Abstract

The uncontrollable prices of basic commodities, especially food commodities, have resulted in losses for producers and consumers in the city of Cirebon. To be able to bridge these problems, it is necessary to make the right decisions. A prediction system is one of the elements that can be used to support the right decision-making. Predictions in decision-making are based on existing data at present and in the past so that they can be used to describe conditions in accordance with the objectives achieved. With an accurate price prediction system for staple food commodities, it is hoped that decision-making will be able to decide on good policies from the Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises Service for Trade and Industry (DKUKMPP) for the people of Cirebon City. The method used is Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The data used for the basic prices of food commodities, namely the last 3 years in 2020 - 2022, are sourced from the official website of the Ministry of Trade's Market Monitoring System and Basic Needs using Google Colab tools.

This article describes the elements arranged in the Bojong dalung inscription born in the XVI-XVII centuries. By using the study of legal texts on the Dalung Bojong Inscription and the study of concepts in legal science, a hierarchy of regulatory systems in the form of values, principles, and legal acts was found. The values of divinity, humanity, nationality, democracy, and justice are the basis of values that give birth to the consensualist principle, the principle of equality, the principle of protection, the principle of legal certainty, the principle of territoriality, and the principle of personality. These six principles became the basis for the birth of legal acts in the form of Participation (Article 5), Crimes Against the Body; Quarreling or fighting among people (article 2), Inciting a struggle (article 3), Crimes against property; theft by force/robbery (article 4), theft (article 10) and Crimes of disturbing public safety; Article 6,7 and Article 10 on gambling, drinking intoxicating beverages.

Abstract

The Education Era 4.0 demands the adaptation of human resources, especially teachers, to be able to produce students who are creative, think critically, and are communicative. However, there are still challenges in changing the work paradigm of teachers and education personnel towards innovation. Innovation is the key to facing new challenges and improving educational performance. The national education curriculum emphasizes the importance of preparing productive, creative, innovative, and effective human resources. However, data shows a low level of teacher innovation in Indonesia. This research aims to explore the influence of transformational leadership and proactive personality on the innovative work behavior of high school teachers in Cirebon City. Quantitative methods were used by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to teachers. The results show that transformational leadership and proactive personality have a significant effect on teachers' innovative work behavior, indicating that leaders who practice transformational leadership and teachers with proactive personalities tend to be more innovative in their work. These findings provide implications for organizational leaders in encouraging innovation in educational environments
