Abstract

The fastfood business is one of the most competitive and rapidly growing businesses in Indonesia. people in urban areas, namely the tendency to get something instantly, one of which is fast food. This study aims to determine the effect of the variables Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at Pizza Hut restaurants. The sample was chosen by consumers who have purchased and eaten Pizza Hut at Mall Mega Bekasi. The data used is primary data, data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The test tools used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination and the data is processed using SPSS v25 software. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable partially has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the price variable partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction while product quality, service quality and price simultaneously have an effect on satisfaction Pizza Hut Mall Mega Bekasi restaurant customers.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the racing noodle business developed from just a hobby to a sustainable business on Jalan Tuasan. With increasing public interest in practical food and distinctive flavors, the racing noodle business has become a popular choice and makes a positive contribution to the local economy. This research applies qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews and observations of business actors. From the research results, it was revealed that the main motivation behind this transformation was a love for cooking and a desire to share taste experiences with the community. However, business actors are also faced with challenges in the form of fierce competition and fluctuations in raw material prices. It is hoped that these findings can provide direction to prospective entrepreneurs and related parties in developing culinary businesses that are not only profitable but also sustainable, and support the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

The research entitled "The Influence of Price Match and Product Reviews on Purchasing Decisions in Shopee E-Commerce" aims to determine the partial influence of price and product reviews on purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce, as well as knowing the simultaneous influence of price and product reviews on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. The analytical method in this research uses quantitative primary data with the test stages carried out including: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, T test (partial test), F test (simultaneous), and determination test. The data used in this research used a questionnaire instrument and valid data collected from 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The testing tool used is IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of the research show that the price variable has a partial or partial effect on purchasing decisions, the product review variable has a partial or partial effect on purchasing decisions, and the price and product review variables have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT GOS Indoraya. Through a literature review and case analysis, this study concludes that both a conducive work environment and a fair compensation system play a significant role in improving employee performance. A good work environment includes both physical and non-physical aspects, while compensation encompasses salary, benefits, and other rewards. PT GOS Indoraya has made several efforts to improve employee performance, but there is still potential for further development. This study provides recommendations for the company to conduct regular evaluations of the work environment and compensation system, as well as develop more comprehensive training and career development programs.

Abstract

The digital financial behavior of millennials is still messy and unstable. This quantitative study aims to analyze the effect of digital financial literacy on millennials' digital financial behavior. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires to four hundred and twenty millennials in Jabodetabek as the research sample. The determination of the research sample is based on the calculation of Slovin's formula with purposive sampling technique. Recapitulation of respondent answer data is automatically stored on Google Drive. Data analysis utilizes free R Studio software with descriptive statistics to compile respondent demographics and PLS-SEM calculations. The findings of this study indicate that digital financial literacy has a significant positive influence on digital financial behavior. This means that a good understanding of digital financial products in the digitalization era will create wise digital financial management behavior for millennials. Following up on these findings, millennials must fix their digital financial behavior as a solution to success through mastering digital financial literacy because they face uncertainty that must be counteracted with the principles of priority scale and prudence.

Abstract

The global fashion industry has experienced rapid growth, driven by a business model that prioritizes fast production and affordable prices. However, this success is often built on labor exploitation practices, as seen in Shein, a global retail company from China. An investigation by Public Eye revealed violations regarding excessive working hours and inadequate wage payments within the company’s supply chain. This study aims to analyze the business ethics violations in Shein’s labor practices, the impacts on workers and the supply chain, and provide recommendations for improvement. The research was conducted using a qualitative method based on literature review. The findings indicate violations of business ethics principles and applicable international labor standards. The recommendations include implementing stricter supervision, operational transparency, and enhancing workers' welfare. This research contributes significantly to encouraging the adoption of more responsible and sustainable business practices.

Abstract

Halal certification is a vital element in the food and consumer goods industry in Indonesia, where the majority of the population is Muslim. This certification not only serves as a guarantee that the products consumed comply with Islamic law but also acts as an instrument to enhance consumer trust and product competitiveness in the global market. Law No. 33 of 2014 on Halal Product Assurance provides a clear legal framework for the issuance of halal certificates, with BPJPH serving as the authority that issues the certificates based on halal fatwas from MUI. Sumenep Regency, located at the eastern end of Madura Island, holds significant potential in the MSME sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry. Thousands of MSME units in the region make a substantial contribution to the local economy, although many are still unable to meet the requirements for halal certification. This condition underscores the importance of synergy between the Department of Cooperatives, MSMEs, Industry, and Trade (DINKOPUKMPERINDAG) and MSMEs to accelerate the halal certification process, thereby making local products more competitive in both domestic and international markets. This study adopts a qualitative method with data collected through field surveys, in-depth interviews, and documentation conducted at DINKOPUKMPERINDAG Sumenep Regency. Primary data were obtained directly from informants in the field, while secondary data were sourced from various relevant documents and literature. The research focuses on MSMEs under the guidance of DINKOPUKMPERINDAG, aiming to understand how this synergy can accelerate halal certification from the perspective of Maqashid Sharia.

Abstract

Global marketing has become one of the keys to success for international companies, including KFC. This article discusses KFC's success in marketing its products globally, starting from the strategies implemented to the challenges faced. This analysis includes a discussion of global marketing concepts, a brief profile of KFC, and special strategies that have made this brand known throughout the world. The research was conducted using a literature review method to understand how KFC has succeeded in adapting to different markets. It is hoped that this article will provide insight into the importance of global marketing for the success of international business.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, with iced tea being one of the most popular products. However, in running an iced tea business, the right strategy and method are needed to analyze the cost of goods manufactured (HPP) so that the product can compete with competitors and remain profitable. This study analyzes the application of the full costing method for calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) and cost plus pricing to determine the selling price at the Es Teh Solo UMKM Rawalumbu Branch, Bekasi City. The results showed that the company's HPP was IDR 1,800 per serving, different from the researcher's calculation of IDR 1,854 per serving because it did not take into account overhead costs. The company's selling price of IDR 4,000 per serving does not reflect a profit margin of 45%, with an ideal price of IDR 4,120 per serving. Optimizing the calculation of HPP is needed to improve the accuracy of selling prices, profitability, and competitiveness.

Abstract

This research focuses on discussing sustainable leadership variables and their influence on employee performance and job satisfaction. The sample used in this study totalled 79 respondents. Data collection techniques from respondents using questionnaires to minimise differences in interpretation between respondents and researchers. The results showed that based on the Thitung value, the sustainable leadership variable is smaller than the Ttable, which is 6.826. and the significance value is smaller than alpha, which is 0.00 <0.05. This shows that sustainable leadership has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction variable (Y), it is known that the significance value of job satisfaction is 0.187 <0.05, so it concludes that the job satisfaction variable has no significant effect on employee performance.
