Abstract

In Indonesia, agriculture is required to be able to develop growth in the region and be able to produce agricultural products that have high competitiveness while also empowering the community. IoT, or commonly known as the Internet of Things (Internet of Things), allows us to connect to various things. For example, we can use a smart farm. This research leads to the implementation of a plant sprayer that uses the Cognitive internet of things that can be integrated into farmers and factories whose raw material uses corn. This irrigation system uses a NodeMCU microcontroller, automatic discharge using a DC water pump, a soil moisture sensor using a capacitive soil moisture v.2 sensor. The system used uses fuzzy logic algorithms as data processing. The sensor data shows the 70% soil moisture value displayed on the smartphone so that the system will water or not automatically until the soil moisture value is as needed. Soil moisture in this system is in 3 criteria, namely dry, normal, and wet. Watering produced by this system with an average time duration of 8 seconds. This farming system is designed to increase productivity and predict problems in agriculture. This analysis illustrates that the Cognitive internet of things has great potential in agricultural technology because it can increase and facilitate corn production for farmers.

Abstract

Tunda Island is one of the islands in a group of 17 islands in the north of Java, Banten Province. Electrical energy in Tunda Island is supplied by 2 Private Diesel Genset, each of which has an installed capacity of 100 kVA and 75 kVA, with an operating time of 4-5 hours per day starting from 18.00 to 22.00. The microgrid electrical system has several advantages, in terms of efficiency, microgrid can reduce the use of fossil fuels in power plants, besides that it can reduce losses caused by the distribution system because the location of the microgrid generator is relatively close to the load. In terms of reliability, the microgrid electrical system can optimally manage energy sources for 7 days and 24 hours. In addition, the microgrid electrical system has the ability to work without being connected to the grid. With the use of a microgrid electricity system, the electricity costs that must be paid are less and most importantly can reduce carbon emissions, because the plants used in the microgrid electricity system generally use renewable energy. In this study, scenarios were made to determine the most optimum LCoE value using an optimization approach with the help of homer pro software. The operating pattern for the Tunda Island electricity system is obtained, namely, the load is carried during the day by Solar PV Power Plant and at night using a generator that has been controlled using the force on & force off mode. From the simulation obtained the lowest LCoE in the Solar PV Power Plant Hybrid configuration with capacity of 240 KWp, 302.4 KWh battery & 200 KW inverter. The ability to pay for electricity for the residents of Tunda Island is still possible if subsidized tariffs are imposed, the range of ability to pay for the residents of Tunda Island is IDR/KWh 726.45-1452.91 and their ability will decrease if they are subject to non-subsidized PLN tariffs. With PLN as the PSO, the differrence in tariffs with the local Generation Production Cost will receive a subsidy from the government. Furthermore, the sustainability of this microgrid system will have the benefit of a continuous supply of electricity. So, it can be felt by the people of Tunda Island which is managed by State-Owned Enterprise (PT. PLN Persero).

Abstract

Financial distress is a condition of financial difficulties experienced by the company in dealing with its finances. Problems Financial conditions that are not immediately resolved will lead to bankruptcy. Financial difficulties can start from liquidity difficulties (short term), as the lightest sign of financial distress, the worst is bankruptcy. Usually, when examining possible financial difficulties, a financial indicator model is used. These financial indicators are obtained through analysis of financial ratios contained in the company's financial statement information. So This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of Debt To Asset Ratio, Current Ratio, Return On Asset and audit committee on financial distress in BUMN companies that go public on the IDX in 2016-2020 with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The population of state-owned companies is 20, selected using purposive sampling so that a sample of 13 companies is obtained with a total of 65 data. Statistic analysis used on this study are classic asumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, Hypothesis testing using T-test, F-test and determinant coefficient analysis. The test results show that partially Debt To Asset Ratio and the audit committee have a significant negative effect on financial distress, partially Return On Asset has a positive effect on financial distress while the Current Ratio has no effect on financial distress. Simultaneous test results show that Debt To Asset Ratio, Current Ratio, Return on asset and the audit committee affect financial distress. We provide input suggestions to State-owned companies are expected to pay attention to their financial performance by taking into account the suitability of the level of debt used, the level of liquidity, the return on investment on their assets and the need for the number of members of the audit committee.

Abstract

Anxiety in pregnant and postpartum women can affect the condition of the mother and baby. Psychological stress can influence the hypothalamus and pituitary gland to secrete Adrenocorticotropic Hormone to produce cortisol. The amount of cortisol is high, resulting in inhibited milk production. Relaxation therapy is able to stimulate the milk ejection reflex more efficiently than standard practice in health care facilities which only focus on optimizing body functions, without involving the mind and soul. This review conducted a systematic review to evaluate the effect of interventions using Relaxation Therapy in increasing breast milk production. A literature search was conducted using the PRISMA guidelines including studies of relaxation therapy interventions during the pregnancy and postpartum period. Using a literature keyword search strategy, 718 studies related to relaxation therapy in pregnant and postpartum women were found and 25 studies were eligible for inclusion in the analysis. A total of 10 studies on anxiety in pregnant women, 5 studies on anxiety in postpartum mothers, 3 studies on cortisol hormone levels, 5 studies on breast milk production and 2 studies on prolactin hormone levels. These studies were conducted in Malaysia, France, England, Greece, Korea, Turkey, America, Taiwan, Iran, Indonesia, Spain, Denmark and India. The samples analyzed were 1,608 pregnant women and 1227 postpartum women. Based on the results of a review, Relaxation Therapy in the form of Hypnobreastfeeding and Music Therapy is effective in stimulating the production of breast milk and prolactin hormones in postpartum mothers. Hypnosis, Music Therapy and Benson's relaxation technique were associated with a significant reduction in anxiety levels as indicated by an increase in PSS scores and a decrease in salivary cortisol.

Abstract

Resilience is the ability to endure and face and resolve problems or pressures. This is what adolescents who live in orphanages must have. Adolescents who live in orphanages are included in the children at risk group, where these adolescents tend to have a greater chance of experiencing shocks in terms of emotions, intellectuals, social and behavior. In increasing resilience, one of them is by having gratitude. This literature review aims to show that the important role of gratitude can increase resilience in adolescents who live in orphanages. There are several situations that can make the orphanage youth depressed, for example the lack of attachment between the foster child and the caregiver, the regulations in the orphanage that are not in accordance with the condition of the adolescents, limited facilities and other situations. This is what makes adolescents in orphanages need to have good resilience in order to have the ability to survive and face and solve problems or pressures. This paper is expected to help increase the role of gratitude so that adolescents who live in orphanages have good resilience.
