive.

Abstract

Cost Volume Profit Analysis as a Basis for Expected Profit Planning (Case Study of Privately Owned Business "Ifamoy Home Industri"). Under the guidance of A company needs profit planning to help management determine the level of profit it wants to obtain, with Cost Volume Profit analysis which focuses on various factors that influence changes in profit components at the Ifamoy Home Industry company. This research aims to determine the application of Cost Volume Profit Analysis in the Ifamoy Home Industry. This research uses descriptive research. The data collection technique used is the Observation and Documentation Technique on existing income data at Ifamoy Home Industry. The results of this research show that the Total Calculation Profit is IDR. 828,000,0000.00, with a total Contribution Margin of IDR. 1,670,000,000 with a ratio of 0.8%, with a Total Break Even Point of Rp. 512,000,000, with a total margin of safety of Rp. 1,568,000,000, with a ratio of 75%, with profit planning to increase by (20%) in 2023 resulting in a profit of Rp. 2,508,200,000.
