Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze t effect of ease of use and promotion on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace. The population of this study were Shopee users in Solo. The sample in this study were 100 Shopee users in Solo. The method used in sampling was purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis state that all statements regarding ease of use, promotion and purchasing decisions are declared valid because the p-value <0.05 and reliable because because Cronbach's alpha> 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have passed the multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and normality tests with normal distribution. The results of linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 3.429 + 0.310 X₁ + 0.619 X₂. The t test results show that ease of use has no significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace , while promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace . The F test results showed that the regression model used in this study was correct. The results of the R² test show that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent is 52.9%, the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

This Based on the research results, the performance of UPT teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Gresik is less than optimal, which can affect work discipline, which can be seen from the recap of teacher absences, many teachers give permission during the teaching and learning process, and in teaching there are teachers who only give assignments after which they are left alone. just without supervision. And the work environment at UPT SMP Negeri 11 Gresik is still lacking in supporting the teaching and learning process between teaching staff and students, such as: a lack of LCD projectors in each room, and the work space for teaching staff is not well lit, the layout of office desks between teaching staff is also does not have partitions and there is a lack of air conditioning in the classroom. The aim of this research is to analyze whether there is a partial influence of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 11 Gresik. The number of samples used in this research was 39 respondents, the method used was the Saturated Sampling method. The data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis proves that the work discipline and work environment variables have no effect, while work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 11 Gresik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Work Stress, Work Discipline, and Employee Trust on Organizational Commitment in employees of PT. Brataco West Jakarta Branch. This study uses a Non Probability Sampling technique with a saturated sampling type taken as many as 53 employees of PT. Brataco West Jakarta Branch as a respondent in this study. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 software, as well as SPSS version 26 software. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that the variables of Work Stress (0.035) and Employee Trust (0.212) both have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Meanwhile, the Work Discipline variable has no effect and is not significant to Organizational Commitment. The results of this study are expected to increase the level of organizational commitment in PT. Brataco West Jakarta Branch.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative data consisting of TATO, DER, DPR and ROA sourced from www.idx.com. The data collection technique in this research is poroposive sampling using secondary data. The sample in this research was 45. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, namely in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The t test results show that asset turnover has no significant effect on financial performance because it has a significant value of 0.069 > 0.05. Capital structure has no significant effect on financial performance because it has a significant value of 0.456 > 0.05. Dividend policy has a significant effect on financial performance because it has a value of 0.002 < 0.05. The results of the F test show a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05, meaning that there is an independent influence, namely asset turnover, capital structure and dividend policy on the dependent variable, namely financial performance. The result of the coefficient of determination is 25.4%, meaning that the influence of the independent variables, namely asset turnover, capital structure and dividend policy on the dependent variable, namely financial performance, is large, the remaining 74.6% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of human resource (HR) planning in driving innovation at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The research method employs a qualitative approach. The data sources for this study include primary and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews with HR managers and employees, as well as the analysis of internal documents. The researcher utilized coding techniques for data analysis. The results indicate that effective HR planning strategies, including structured training programs and an inclusive organizational culture, contribute to increased employee engagement in the innovation process. Furthermore, the appropriate use of information technology has proven to enhance efficiency and support creativity. Despite challenges in communication and resistance to change, the findings suggest that good HR planning can create an environment conducive to sustainable innovation.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of user satisfaction on the purchasing behavior of the younger generation in the digital era. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, we analyzed the independent variables, namely the utilization, ease and security of using e-wallets. The selection population involves use by businesses aged 18 to 35 years in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that high user satisfaction, influenced by the perception of benefits and convenience, contributes significantly to purchasing behavior, including the frequency of using evalets in transactions. These findings provide insight for e-wallet developers and marketers to understand the factors that influence consumer behavior amidst increasingly fierce digital payment industry competition. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the literature on consumer behavior in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product affiliation on increasing fashion product sales on the Shopee marketplace using a Systematic Literature Review approach. This research approach involves collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from various relevant and valid literature sources. Product affiliation, as a marketing technique involving collaboration with third parties to market products, has become an increasingly popular method among online sellers. The results of the literature review indicate that the implementation of product affiliation has a significant positive impact on increasing fashion product sales on Shopee. This impact is particularly evident in the increased visibility of products, more focused market targeting, and increased consumer trust in products marketed by reliable affiliates. In addition, this approach has also proven effective in increasing engagement and interaction between consumers and brands, which ultimately contributes to increased sales conversion. However, this study also found several challenges that must be addressed, such as selecting the right affiliates, assessing the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns, and managing relationships with existing affiliates. By understanding these factors, sellers on Shopee can optimize the benefits of using affiliate programs and increase their fashion product sales more effectively. This study is expected to make a significant contribution to digital marketing and offer useful guidance for online sellers in implementing product affiliation strategies to achieve their sales targets. Further research is recommended to investigate the use of quantitative methods in assessing the long-term effects of affiliate programs on sales across various product categories.

Abstract

Waqf is a process of giving assets from someone to the people to benefit from them while still preserving the substance, therefore it is called almsgiving, and waqf is also included in ijtimaiyah worship (social worship).Waqf functions for the wakif as an investment in the world of the afterlife that will never end, and for the people as a source of eternal funds that grow cumulatively for the public interest. Productive management of waqf is still relatively small. As happened in Sari Rogo Village, Sidoarjo Regency. In this village, productive waqf is managed by exploiting the potential that exists in Sarirogo village, where the majority of the community has agricultural land, so a small portion of the community donates their rice fields which is used as additional funds for maintaining the existing waqf. However, all proceeds from the management of the rice fields are only given to the mosque as assets for the welfare of the mosque. For this reason, the potential of rice waqf as a means of empowering the community in Sari Rogo Village has not been managed optimally and empowered optimally. Waqf in the form of rice fields is the focus of this research because rice field waqf is a type of productive waqf which, if managed well, will provide better benefits than consumptive ones. In this research there are several problem formulations as follows: 1 . What is the impact of productive waqf management in improving the welfare of the people? 2. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely describing the manager (nazir), management and allocation of productive waqf proceeds, in this case focused on the productive waqf management strategy in the productive waqf institution of Sari Rogo village, Sidoarjo. The information that the author obtained used interview, observation and documentation methods. Data management is carried out using editing, coding and tabulation methods, then using deductive thinking methods to obtain specific conclusions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Pancing, especially among Economic Education students class of 2021, Medan State University. Using literature review and interview methods, this research evaluates factors such as product quality, price and service that influence customer satisfaction. The findings show that product quality, especially the taste and texture of the noodles, is the main attraction, while the affordable price supports the preferences of students on a limited budget. However, service quality is still a challenge, such as irregular queues and unfriendly staff attitudes. High customer satisfaction contributes to repeat purchase decisions and word-of-mouth recommendations, while dissatisfaction can reduce customer loyalty. This research underlines the importance of improving service and maintaining consistent product quality to improve customer experience and support business sustainability in the culinary sector.

Abstract

In 2019, the world experienced the COVID-19 pandemic which affected many sectors. The sector most affected by COVID-19 is the economy. One of those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is MSMEs. MSMEs really felt the decline in sales, lack of capital and hampered distribution. In Pinang Raya sub-district, located in North Bengkulu district, there are many small and medium business actors who experienced a decline in sales during the pandemic era and after the pandemic era, to overcome this, the local government together with the North Bengkulu Cooperative and MSME Service held entrepreneurship training for MSMEs in Pinang Raya sub-district, the training was held at the North Bengkulu KUMKM PLUT in Pinang Raya sub-district. This made the researcher take research on the analysis of the positive impact of entrepreneurship training in increasing the sales turnover of MSMEs in Pinang Raya sub-district. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, the research subjects used were MSMEs in Pinang Raya District who had received Entrepreneurship training. From this study, it was found that the training attended by MSME actors in Pinang Raya Regency had an impact on the continuity of their businesses. There are several things that are affected by the training, 1) income, and 2) sales volume. Both of these things are interrelated. With the Entrepreneurship training, medium-sized MSME actors learn about good and correct leadership. With this leadership, the production output will be better so that it will increase their sales volume. When the sales volume increases, their income will automatically remain. So that their business can be said to have business continuity.
