Abstract

Kutosari Village is known for its honey, as many of its residents are honey farmers. However, honey farmers in Kutosari Village face various challenges in marketing their products. This is due to the way of selling honey that only sells bottled products without any other innovations. The purpose of this empowerment is to increase honey sales of Kutosari village honey farmers through appropriate marketing strategies. This empowerment method begins with problem identification, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this activity are making honey processed innovations such as honey candy, probiotic honey syrup and honey jam, selling bee food source seeds, making attractive packaging such as honey bouquet, honey hampers and more creative honey stickers, using and managing social media attractively and creatively. With the implementation of the program by the PPK Ormawa KSR team, it is hoped that by improving effective marketing strategies, honey bee farmers in Kutosari Village can increase their income and introduce more innovative honey products from their village to a wider market.

Abstract

One of the advantages of Kutosari Village is that it is a village that produces pure honey, because many of its people work as honey bee farmers. Honey bee farmers use existing forests to cultivate honey bees, apart from that, they also create a food source for bees by planting flowering plants that can produce nectar and pollen. Pure honey has broad market prospects, not only pure honey but also processed honey products have many fans. Based on data from the Indonesian Beekeeping Association or API, Indonesians' need for honey reaches 15,000 tons-150,000 tons per year. In fact, there is still a shortage of pure honey in Indonesia because the supply of honey is still relatively limited. The author wants to know the problems in the honey bee cultivation business with the aim of knowing the impact of empowering honey bee farmers in Kutosari Village with an analysis and description of empowerment through learning stages, management stages and marketing stages. Based on the survey results, the team obtained information that honey bee farmers had experienced developments, namely increasing the variety of honey products, namely rambutan honey, longan honey, coffee honey, calliandra honey, rubber honey and mango honey. With this holistic marketing approach, honey bee farmers in Kutosari Village can continue to expand their market share and maintain the sustainability of the quality local honey business. In this effort, we and Kutosari honey bee farmers are trying to develop several processed honey products that have a special appeal and are relevant to the tastes of today's consumers.

Abstract

Cybercrime poses a serious challenge in the digital era, threatening data security and digital infrastructure. The PKK Group in Alassumur Lor Village, consisting of mothers, is vulnerable to cyberattacks due to a lack of technological understanding. They encounter difficulties in using devices, lack digital security awareness, and have minimal knowledge of privacy. To address this, an approach focusing on enhancing technological literacy through training is essential to comprehend and tackle daily technical issues. The engagement with the PKK Group in Alassumur Village emphasizes education and awareness about cybercrime and the importance of data protection. Workshops, group discussions, and material creation are utilized to raise awareness about cyber security. The goal is to instigate behavioral changes, the emergence of local leaders, and the formation of new cadres within the group, thereby strengthening collective data protection. The outcomes demonstrate positive changes in data security practices, understanding of cybercrime risks, and the emergence of leaders and new cadres. Recommendations include continuous cybercrime education, the use of social media for communication, and periodic evaluations to measure impact. The hope is for awareness about cybercrime and data protection to continue growing, becoming a part of societal culture, and safeguarding against future cyber threats.

Abstract

Technological developments in the fisheries sector are advanced. Conventional techniques are starting to be replaced digitalization. The fishermen catch fish also uses the help of technology. Karanganyar Paiton village is a village located on the seashore. The fish products are sold to the market and some are used as processed food, such as dried salted fish, crackers, shrimp paste and others. This really helps the community's economy. Processed food from fish is also the people's favorite food because it is cheap and delicious, this is often done by the Fish Processed Group (KOI) Village. Dried salted fish is one of the most popular processed fish foods among the public. How to dry fish still uses conventional methods. The disadvantage of this conventional method is that it cannot control the hot weather around Karanganyar village when the rainy season arrives. Many salted fish are not dry enough, which causes the salted fish to smell, taste bitter and tend to be a little wet. If this happens, the salted fish will not be sold and the taste will not be good. Apart from that, Due to the problems above, The advantage of this tool is that it also uses a microcontroller as a heat temperature control system and the Internet of things as a means of informing fishermen that the fish drying process has been completed, thereby reducing overload time for drying salted fish. If the fish is too dry, the texture of the fish will become hard and taste bitter.

Abstract

Growth and development are processes that occur in every human being, especially during childhood, this growth and development process occurs very quickly, especially in certain periods. Abstract

Stunting is one of the most significant issues. The aim of the stunting service is to help the community understand and prevent stunting in children and pregnant women. The method used is to socialize strategies for preventing and treating stunting disease. In the process, socialization activities take place which are led by a moderator and the material is delivered by the community health center and nutritionists, so that participants can receive the material carefully and in a conducive manner. The process of preparing this socialization activity began with a light discussion with the local community about stunting, continuing at a task division meeting in preparing the socialization activity. After that, this socialization is expected to open people's insight regarding the dangers of stunting in children, the importance of maintaining children's health and growth and development and the importance of posyandu for children and pregnant women. Thus, socialization about stunting in Mumbul Sari Village has had a positive impact on community awareness, knowledge and behavior in efforts to prevent stunting. Continued steps and further support from the government and related parties are still needed to achieve greater stunting prevention goals in the future.

Abstract

Freight workers (porters) operate with a low level of safety. Occupational diseases are illnesses that occur primarily as a result of exposure to risk factors arising from work activities. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are conditions that affect the body's musculoskeletal system, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, discs, and other supporting structures. MSDs are caused by various factors, including repetitive movements, unnatural postures, excessive workload, or a combination of these factors. Porters often suffer from musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). There is a need for educational materials to be studied by porters to prevent the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). By using the correct techniques, the risk of injuries such as muscle strain, disc herniation, and joint injuries can be minimized. This was carried out at the Mandalika Bertais market. The method used in this service is the educational method through posters and demonstrations of the correct way to lift loads. The community service began with the preparation and creation of posters as educational media. Education was conducted directly to the porters at the Mandalika Bertais market, attended by 25 people. The educational poster "the correct way to lift" had an impact on increasing the porters' knowledge about musculoskeletal disorders.
